I was referred by someone and wouldn't go back again! I was a first time patient and NONE of the staff properly introduced themselves. I went there AWARE of needing A LOT of dental work done 7+ teeth pulled a few fillings and a root canal. My appointment was at 9 am and I was scheduled to come back at 12 to get services done. I live an hr and 15 min away

I am proud to say I had an awesome experience at Mitchell Dental Clinic, Macon branch. I had let my dental health go by for some time due to a fear of dentist. I was given a tour by an awesome New Patient Coordinator, Amber. The Dental Hygienist, Katelyn, introduced herself and kept me at ease the entire visit. She is the best I've ever had! Dr. Carney was also great and friendly. Thank you Mitchell Dental.

Wonderful service and staff could not be beat. Everyone was attentive and polite and the hygienist did a wonderful job. I am one of those people who are terrified to go to the dentist and this was the best experience ever. No pain and very relaxed atmosphere.

I went a few months ago for a reoccurring issue. They told me it was fine and nothing was wrong, but today when I went to get a second opinion for a worsening condition at a more familiar clinic, I ended up getting a small oral surgery in order to fix the problem. The nurses and staff were nice, but the dentist wasn’t very thorough and barely spent time in the room. I don’t like that I suffered another two months for something that could have been taken care of that day.

I was having some issues that I needed to have taken care of before I left on a business trip to Detroit. The Macon office had me come in immediately and saw me first thing yesterday with only 1 days notice. The front office staff was very friendly and saw that I was taken back very quickly. Dr. Ables read my X-rays and explained what she was seeing and what needed to be done. She explained everything she was doing, as she was doing it which I appreciated. No pain at all and my concern was repaired within 30 minutes. Great experience. Thanks Macon Team!!!!!

Love my hygienist! She is very pleasant, doesn't hurt me and her breath is always so fresh. The entire office was gleaming. Cleanliness is next to Godlessness. I will recommend this clinic to my friends and family with teeth.
