They showed me a detailed break down of what my procedure would cost. Everything was explained very thoroughly. Dr. Ballard is extremely gentle and compassionate. The only negative is getting in for an appointment. There is no way to get to him, even to ask a question about a broken tooth. I wish the front desk people were as compassionate as he is!

I would like to share with everyone that Brookway Dental is the best and most caring dentist office I’ve ever been to. I broke a tooth on Christmas and was in so much pain I couldn’t take it. Dr.Balllard meet me at the office and help me out where I was able to enjoy Christmas with my family. If you want a dentist that truly cares about quality service and old fashion beliefs that they truly care!!! Thank you Dr. Ballard and Ms. June. I have been going to Dr. Doty for so long I can’t even remember when I started. But he and his team have seen my three children all their growing up years. My husband also sees them and I am very happy with all they have done for us. They really do treat us like friends/family.

5 fillings were done for my daughter and before the last 2 were done I went in and carried my daughter to show them where there was a hole in her back bottom teeth and they said it was nothing. Now child is having a lot of tooth pain. I paid over $600 for services. Now my daughter has problem with the tooth they said was nothing! Poor services and taking money from a single struggling parent who has dental insurance is not right! I will be filing a complaint with the ADA.

They are always very nice and professional, they do great work and don’t make you feel bad for having dental issues. I’ve seen plenty of dentist due to living different places and some are just rude not understanding people have accidents, health issues and sometimes just don’t have insurance or the money to pay for a dentist which I’m turn leaves them with dental issues. I have had a partial since I was a child due to an accident and other dental issues

You could not ask for a more caring and wonderful staff! They answer any and all questions you could possibly have. They are so understanding of people’s fears of dentists and do everything in their control to make you comfortable. So friendly and personable. The entire staff is so knowledgeable on everything and up to date on all of the newest technologies and trends. I have never felt more comfortable and safe in a dental chair then I have here.
