Regina went out of her way to schedule me an emergency visit with the upmost urgency. They also offered me with many options for my dental care. Very professional and friendly staff. They were a little busy, but were organized and I was taken care of immediately. Would highly recommend!

I scheduled an appointment to have my filling replaced. Asked if they had an 8:30 appointment and they told me they didn’t do appointments at that time. So even though I dread early morning appointments I agreed to 7 am. I arrive at 6:55 and wait for about a hour. I go the receptionist and ask about the wait. Apparently the hygienist hadn’t arrived yet. I said excuse me this is suppose to be an appointment to have my filling replaced. So to sum it up they scheduled the wrong appointment and I sat and waited a hour with no explanation. Keep in mind this is December and I’m trying to get my appointment in before the end of the year. WASTED TIME AND MONEY!!! I’m a fairly new patient and will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very inconstant with appointments. With them having problems with keeping our appointments even after having them scheduled for 6 months we have taken our business to another office. The staff was always friendly.

the entire staff from the front on back is awesome. I have had anxiety for years about going to the dentist and did not go as a result. I finally went to AFD and now I wouldn't go any place else. They're very professional & explain everything in detail.

I had dentures made here less than 2 years ago and just had my 3rd tooth pop out. I had my previous dentures for 15 YEARS and never a lost tooth. These denture are poorly made and of very low quality. I would highly recommend finding a private dentist for any dental appliances versus this chain practice.

Dr.Edwards is really nice and patient. She is very personable, friendly and eases the experience. However, I've had several procedures done and still have pain and other issues and we aren't getting a solution. After spending so much money, I'm tired. Also, the receptionists are unorganized with billing and claims. I keep receiving bills and when I do, I call and they say, "It'll be written off." Cool, but can you just get that under control in the first place? The billing department is very bad with filing claims with insurance. Again, Dr. Edwards is great, and patient, especially dealing with my tardiness, but I'm just not satisfied with my overall experience and care. I keep giving out money with no resolution.

This was my first time at this dentistry. I am absolutely in LOVE with this place. I am always very apprehensive about going to the dentist, which is why I haven't seen one in 6 years. I saw Dr. James Pritchard, and received the best care I have ever had from a dentist. He took his time to explain what he was doing and how he was doing it. I definitely recommend this location and Dr Pritchard to anyone who needs any type of dental care.

No pop up bills because everything is explained before you leave. I highly recommend this office for any dental needs.

AFD cancelled and rescheduled my visit for three months later last year. Then they cancelled the rescheduled visit. Not reliable.

One Lego at a Time

This establishment does not have the best interest of children in mind. My children were new patients and they were turned away specifically because of the color of their skin. I pray that as a people we can begin to refuse to give Business to companies that are blatantly operating out of racism. Fortunately i pay for insurance and i can go wherever i choose. The ladies at the front have the least amount of customer service and are not interested in serving people of color. I am warning everyone i know. Not not give them your business.
