Today was my son's first visit to the dentist. He is two and a half years old. Dr. Carter and her staff were wonderful and found little fun ways to get him to cooperate throughout his visit. He got to watch the movie "Cars" while he laid in the chair and he couldn't have been more relaxed and at ease! I'm very excited that we've found our pediatric dentist!

They did amazing with my both of my kids, even did white crowns on there front teeth so no silver visible teeth, absolutely recommend them for your children!

On any other day I would give a 5 star review. However, today the dentist refused to evaluate my child due to hand mouth foot after his pediatrician cleared him. FYI, this was post cleaning and nurse had me reschedule for another day. I wonder if they refuse to see patients with a cough as well. Definitely a disappointment.

A place that lists SPANISH SPEAKERS right with intellectually disabled, hiv, lupus,etc... I brought it up and they said its the only way to know if the patient needs a translator... Really? How about..." Do you need a translator?" " Do you feel more comfortable speaking a language other than English?" I dont know i have been to plenty of doctors and dentist and none were this ignorant. By the way, speaking Spanish does not necessarily mean I need a translator. Taking my kids else where,the experience was okay but with this, I definitely won't be coming back here. Ignorance is definitely a thing here.

They were so great with my 3 year old and he was terrified and gets separation anxiety if he leaves my side. But they were patient and friendly with him. And they helped me with care credit and staying within what we can afford. Will definitely be back and be bringing our other kids.

Dr.Broom and Dr.Carter both work very well with children. They are very professional and patient. My children have never been frightened or complain about dental visits since we started coming here a few year ago. I am extremely satisfied with the service my children and I receive each visit. I highly recommend them. They are the best!

Love the interior Noah's Ark decor and all of the play things for the kiddies! The staff was very professional, friendly, and gentle with my nervous little man's first dentist appointment. The wait to be seen was short and the entire process was very smooth. Dad did a great job selecting our new dentist office for our son. :)

Had been going there for sometime, and they were great! Then my stepson came to see them and he needed a lot of work!! They demanded 6400 dollars before they would even start... I asked for any other options... The lady upfront suggested I use credit care to finance the work... luckily I found a dental office who worked with me! I only paid $600 out of pocket and my insurance through my employer paid the rest!! I have 5 children that went here. They will not be back!! I find it ridiculous that they would expect someone to pay that kind of money... And offer no other alternative!! Deeply disappointed..

My kids absolutely love coming to the dentist at Dr. Broom and Dr. Carter's office. In the past 3 years, we have seen both dentists and have been to both offices and have had nothing but great experiences. All of the ladies there are all so friendly from the front to the assistants to check-out. My kids leave excited asking when they get to come back. I would recommend this office to ALL.

I took two of my grandchildren to Dr. Broom's office in Ocean Springs due to the fact my daughter had to work and my son-in-law was in a meeting. This was the first time they had visited this office and the second time they had visited this doctor. The granddaughter, who had just turned 7, was understandably nervous about this visit. They were going to extract a tooth and fill another one. I promised her I would go back with her and everything would be fine. If you read their review, you would assume the same thing. They want your child to be comfortable and at ease. They would not let me walk her to the back. One lady was real nice and comforting but the other said you are a big girl. When telling this Dr. about not being happy with not being able to walk her back there He didn't care!! So much for putting the granddaughter at ease. He just said that I shouldn't have promised her that. I was put in charge of looking out for her best interest. It didn't happen here at this office. I will say that when she was about to faint after the procedures that the office staff gave a hoot.

I love Dr. Reggie Broom & Dr. Stacey Carter dentist office. I have not meet one person in that office that has an attitude when you go in there. They treat the children great there and does wonders with their teeth. They also have games in the lobby to keep the kids entertained while they wait. You are in and out in a timely manner. No all day trips to the dentist with them.I will not take my children any where else since I have found them.
