I was suffering with undiagnosed periodontal disease. Was so embarrassed that my breathe was horrible I went to other dentist asking for help. Only left feeling disappointed and hopeless. Dr. Nichols knew immediately how to help me and resolve my issue. I'm so very thankful. Misty scaled my teeth, immediately I now longer tasted blood from my gums. She took her time and provided excellent care. My breathe smells great! My gums no longer bleed when I brush, or floss my teeth. I recommend you bring your whole family there for dental care...I am. My gums and teeth can't thank them enough!!

The staff here is wonderful. Expect to be called back shortly after or right on time for your scheduled visit. Dr. Nichols and Brittney are such a wonderful team to have performing your treatment, and they are so kind. The visits are not long at all, which is definitely a plus. Although you're not there for long, you dont feel rushed. I actually look forward to coming for a bit of relaxation. Everyone is so helpful and works together to make sure you have a pleasant visit time after time. I can't recommend another clinic as highly as I do this one.

My youngest had a bad experience at another dental clinic I called Garner & Nichols Dental office they got us right in made him feel important. They took their time with him. Cissy was great!! She talked to him and held his hand the whole time. Cissy always has to be in his room from then on or if she can't be in there she always stops by and sees him.

I was told they accepted dental insurance and my teeth were cleaned and x-Ray done but nothing else. 7 months later, they sent me a bill for $212 with no explanation. I had to call and was told they filed my insurance and it was denied. Called my insurance company and immediately was told that the claim was approved and had been mailed in the last week. Insurance paid $142. Fast forward two weeks, I get a bill for $70 and a threat that I’m being sent to collections. Here’s the rub: if you call them, they’ll tell you a dental cleaning and x-ray costs $175. Why was I charged $209 + interest? Because I have insurance. Why do insurance customers cost more than a stranger on the street? All I can guess is greed. Why did it it take 7 months for them to file an insurance claim ? And why did they then only start contacting me? All I can guess is incompetency on the part of whoever handles their billing. Anyway, as stated, make them tell you what they’re charging you up front, especially if you have insurance, so you won’t be taken advantage of like me

This means before a procedure is done, I know what it will cost, what my insurance can be expected to pay, and what options I have for treatment and payments, if necessary. This means a lot to me, as well as the friendly atmosphere. They are always happy to see me! Thanks guys!!!
