I first started going to Dr. Stanley in 2018 because one of my co workers recommended this office. Upon starting I had to call and cancel a couple appts due to my work schedule and I always rescheduled. I didn’t know that you had to call within 24hrs if canceling, it was never told to me. So I set an spot and went got my teeth cleaned a couple times and they did a great job. Last thing I did was go to get a tooth filled, that turned out bad because the tooth started back to hurting after the filling was done about a week after. I think I should have been told that the tooth needed to be pulled or other options. I called back and she told me to come back in ( insurance charged again) and she put me on some Antibiotics which gave me an allergic reaction . I called to inform her of that and she sent me some more antibiotics to the pharmacy for me to pick up. Ok I started taking those and that didn’t work. I called back to Dr. Stanley office to inform them of that and to see what’s my next option which I Hope was getting it pulled so the front desk clerk told me she would have to talk to Dr. Stanley and then give me a call back. So I called back the next week to see if I could get it pulled it the person on the phone said Dr. Stanley would have to send me to an Oral Surgeon to pull. So they sent my forms and Xrays over to another Dentist but the dentist couldn’t get to me til next week, right now I’m in so much pain. I called back to Dr. Stanley office to see if she can pull it cause I know they pull teeth or she just didn’t want to. The clerk on the phone told me we can’t help you with that because you have 3 cancelled appts back in 2018. So due to the fact I missed a couple appts last year and all was rescheduled, she was not going to help me. I can’t believe this and I’m very disappointed and I will never return to this place again because I think it was not professional to not inform me of that. And by the way I have great Federal Dental Insurance. And I recommended them to several people but I will never again.
