My family has been going to Cole for 25+ years. This week I had a tooth that was hurting and Cole worked me in and dealt with me himself. Such professionalism & courtesy, they never get tired in showing me. The whole staff is one of a kind, i love them, they like family.

I became a patient of Dr. Fortenberry (Madison Dental Group) in 2016 when I moved to Madison. At first, I was reluctant to change because I have really never had a good experience with a dentist. My husband was already a patient so I decided to give it a try. BEST move I have ever made! Every visit has been so personable. Love the staff. I've had several treatments and not a single one has been painful or a bad experience. I am so glad that I use Madison Dental Group and I would highly recommend it to everyone.

I had been going to a very good dentist for a long time too, and he retired and I had to consider a new dentist. So, I chose my husband's dentist because of all the good things he said. My husband was right ! They have state of the art on equipment and very nice and accommodating. Very well satisfied. I can't say enough on how good they are and caring.

Best dentist i have had in my life. I am severely dentist-phobic and honestly do not have any anxiety going to him. Relaxing heated massage chairs and tv on the ceiling make it easy to forget you're at the dentist, and he is so gentle and never hurts. Highly recommend.

I love the NEW office and especially the new dental chairs (Vibration & Heated seat) with TV's overhead. The staff are the best I have ever experienced in all of my 72 years of life. Dr. Fortenberry and this staff are like family. My dental procedure was a "PIECE OF CAKE".
