It's a bait and switch operation. They lead you to believe they have cheap "affordable dentures" but when you get there their "team of experts" claim that they can do the cheap ones but they arent very good and will just cause problems later. o they say they have a next tiere which is more expensive..but still can have the same problems as the cheap ones. And, of course, they then offer you their most expensive denture which they back and claim its the best way to go and if you care for your mouth and dont want problems then that is the way to go. Oooh..they say...but if you cant afford it we can give you loan papers....which is great for them becuz they get their money and if someone's debt goes bad it's not on them...it's on the institution that loaned it. I cannot stand these dentists who make it clear that your health is important to them...but ...not really...your MONEY is what is important to them.

Affordable Dentures is THE BEST AND MOST AFFORDABLE place to go for Extractions and Dentures..... I checked everywhere from Mobile to Louiasana....they also have offices in those areas......you can get all your teeth out at once and same day get your Temporary teeth or you can get a couple at a time extracted before you get your temporaries..that is the way I am doing it......They will work with you however you wish to do it......And best of all is NO PAIN IN YOUR MOUTH AND NO PAIN IN YOUR WALLET!!!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I got new dentures from them for my implants and they did not work properly, i.e. they would not stay fastened. After numerous "Adjustment" appointments they finally realized they were using the wrong O rings . (I had previously provided them the info (Company size etc) . Then numerous more "Adjustment s" where they must have tried every O Ring in Mississippi except the correct one. Finally , at the last "Adjustment Apt" they said my implants were obsolete and that the O Rings were no longer available because the company that made them was no longer in business. I got on the net and found that the company was still in business and that the O rings were available. I called them and told them this but they didn't want to hear it. They did ,however ., want to give me another "Adjustment Appointment" ! This experience would make a great "Seinfeld" episode!

I don't recommend this place at all, they don't put the teeth in the right place, also I never had an issue with my jaw popping out of the joint till I went there, I paid for a premium set and received a basic set. I am nowhere close to being happy, my mouth hurts continuously, its beyond ridiculous.

Disappointed! Very very very disappointed! Feel like if the first person I dealt with, once I was in the back office, would have listened to me and not immediately gotten an attitude my experience could have been very different. Had been very pleased with my previous work done by this company but they dropped the ball this time. Did get a refund but still wasted a colossal amount of time, for them and me. Also caused me a great deal of pain and grief, they cannot compensate me for that.. also no water in the back.. everytime I went for adjustments I got sick, not sure how well their equipment gets cleaned.. will go elsewhere, pay a little more (which I was willing to do here) where I don't get cookie cutter service.

This is the second time I’ve had dentures made here. The first time I was very thrilled. They were light weight and fit my mouth. This time however I feel like these were made for someone’s else’s mouth. They are very thick and clunky and I’m not able to chew. The drs and the assistants are really nice and friendly, however I wish I hadn’t spent the money I saved for over a yr. I feel it truely was a waste and makes me sad

the husband is very nice!!!! but as soon as the wife found out I was having my surgery elsewhere she had a constant attitude with me, she was argumentative, rude and just a pain to deal with. I have never been treated so awful. she kept snipping at me and walking off so I couldn't defend myself. she was a bully. if u go, I would ask for the husband cause the wife is a miserable person. her husband is sweet, attentive and understanding. the denture itself is fine, especially for the price I paid.

Went to a different dentist (back bay dentistry) to attempt to get a tooth extracted, worse experience ever. I was told it would have to be surgically removed. I paid for a full xray but they only took a xray of the one tooth so I would have to pay again for xrays if I needed more work done. I questioned everything they had done and were saying. It didnt feel right. I left highly upset with my painful tooth still in my mouth. I called Affordable Dentures because I remembered using them in 2016 and they were the best. My appointment was at 10:15 am and I was at the pharmacy down the street at 11 am getting my perscriptions filled. They were that good and fast. No extremely long waits in the waiting room. Got straight to the work and the best part is I have a full set of xrays I can take to any dentist if I need anymore work that they dont do( they use that great stand up machine for xrays no gagging anything). My tooth did not need to be surgically removed. They saved me unessacary pain and money. I love them and will see them soon to do my partial. I wish they did more like fillings and simple stuff. But they will always be my go to for extractions and when I need partials or dentures. I love love love Affordable Dentures.

