This office is the most unethical I’ve ever been to. They quoted me a price over the phone, scheduled me an appointment for the requested procedure, then changed the price to almost $300 more with no real explanation as to why 3 days before my appointment. Also caused a mouth sore from their X-ray equipment which was jammed in my mouth despite me saying it was giving me pain. My appointment was canceled without my consent and I was given a card and told I could reschedule after inquiring about the price increase. Very disappointing!

I do not like going to the dentist, but this experience was as good as it gets! I recently moved from Louisiana and when I developed a dental problem that was causing me pain I went to the internet to find a dentist. Gluckstadt Family Dentistry saw me within a couple of hours of my calling. They were so accommodating and considerate. I can honestly say I felt no pain. I did wish for earplugs and if I could calm my overactive imagination I could have actually enjoyed the visit. I even felt a personal connection! Keep in mind that I am an “older” lady that does not give praise unless it is due.

I don’t like any dentist office, I had a tooth extracted approximately a year ago and some of the tooth or bone was not removed and it caused pain when I put my new dentures in that they also made, I’ve had them adjusted a number of times but I’m still having problems with them, when I eat with them in a lot of food get under them. They are suppose to be the dentures that you don’t have to use polygraph with but I was told to try some to see if it helped, it didn’t. I have another cleaning scheduled in six months I’m not sure if im going to keep the appointment. I normally don’t do reviews but I was sent this link twice asking me to complete one so I did.

Doctor has provided good service but be careful going here as you will be paying more. Just for one teeth root canal I had to pay 1.2 k from my pocket even though I had very good insurance. Normally they project very less amount before procedure and by end you will be paying more

Doctor is not very gentle in his work. Left patient with inflamed gum and pain across the neck and upper back after his adjusting of the bridge that he put in place.

Was my first time since I was a child going to the doctor and yes I was a nervous wreck but dr Hauptman eased my stress levels... nothing bad to say about my visit at all... I had a deep cleaning and my wisdom tooth pulled...

Be careful going here. I had 2 dental insurances and somehow still owed close to $2000 and they are quick to send to collections. The dentist also drilled so much of my tooth that he cracked it and I'm stuck with the bill for the repairs to the damage that he caused.

Be careful of poor google reviews. Due to Hipaa regulations, I can not reveal the truth about patient accounts and/or treatments with our office. Any patient treated in our office, that has a problem will be seen as soon as possible. My goal is to provide quality care in a comfortable environment for every patient.
