What can I say about Mayatte Family Dentistry? They are absolutely the best! I had extensive dental work done over the course of a couple of months and the staff have been great! I have never had such warmth, caring and patience given to me as I have with Mayatte Family Dentistry. From having to cancel appointments for a family emergency to getting sick less than 24 hours after leaving their office (which had nothing to do with the dental work I had done) they showed how much I meant to them not only as a patient but also as an individual! Mayatte has always taken care of me and my family's dental needs. Since we have moved to this area (over 5 years ago) from out of state we have had nothing but good experiences. I would heartily recommend Mayatte for any dental needs. When we arrived in Brandon a new coworker recommended them and it was such a good recommendation. Both my wife and I and our two children (ages 5 and 7) have all had good experiences. We have had a number of cleanings and consultations, even had fillings and been given referrals when appropriate. We would not look elsewhere for dental care and have been thoroughly satisfied with the care Mayatte has provided. Our dentist, Amanda Burke, is always personable and is very professional. You always feel like you are being well taken care of at Mayatte. Those who help in the office, the dental hygienists, the dental assistants and all the staff are always very helpful and understanding. I typically always have the same hygienist with each visit as well (unless she is out on vacation). They are always concerned with our comfort and will ensure that any injections have been given the proper time to work correctly. There are many times that we have been asked in everything is good in the middle of a procedure or if we need a rest etc. They also take the time to get the procedure right. Once when getting a filling Dr. Burke took extra time to ensure that even when the procedure was nearly finished (instead of rushing in another patient because time=money) everything was positioned correctly and went back in to make adjustments to the filling until it was perfect. Every mouth is unique and every patient is treated the same way, with their well-being in mind. Whenever we have an appointment coming up we get notifications over text and email so it is hard to forget. That is a big plus in this busy world. I have also been offered earlier appointments when there is a cancellation within two weeks or so of my appointment. I have no complaints whatsoever. They understand how my dental insurance works and have always worked to provide care that is covered and to explain in detail if something would be needed or recommended that is not covered etc. We have been very pleased. If you are seeking a new dentist or are new in town I would point you to Mayatte.

They not only reminded me of my appointment via text, they also reminded me via text to get my RX filled and take my medicine before my appointment, and also upon cleaning my teeth got rid of a stubborn stain three other dental clinics had failed to remove! I was very pleased with the courteous staff, the welcoming atmosphere, the manner in which service was rendered, as well as the way Dr. Burke and Melissa discussed treatment plan with me. It is awesome to actually feel that you've received "A-1" service and you don't mind paying for it. When I left there, I got the feeling that the staff looks out for your well-being. I didn't feel that they were just out for making money on every angle, but interested more in making sure my dental needs were met to my satisfaction. Also, I love the idea of options. You won't go wrong visiting this office for dental care services. This has been by far the best dental interaction that I've experienced. Melissa is the best! I actually received compliments on my teeth after I left the office (right after the cleaning).

This is the place to go for quality dental work and care. I have a fairly long and complicated dental history, and for all the good dentists I’ve been helped by, the Mayatte staff is the most professional, friendly, and informative staff I have ever come across. From putting in an implant to a simple tooth cleaning to making a treatment plan for multiple issues (I had a broken down cost-per-visit broken down by procedure and insurance coverage before my visit was over!), this team has taken out so much confusion about the whole process for me, and I’ve always felt assured of the quality of everything detail. As note, visits are not short compared to normal dentists as consequence. You will be there for a while, so if you expect to be tossed in and out of a chair like some places, curb your impatience. Personally, I wish I could find a GP that cared half as much.

I have enjoyed mayette family dentistry. It is always so clean and everyone is very nice. The lady at the front desk is always smiling and check in is super easy. There is minimal wait time until you called to the back. While in the back you are greeted with even more smiles and a knowledgeable staff who care for you as a person. Today was my first appointment and I left there feeling like I had known Karson ( hygeinist) and Shawn ( dentist) forever. I normally hate going to the dentist but they made it a very pleasant experience for me. Karson did the x-rays and cleaning and explained step by step what she was doing. When Shawn came in, he made small talk to put me at ease, just as Karson had done. He was so easy to talk to. We talked for a bit about family and the Brandon area before he did the exam. He and Karson were both very professional but compassionate about the things going on in my life right now. Karson walked me to the front desk when we were finished and then hugged me! That made my day...and the music playing in the office was my favorite! K- LOVE!!! I've never been to such a friendly, caring dentist office before! My daughter had an issue where she thought she was having an allergic, she wasn't, but I informed the dentist to make sure there wasn't anything used that she was allergic to. They are the friendliest bunch of people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with from the smiling lady upfront, to the Hygienist, to the doctors. This was my best dental experience I have ever had. I had a lot of dental work needed done and in a hurry, they worked with me and fitted me into 4 visits within a week and got everything done for me. Also Iwe had thought that h would need two crowns but once they got started with the procedure found that I could save money and do fillings and not the crowns since they weren’t necessary. This is the first dentist office that I felt they were looking out for the patient and not the almighty dollar. From the time you walk into the office you feel welcome and all of the staff is so friendly and I have never seen coworkers working so good together and have such a good attitude. This will definitely be my family’s dentist from now on!
