First visit this morning and it was a great visit. The excellent customer service started that I received before I arrived to my appointment (received a call from Dr.Tracy prior to my visit welcoming me). Then it continued when I arrived to to a smile and a handshake, and meeting the hygienist, Jessica, and then talking with Dr. Tracy. What was really amazing was the fact that Dr. Tracy actually read the forms/paperwork that I completed. This was truly a great experience and I highly recommend this practice.

I must say this has already been one of the best experiences we have encountered with a dentist staff. The staff is very very nice and you feel welcomed there. My appointments for myself and 3 kids were last minute and Bridget worked us in sooner than I expected which was GREAT! My daughter had a root canal done today and she said this was her best experience ever! She actually said she wants to go back and she will because we still have dental work for me and my kids. I could go on and on about the experience at Dr. Tracy’s office! Great environment, Great Staff, Caring and Polite staff, if I knew my experience would be this great I would’ve been to this office months ago however thank GOD I found a place where we all have good vibes about. All my kids said they loved it and I’m a tough guy so yes I feel very comfortable coming here. I will most definitely tell friends and family about this experience and refer them to this office! Great place to go. I have been going here almost as long as they have been in business. Since going here, I have had very little work done. In the 5 years prior, I bounced around to different dentists that were constantly wanting to drill on my teeth and finding cavities I never felt or could see. One even tried to sand between my teeth because they were too tight for unwaxed floss. I have not changed the way I take care of my teeth ever, only found a dentist that wasn’t looking for a money maker.

I have been going to Dr. Tracy's office for 8 years. He is a great dentist with a skilled hand. I have had 2 dentists prior to visiting Dr. Tracy. My fear was having to get injected with the numbing medicine. Well, when I tell you he is so skilled that you will not feel a sting when he is injecting the needle in the area to be numbed, you will NOT. He show concerns about your oral health and always has the same friendly personality in the office as well as out of the office. He also has a friendly dedicated staff.

Dr. Tracy and his staff are the best I have ever experienced. Dr. Tracy has been our dentist for several years. My "dental experience" ranges from military dental clinics to several good civilian dental clinics, and Dr. Tracy and his staff are the best by a long shot. They do everything to inspire confidence in the patient. Dr. Tracy is a perfectionist who does not try to "sell" any procedure. He will tell you and show you what is best for your health in all aspects of his service. I would recommend Dr. Tracy's clinic for all dental needs.
