I called to schedule an appointment. The assistant was extremely rude. She answered the phone and said, "Hello!" I responded, "Hello?? Is this a place of business?" At that point I didn't know if I had dialed the correct number. Her response was, "Yea what do you need??" She never even greeted me properly. She continued to be rude. I told her I would just hang up and call back to get someone more professional. I did just that and got someone with better people skills, but by that time, I no longer wanted to give my business to a company that was portrayed that way. Unfortunately, I never even made it through the door.

Rarely do you hear someone say, "I had a pretty nice visit at the dentist office!" Well, that someone is me. Having a good six months check up to start with is not bad either. My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Morgan for about eight or nine years. We've always had good experiences during our visits. The staff is always genuine, courteous, and professional. They have the state of the art dental technology to better serve and to treat you, but the one thing that I personally like the most is, Dr. Morgan is an AWESOME dentist, and has a great sense of humor. She knows how to keep you at-ease even when there's a serious concern. Dr. Morgan cares greatly about my dental health, but she cares even more about my total well-being as a person! That means more to me than I can ever truly express.

My wait to see the hygienist is brief. My hygienist takes care of my Dental cleaning. After my visit with the hygienist, the Dentist greets me. The Dentist then examines me. The way the Dentist conducts bedside manner is what all doctors should aspire to. This is a top of the line office. I would highly recommend Dental solutions of Mississippi to anyone in need of professional dental care.
