This place is a joke! Please read all reviews..i only wish i had! The price tripled after my husbands procedure. We got nothing but attitude and hostility from the incompetent staff that quoted us wrong, and only tried to blame us. They even called the cops on us for trying to get bill straightened out in the office. Beware!

This is MY dentist, has been my dentist for more than 10 years and will be my dentist until the day they plant me 6 feet under! The staff is helpful, the only work that is done is work that needs to be done. They look out for the patient. Love this group.

Funny my son was going there for years. -great- they get a new doc and now he needs $2500 of work. Asked to see his regular doc and told ( if thats what she says than thats what he needs). New doc new office 1 cavity. Priceless

No pain and everyone was pleasant to deal with. Most thing they do that really stands out for me is that you are not waiting a long time to go back or get treated. Also, they send several reminders and that really helps those of us with busy lives. I recommended a co-worker today for her family.

The staff has always been very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in my needs until major work was done and I constantly complained each time I went in about the sensitivity of the areas worked on. They would look and say everything was fine but it still wakes me up and does not feel right.........They do have great dental hygienist and I would recommend them for teeth cleaner and nothing else.........BTW, a great numbing solution is liquid clove.......that is what I use now when the pain gets too uncomfortable.

Be careful I’m still in pain now I need to another dentist no follow up. Crown now need a root canal office make sure your sent to in network provider you call office for help and your greeted with rudeness thank you Hernando Dental as I sit here with an infection and in pain great job, Not to mention ANTIBIOTICS TWICE , and not until the THIRD visit in paid did this office say OOPS you probably need a root canal, granted you don't k now before you start, even with testing BUT YOU SHOULD know or know there is a possibility when you done especially when the client is in pain and YOU GIVE THEM antibiotic 5 DAY PAC TWICE with PAIN PILLS...sending a patient to an out of network partner just comes down to KICK BACK.........SHAME ON YOU

Visited here today to get a possible cavity looked at. Waited for an hour in the dental chair without seeing the dentist or being numbed. After explaining that I had 3 children and paid a babysitter to be able to come to the dentist, they kindly said I should have scheduled with the woman dentist that works there because she doesn't do root canals and can get to patients quicker. When I scheduled, I said I had no preference for which doctor I saw, so not sure how I got the blame for that. Definitely not organized or well ran. On a positive note, the female hygentist who cleaned my teeth at last visit was great! However, will not be visiting here again after today's experience. A well ran business should value their customer's time.

I thought the front desk staff were very helpful, but the dentist I saw obviously did not want to work on me and was super stuck up. He quoted me $5000 to $6000 for a root canal and a crown on another tooth that had a filling that he said was unacceptable, and wanted me to be sedated by another dentist because I said I was nervous. When I took their quote to my insurance, Cigna said the prices were too high for the services they were performing and would only pay a percentage of what they thought were fair prices. I went to another dentist in Southaven and paid a little under $500 out of pocket after insurance. She didn't think I needed to be sedated and it was a very pleasant experience. I asked about the crown on the other tooth and she said it was fine and a crown was unnecessary. I told her the other dentist had tapped it and asked me, "Were you just trying to save some money there or what?" And she asked which dentist I had seen and rolled her eyes and said she knew him. So yeah. Not the greatest.

I went here to get a cracked front tooth fixed a few years ago. The dentist I saw patched it in a flimsy manner. It came off about a month later. She fixed it again but it didn’t stay in either. I also thought the office staff was unfriendly. I had to wait to pay my bill because she was doing something else apparently more important. After about 20 minutes I got up and said I am paying now or you aren’t getting paid! I have a job too! I went back to my old dentist who is way out of the way but is worth the drive! She fixed the front tooth and it has stayed on for two years now. And it looks natural.

I have always received nothing but superior service from Hernando Dental Group. The staff is always friendly and I'm always able to schedule an appointment that fits my schedule. My children recently "graduated" from their pediatric dentist to this group and I am very happy with the care they have provided to my children. I was surprised how much more thorough they were with check ups and cleanings than the pediatric dentist. I recently had to go for a follow up with a periodontist. It was very convenient that I could visit the same office. They treated me with respect and compassion. I would recommend this group to all of my family and friends.
