Dr. Hughes staff was warm and reassuring. My infant son saw her for a lip/tongue tie frenectomy. Dr. Hughes listened patiently to our concerns, gave us space for questions, and carefully walked us through the details of procedure and the after-care. She was gentle and understanding. After originally seeking treatment from an ENT, she was a breath of fresh air. Her infant waiting room, nursing area, and changing area for babies were clean and well-kept- these areas are RARE to come by and yet so needed. When I had post-op concerns, the doctor was helpful and gave a timely response during after-hours without making me feel like I was bothering her. Would gladly recommend to friends and family.
