I had a cleaning last year and the staff was so nice and professional . It was my first time their I had dental insurance then .I want to get some work done ,but I can't afford the prices but other then that I would recommend them

Awful service hurt and will never go there again and sloppy and would not even give antibiotics and had abscess and discrimination against me because i had heart attack and i already knew bout blood thinners but still could have done better

My family has been to this office for basic cleaning to complex root canals. Overall this place is awesome probably one of the best dentist offices I have ever been to. + Front desk are friendly and well spoken. They are always accurate with calendar schedules and thus minimal wait time. The office calls you ahead of time reminding you about your schedule and also sends you a text message. + Waiting room is well decorated and is relaxing with comfortable chairs and sofas with lots of good magazines too read. [though you never have to wait long :) ] + Medical equipment is all modern. Tons of technology everywhere. + Dentists and dental assistants/nurses are positive and caring. They always try to minimize pain whenever possible, and if not possible they give you plenty of warning and are empathetic. Everyone works well in the office and I feel confident that I am getting well taken care off. + After the dentist does a preliminary check the billing staff comes in with clearly documented line by line procedure costs on what your cost will be, what will be billed to the insurance company etc. I really like it done this way as there will be no surprise in the end of the cost, everything is spelled out in black and white and you decide what you need to do. Suggestion for improvements would be: - Improve the exterior appearance of the building. - Parking is limited

Fillings didn't get hard and came out. Service and treatment getting sloppy. People on their commercials are liars or their good ole buddies. So sad been going there since 2009

My 4 children, Myself and my husband have been seen at Mitchell Dental Clinic for 5 years. We have never had a problem until my oldest (17 year old) broke a tooth and was in extreme pain. This happened on a Wednesday, The staff informed me that they could not write him anything for pain until they saw him ( They couldn't see him until the following Monday) which would have put my child in pain for 5 days before he could be seen. I promptly canceled all of my children's future appointments and we will not be returning to Mitchell Dental Clinic for any reason. I am giving them a 1 star only because they were very professional until a problem arised that they could have but refused to treat.

Today was my first time ever visiting Mitchell Dental Clinic and it was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Dentist office. The customer service is great and I will be referring everyone I know there, because everyone wants to go and support a business where they are welcomed and treated fair. Great job Mitchell Dental

My husband and I have been going to Mitchell Dental for several years and have been very satisfied with the service. I had an appointment on Friday to have a simple extraction. I did not have it done because of the excessive charge! They wanted $267.00 for ONE extraction and it was not a jaw tooth. They were putting charge down as surgical removal. This is definitely overcharging us and the insurance company. We have the highest paying dental insurance policy and they still wanted the outrageous amount up front. I was VERY disappointed in them. I have been recommending them but no more.

I went in for a cleaning today and was very disappointed. I have very sensitive teeth and i told them this. I couldn't even get my teeth finished the girl was hurting me so bad. She got Dr. Steele who ive had bad experiences with in the past and had requested that it be put in my file that i do not want to be seen by him. Dr. Steele came in said there was nothing wrong with my teeth and walked out. So now i have to find a new dentist and have a simple cleaning finished. I've never had a problem until today but with how bad the experience was i wont be going back. I was in tears when i left it was so bad. I hope no one else gets treated the way i did today.

I don't think I've ever been so disappointed in Mitchell Dental in Ackerman as I was today. I bought my dentures there in the month of November and the bottom one is not fitting right. Whenever I eat, the food is getting under my bottom dentures causing me to have blisters on my gums. Well I took them out last week for my gums to heal because it hurts. Today I went to Mitchell's Dentist to see if maybe they could adjust them for me but instead I left there in tears. The dental assistance told me she couldn't just take my word that I was getting blisters and that I needed to come back when I have some more blisters and show them to her personally before they could help me. Now don't get me wrong I have never had a problem at all with this clinic because everyone has been so nice until today. I didn't get her name because I was to upset but I wish now I had of.

My daughter just went and had a tooth extracted ln the front of her mouth. Not a jaw tooth but a tooth on the bottom gum in the very front. Cost a whopping $176.00. We wont be going back. And they wanted to know what method of payment before they did anything.
