Everyone is always very pleasant and professional whenever we go. On our first visit it was my daughter (14), my son (2) and I. They were very patient with my son. He great as it was his first time at the dentist. My and my daughter's treatment plans were detailed but they still sat down and went over everything with us. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Was in need of a dentist and came across Mitchell Dental on a Google search. Was ever so glad I found them. For starters, it is a very nice facility. It was easy to book an appointment and was great to receive text reminders for my appointment. Staff is very friendly and welcoming and assist in helping you out if you are uncertain about your insurance policy. When I entered my room, there was a nice welcome gift waiting for me. My cleaning went very well and my hygienist was very gentle with my cleaning and it was not uncomfortable at all. The doctor was also very friendly and came to do a check up on me as well. After the appointment, snacks and drinks are available to the client. Was a wonderful experience, will definitely be continuing my care here and have made referrals to other friends who have also loved their experience as well!!

It’s my second visit . . . I love going there so much! I am a hearing impaired (deaf), they have so much patient with me. Before produce, they have papers ready and everything to make sure I know what’s happening. After that, they sit down and make sure to go over any questions I ask. I was new going into the clinic with an emergency situation. Tori was very helpful on getting me in at the last minute. She talked to me about the clinic and got me in the back right right away. I was even surprised that they had a card and a goody bag waiting in the room for me, as I was a new patient. Tiara was wonderful doing my xrays as I was in immensely pain and then she even took the time to explain what the xrays showed. The dentist was awesome and he spoke to me about the next step for my next appointment. He wasn’t in a hurry and was truly concerned about the abscess I had. I felt relieved when I left there. Best experience I have had at a dentist. Thank you Tori, Tiara and everyone at Mitchell’s Dentist Clinic. I’ve found my forever dentist office!

This was without a doubt my best patient experience ever! The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, gave me a lovely gift for being a new patient, and even took me on a tour of the office. My hygienist, Brandy, was super upbeat and chatted with me while she worked, which makes her a winner in my book (even though she gently scolded me for not flossing as often as I should). Dr McInteer showed me all the pictures and X-rays Brandy took and went over them with me thoroughly. His laid back demeanor made me feel relaxed and less anxious to come in for follow up work. I will definitely recommend Mitchell Dental Clinic to all my family and friends.

I would have liked to know more from my technician and had the Doctor show me what was really wrong before telling me that they needed to consult my insurance before they could do anything to my teeth. It felt like they only cared about payment. I have a fear of dentists and this didn't help.

Probably the best experience I've ever had at a dentist office. Staff was extremely friendly, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Yesterday was my first visit and I have pretty bad anxiety about dentists in general. I was referred by a friend and the office is new, nice, and the front staff did an excellent job. The doctor couldn’t have been nicer, more pleasant, and gave me plenty of helpful information - so right off the bat, all good things... The reason I’m not pleased is because I spent the majority of my time with a very young inexperienced tech / dental assistant who clearly did not know enough to answer questions or how to properly describe procedures and processes and rather than wait for the doctor or say I’m not sure or let me speak to a more knowledgeable staff member she gave wrong information. Per doctors instructions I called back the next day and since he was out they followed up with her and she completely contracted his previous statements (made in her presence) - she’s not a doctor and should be given more training and directions in regards to what she’s allowed and not allowed to say, direct, or describe to a patient. And if she doesn’t understand the process don’t shoot from the hip because when she’s wrong it’s worse than starting with, I don’t know let me ask. I’m so surprised that this person has not been given more supervised training and I will be requesting not to have her ever again. If this type of tech is their normal, I’m not sure it’s worth going back since that position is who you spend most of your time with.

I was kind of nervous about Mitchell Dental, not knowing if they will be gentle with my mouth, some dentist assistants are not gentle at all, I know that some teeth are harder to deal with than others, but, I didn't want my experience to be that of an unpleasant nature. It was just the opposite, the assistant was very patient and understanding of my concerns, she assured me that she will be as gentle as she can. She explained every step of the procedure to me and that was very helpful and eased my fears. I do plan to come again with all my dental needs. Amazing! Amazing! Amazing! I had not been to the dentist in 8 or 9 years so needless to say, I needed a few things done. They make you feel so comfortable and they really do want you to have healthy teeth and a pretty smile. I didn't feel the shots at all. I had a crown and 4 fillings with no discomfort at all. I was overly disappointed in I guess you would say professional. I had called multiple times to set an appt for my disabled elderly friend, gave them insurance info and set an appt for today at 10:30 to drive 20+ miles to get to appt for them to tell us that they don't take her insurance but we can give you a free consultation. What? Are you kidding me. Why would I want a consultation if you can't take my insurance. Very unprofessional this should have been stated in a phone call instead of having to drive so far without any knowledge that they didn't take the insurance.

These people care about your money and nothing else. They don’t accept payments unless you sign up for their credit card and if you’re a young person with no credit, they don’t care. The facility is so nice because they MAKE SURE they hit the bottom line. They ask you a million questions and don’t listen to the answer and talk down to you because you’re vulnerable and have few other options. Absolutely maddening. This was my first and last time. Which is sad for their bottom line because I would have switched dentists if I had been treated with even some compassion. My bottom line: their commercials are a lie and I wouldn’t go back if they did my procedures for free.
