We had an emergency tooth issue with our 6 year old while we were traveling and called Happy Smiles in a panic. They were so wonderful and got us right into see them. Dr Knighton and his staff diagnosed our daughter and had us on our way in no time. Wish we lived closer so they could be our full time dentist!! Thank you Dr Knighton and staff!!!

Happy Smiles provides a great atmosphere for patients. I have been a patient here since they opened 3 years ago and I am now an employee. They gave me the encouragement to become a dental assistant and work in dentistry. The staff is so caring and takes the time to explain treatment if needed. One of the best parts about my visit is I never have to wait to be seen for my cleaning or by the dentist.. I love being a part of the Happy Smiles team as well as a patient.

I have been to a few places looking for someone that is good with children when it comes to getting your teeth done. Thankfully I have ran across Happy Smiles And couldn't be more pleased. The staff there is always willing to help make it a pleasant experience for your child. The wait time is a very minimal I think the longest I've ever sit in the waiting Room was maybe 10mins. They also have a play area for the little ones also a set up of video games for the older kids big plus I think. Everything is always nice in clean and I'm a happy mom

We've used Happy Smiles since my daughter first started going to the dentist in 2017. She loves the waiting room as their a variety of activities to keep her entertained as we wait. We've always been seen in a timely manner, and enjoyed the staff. We loved it so much we drive all the way from Middleton, TN just to use their dentist office. However, we had an incident back in the fall. My fiance had to take our daughter for her cleaning, as I was unable to miss work due to a deadline. He carries our daughter, all goes well until the dental assistant pulls him to the side compliments him, and then gives him her number. I'm sorry, but I find this highly unprofessional. Even if he wasn't with anyone, and was single I think it's very tasteless for an employee to approach a parent in a business, professional, or medical setting especially while he/she is with their child. We've decided to swap offices, as the dental assistant is still employed there.

I brought my son here after a previous terrible experience with another dentist who would not “allow” parents to come back with their children. The staff here is very good working with children who have anxiety at the dentist and in no way made me feel that he was a problem for them. The previous dentist just wanted to put him to sleep instead of being patient as this dentist was here. They are very thorough here and explain the process well and am proud we found them. When we moved back to Tupelo, I needed a dentist that would be patient with our three kids on the autism spectrum. I am so thankful I found Happy Smiles. They are always helpful and kind, and my daughter left smiling today…(that was after she was shaking walking in the door). A few months ago when my daughter had some teeth to be removed and a few cavities to be filled, we attempted to have the procedures done at the office. No dice. My daughter couldn't deal with the sensory of the Novocain. Soo…no problem. They didn't push at all. When it was evident she was not going to be able to handle it, they scheduled it for the hospital and everything went just fine. They are the easiest to work with and our kids love the brightness and cheeriness of the room. Excellent dentist staff and we highly recommend!

My children love it here!! The staff is so very helpful and the nicest I’ve ever had at a children’s dentist office!!! They can play on the little jungle gym and watch tv and play other games before they get called back. We never have to wait longer that 15mins before we’re called back. When we get in back they get to watch a movie while they get their teeth cleaned. Afterwards they get to pick out a toy, a balloon and a goodie bag with a new tooth brush dental floss and toothpaste.

My twin little boys had an appointment at 11:30,the type of job I have makes it really hard for me to take a day off so I scheduled their appointment on my hour lunch break ..... we got there at 11:25 and we were in my car on my way back to work at 11:51! That’s how quick they were!! ( I still had over half of my lunch break left to enjoy ) Not only are they super quick on getting you in and out but all of the staff members are so polite and are great with children! Hands down best dentist in Tupelo to take your children to in my personal opinion !! Me and my children love Happy Smiles !!!

On Friday, February 25th, I woke up with a tooth that was broken and the nerve exposed. I called all over looking for a dentist. I had three dentists offices tell me that it would be mid March before they could see me. So I called the number on the back of my insurance card and she gave me your number. I called and spoke with Bridget, who informed me that you guys only see patients up to 20 years old. I was in tears and I asked her could she direct me in the right direction. She took down all my symptoms and my insurance information and went and talked to Dr. Clemmer. She came back and told me to come on in. I came in and ya'll took x-rays and the tooth was extracted. To me this was above the call of duty. I can not tell you how much I appreciate being helped in this manner. It was very painful and I am so thankful that you guys were there to help me. My daughter and grandson are now going to be patients of yours because of such caring and wonderful service! Thank you ALL so very much! I highly recommend your services!! THANKS!!!!!!!! =)