Same day fix for broken dentures and a great fix. Very happy. If I was to a complain about any thing it would be the 45 minute wait just to find out if they could fix them and a 15 minute wait to pay. But they do great work.

Staff was friendly and efficient. Met with a smile by tech who worked with me "Leslie Marie" a reincarnation of my wife.....still in ithe air on that. Sweet, efficient and knowledgeable. Her and doc Mack spent rime explaing procedure. I would have signed to start, but the fact I'm on fixed income, so I'll have to wait 3-4 months to afford affordable dentures. But after the alloted saving funds time I will have procedures done with this group. Very satisfied.

I wish the staff would explain some of what to expect when you schedule certain appointments. I went for the 9-12 refit expecting to be in for the mold and go back later to pick up and adjust the new plates. I ended up sitting in the waiting room for about 2 hours so they could cast a wax model to check fit and alignment. I had not planned for that because I did not expect that based on previous visits. When I mentioned that I needed to get out of there kinda quick, they all seemed to go into "slow as molasses" mode.

No, they don't take MS Medicaid. I found out when I went with my mom yesterday on Nov. 27 for her Free consultation and x-ray appt. We wanted to find out more of what kinds of dentures they offered and the different textures and qualities available because Not all dentures are created equally. I asked questions regarding the texture and quality of the material that will actually hold the teeth in. I wanted the brand called: (Ivoclar Vivadent). Ivoclar Vivadent makes the teeth as well as the Dentures itself. I was searching online and was told that Affordable Dentures does offer this material but when I got there they didn't even know what kind of material I was talking about. During the consultation I was told that not all Affordable Dentures offer the same services. Instead I was shown only 1 kind of Denture with the material that was not flexible at all nor high quality. I told my mother that this material will be uncomfortable to wear because it was rock hard. I asked if there were any other options available but was told that the Dr. recommended this for my mother. The Dr. recommended a "Cast Metal Ultimate Partial." It seems to me that this place is like a one- way train. They are not really into catering to your specific needs because they acted like they didn't really care about what I wanted. They just kept pushing this one type of denture that was so cheap and bulky looking that I knew this was not the place to get my mother's dentures at. We were quoted a price for these low quality~bulky dentures for $1,945.00 that would have been made for my mother's bottom teeth. This place reminds me of those dentist that are trying to sell you a low quality denture for a high price. Whenever you go to get fitted for dentures...the Dentist is suppose to take in consideration your whole mouth...not just the section that you need the partial or dentures placed in. And the Dentist is suppose to do that first in order to ensure that you get the perfect and most comfortable fit so you don't run into other problems down the line with your dentures. So, any other problems that you have in your mouth needs to be dealt with first before you place any dentures in your mouth. But this place is not concerned about that. They don't take their time to explain in great detail the quality of their dentures nor did they know much about them when I asked them. And you can understand their attitude in their voice tone when you ask them questions. It's very unpleasant and I will not get any services done here because they made me feel very uncomfortable for expressing my needs versus what they wanted me to get. LASTLY, It's a problem when they gave my mother only one Denture to choose from. You should also look at the reviews on Google that are low rated because you will hear of stories where one woman paid $4000 for her dentures and she said it makes her lips look like she has no dentures in at all. She also mentioned that they don't fit well either. Another woman said that they didn't put her teeth in the right place. She also advised that she never had an issue with her jaw popping out of the joint till she went here. She then said that she paid for a premium set but received a basic set. Before I went to this place I didn't see the bad reviews on Google but I'm so glad I've seen them now.

You have the feeling of being cattle. Plan in spending the entire day there. They do not file insurance, must have cash up front.
