Yesterday, I went for a regular check-up and cleaning. The dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth was very kind, paid very close attention to detail, and did a very good job making the process as painless as possible (my gums are very sensitive due to occasional laziness). Dr. Green was very nice and gave very thorough, yet easy to understand, answers to my questions. Would definitely recommend this place.

On occasion you interact with an individual or organization who exceeds your every expectation. I was new in town and suffered all weekend with a terrible toothache. I called my daughter and she referred me to Dr Erin Green's Grants Ferry Family Dentistry. I arrived without an appointment on Monday morning hoping to find a way to get some relief. I was given an appointment only two hours later. When Dr Green evaluated me she determined I had a cracked tooth which would require both a root canal and a crown. Much to my surprise she said she could have me all done in two hours. I really almost couldn't believe it. I have real anxiety about this type of procedure and this was all handled with the utmost professionalism and care. Just like she said two hours later I was done and even more importantly completely out of pain. Every single person I came in contact with at the office was respectful and kind at all times. Dr Green certainly has a long term client! I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars as this organization certainly earned it. Thank you!

State of the art dental facility, Can do crowns in an hour with their own lab! No waiting a week with a temporary and then having to have it drill back off. Sweet and helpful staff takes time answering questions. Superb care and cleaning. My teeth looked whiter and brighter after regular dental cleaning. Dentist was very professional and helpful. She told me what needed to be done now for an older issue and what could wait. No nonsense and I loved the honesty.

Outstanding experience! So often these days, you have to wait weeks to get an appointment with a doctor. Imagine my surprise when the lady that greeted me told me they had an opening available in about three hours! This office is conveniently located. Easy to get in/out. Plenty of parking. Comfortable waiting room. Beautiful decor. The entire staff, hygienist, and doctor were wonderful. They took the time to teach me about the best care plan for my needs. (I also learned that at 44 years old, I have been flossing the wrong way my entire life...). Thanks for the soothing care and making my dental visit a pleasant one!

Not enough words to express how much I love this dentist. Misty and Erin(DDS) are THE BEST. They are a part of our family and until we relocate again we will NOT be going anywhere else. Just a great atmosphere and extremely pleasant staff. Dr. Green is very organized, extremely knowledgeable and most importantly she does not waste YOUR TIME! She gets it done. I have never had more efficient service at a dentist, coming from a big city with multiple dentists in one office. A gem of a staff for sure. Overall I wish I would have been coming here in the past. On top of being very personable each staff member was very knowledgable of their task and capable of explaining each step of the process. They also provided an overview of dental treatment plan that included the cost of each step. This allows someone like myself on a tight budget to be able to plan and coordinate accordingly. Dr. Green also performs many services inhouse when most places send you to someone else. All of this on the first visit has reduced my anxiety and hesitation of seeking dental care.
