I've trusted my dentistry health to Winning Smiles in Brandon MS for 10 years. Due to a recent relocation I was looking for someone closer to home. Because of how complicated my dentistry situation is, I was apprehensive to try someone new. Dr. Mundra was super! She was detailed in her explanations, she was very thorough in her examination, she patiently listened while I tried to convey my problem. The staff were very respectful and friendly, the facility was clean , and dare I say of a desistry office...inviting. I think I can say with confidence I have found my new dentist.

We were required to pick a new insurance company at the beginning of 2019. After extensive research of dentist that were accepted by our new company, we chose Metro Dental. My wife’s first visit was well over an hour for cleaning. My first visit was the same, the difference in my visit was I was seen by a Dr different than the reason we chose Metro Dental. This was an unpleasant unexpected experience and was done without any consultation with me. A very unprofessional and unpleasant experience that will unfortunately cause us to chose a different dentist going forward. One last thing, when I got home and talked with my wife, she was seen by Dr Mundra. I tried calling back to them to see why I was seen by someone else, after 6 calls I gave up. The phone call sent me to leave a message and instead of being able to leave a message, I was hung up on each time.

My family has been going to Metro Dental for a few years now, and we’ve never had a bad experience. The staff is always friendly, and the office is always clean!! Most important, they keep our mouths healthy and our smiles bright!! Giving their customers simple tips like when you can’t brush, at least swish/rinse to help fight those pesky cavities, does not go unnoticed!! Thanks for making my kids smile while filling cavities and fixing broken brackets
