So your child gets to enjoy the show with a pair of sunglasses while getting their dental services. The staff is also very friendly and prompt.

When I brought her for the first time she was scared to death, she cried with everything they did up till the doctor came in to see her and she was a totally different child. And when leaving she said mommy i'm not scared anymore:-). If the doctor made my little girl fill that safe I would highly recommend her to everyone. The front desk check in young lady with the spots wasn't very welcoming for this to be our first visit maybe she wasn't feeling good or something I like to be greeted with a smile and a smiley voice when coming into an establishment for kids she was dry and not happy at all I look for customer service when visiting for the first time My kids was excited to visit mississippi smiles bc of the commercial but she almost made me cancel and leave back out wow..but the dental assistant in the back was awsome!! High praise to her and the dentist put the cherry on the shake he was very personable explained in English were I can understand about my kids dental health loved him there the reason I will be returning bc I was skeptical after my check in was so sad but they turned it all around for me thanks

Everyone was so nice and gentle. The assistants even kept Roman entertained while we wait for the doc. Dr. Harris was very observant and professional and offered great advice. After 3 years I wouldn’t trade this Dentist Office or the staff. Whenever we are there, the staff is always so nice and friendly. My daughter had issues with her tooth while in Gulfport for the Summer and the clinic there took great care of her and made the Jackson office aware of what took place. Today’s visit was amazing, I had 3 of my 5 kids scheduled. Had to be at work at 10, and we were out of there by 9:15. If you are looking for a Great Family Denisrty this is the one for you!!! I have been going to Mississippi Smiles since my oldest daughter who is now 6, got her first cleaning. They are AMAZING! Each and everyone of the dental assistants or hygienist (I am unsure of what title which has), have been nothing but very patient with my girls, they have a special way to make my girls feel comfortable and at ease while they are in the chair having their teeth cleaned, pictures taken, etc. Each and every employee, from the front desk lady that checks you in, to the lady or gentleman that walk my girls to get weighed, get their pictures taken and get them seated and started in the chair, they are all VERY FRIENDLY and not only do they make you feel very welcomed, but more importantly, they make my girls feel comfortable, try to help take any anxiety they are experiencing away, are SUPER PATIENT. I could many ask for a better pediatric dentist to take my girls, I feel lucky to have found their office when I first began searching for a pediatric dentist. I want to give a VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU to the male dentist who performed my daughters procedure today (Thursday, March 29, 2018). She had bad anxiety coming into the procedure this morning. You were so VERY caring, sweet, patient with her and most importantly, you made her feel SAFE. When we got home and the sedative y’all had given to her wore off for the most part, she honestly thought she had gotten princess fairy dust, not the laughing gas, and asked why she didn’t have powers like Elsa had. I told her, it might take a few days, but you will start to notice your magical powers lol. Y’all were great and I really thank you for EVERYTHING!! You all are wonder at your job and you can tell it’s not just a job to you, but a career you enjoy going into each day. I wish there were more business, employees, staff like you have at Mississippi Smiles
