Front desk is fast, techs and assistants are knowledgeable and helpful, and the sense of experience felt by the physicians made me feel comfortable and sealed my decision! I had to have all my teeth removed, because I had put off having fental care for so long. My teeth were in terrible condition. Dr. Germany made me feel so comfortable about having the procedure done, and assured he would make sure i was well taken care of. A month before i went to set up the procedure, i developed a DVT blood clot in my right leg, and had a few other medical conditions. Dr. Germany went out of his way to make sure my health was good enough for me to start my dental process, before he would do anything. He even went as far as to give me a referral to a hematologist to get cleared medically before he would set a date to extract my teeth. In my experience with dentist, he is the only one who went the extra mile to make sure my health came first! I had the procedure done 2 weeks ago, and have done excellent, and Dr Germany has been right with me. He even personally called me to make sure i was doing well, and even gave me his personal number to call him, day or night, if i nneded anything. I highly recommend Germany Dental for any of your dental care needs. The staff are all very knowledgeable of procedures, insurance claims, and go out of the way to help with financing if needed. I have been very impressed with my entire experience with everyone at Germany Dental, and am so thankful I choose them for my dental care!

I’m new to the area and a colleague mentioned that her mom drives from Clinton to Brandon because of her love & loyalty to Dr. Germany. So, I said why not. My hygentist, Jennifer, was very personable and made my visit as painless as possible. The only low of the visit was that the waterpik thingy spit so much water that I had water all over my face and down my neck. I understand it was a necessary tool to use based on my particular needs but getting my entire neck and face wet wasn’t pleasant. Othet than that I have no complaints. Dr. Germany was professional and courteous! I look forward to my six month check up.

Their diagnosis was straight forward and they listened to me and what I wanted to have done, and made a plan to make that happen! Like taking out an old silver filling to crown it because silver fillings can corrode over time. I’m sure he recommended the other things because it really is in my best interest, but it felt like a mechanic trying to upsell me from a simple oil change to replacing a dirty air filter and rotating tires. All in all it was a great experience.

This was my first visit and they took their time, talked about what I was expecting, explained things beforehand (yes, I’ve been going to dentists my whole life, so I know a lot of this is common) and did an awesome job. This place is wonderful. Each staff greeted me with pure kindness from when I first walked through the doors. Even though I am a nurse, I have severe anxiety when it comes to dentists. They treated me as person and not just as a patient. Everything was explained very thorough with no surprises. The staff were awesome. From the receptionist, the techs, the hygienists, nurse anesthetist, the doctors, and everyone in between, they were all very professional and so kind! I called them in excruciating pain at the end of the work day. I had just left another dentist office that allowed a student to attempt to pull out my wisdom tooth with little to no anesthesia because he thought it would be easy. Madison listened to me and assured me that everything would be ok. She told me to come in the office that day and they worked me in their schedules. They treated me like a princess. Everyone was attentive and sensitive to my every need. They explained everything to me plainly and scheduled me for extraction of my wisdom teeth the same week! I can not brag on them enough. Madison even called me the next day to check to see if I was feeling better. I had never been treated so kindly at a dentist office. If you are looking for comfort and quality care, look no further. I can’t thank the staff enough!!!
