I was very pleased with all the dental treatment I received. The dentist and nurse was extremely kind and professional and explained to me everything in detail before proceeding. I didn't felt the injection too.

Absolutely the best of an unhappy experience. Let's face it. No one really "likes" going to the dentist. But new to town, a few weeks ago I chipped 2 teeth & they got me in right away were so nice and affordable. So I went there today for a long needed root canal & I was so pleased. They again were AMAZING. Id definitely recommend this clinic to anyone who would listen! Thank you to the Staff & Doctors!

I agree with the other person to. I went here, and service was mediocre. My extraction was done poorly. But what annoyed me the most, was the flagrant display of "middle eastern religion". Other clinic don't show Jesus everywhere. So why should we have to put up with this?

From start to finish these my visit was a great experience I was experiencing quite a bit a pain and was in need of a dentist and I happened to be refereed here. And I sure glad I did. I had to have a cavity fill it was strange to be because I have never had one cause me that much pain. From start to finish they made me feel like my problem was of their highest concern. The Dr. did a great job and since my visit I have felt 0 pain thank you so much!

Without question this is the best dental clinic I have ever been to. They were nice, fast and very knowledgeable. I got 3 wisdom teeth pulled in no time at all with no pain! I couldn't believe it. They even let me look at them when it was all over. Five stars team, really good work!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Alkabbani and his staff. He is very warm and friendly but always professional. I don't ever feel like my appointment is rushed. The Dr. and His staff take the time to answer any questions I have and make sure I understand the explanation. Dr. Alkabbani explains all options available.

GREAT! I was experiencing severe pain and walked into the Dental Emergency Room, was seen as an emergency patient. The doctor was very skillful when working with my teeth, I didn't feel a thing and didn't need to use the drugs prescribed for pain. I recommend the clinic for it's continence being open 7 days a week, since i work.

I found this dentist online as I was looking for someone to pull an impacted wisdom tooth. I was in horrible pain for a couple days because of my fear of the dentist. When I was done avoiding the inevitable, I went in to The Emergency Dental Room. They were so nice and made me feel so comfortable, assuring I would be pain free in 10 minutes. It was so fast easy and painless I decided to continue my quest for a better smile. A year later I am happy to smile again! Not only did they take care of cavities, but gave me a smile that I had only dreamed about for years through cosmetic dentistry. Every time I came in I felt very cared for, and they cured my fear of the dentist. I cant thank them enough. Safe to say...yes...I highly recommend them.

Wow thats all I have to say my wife was actually in need of a dentist pretty bad. She had some strange pain coming from her mouth a friend who had been to this clinic told us we wouldn't regret it. and we don't the Dr. did a great job we walked in and honestly you know how you have that awkwardness when you walk into a Dr. office well for the first time i can remember, we didn't have that. the staff was extremely pleasant and knew what they were doing. The doc was efficient and polite when need of a dentist we both know where we will be going A+

Called to schedule an appointment for a tooth that has broken off. They told me it will be $150 Just to look at my mouth and x-rays. That was fine I was able to pay that upfront and then I was told it will be an additional $400 If I needed a tooth pull ( which I will). I'm in so much pain I asked if there was a payment plan and I was denied. It's sad because I work hard and my job doesn't offer dental insurance. I feel like it's unfair cause not everyone can afford to pay that much out of pocket. Now I'm in pain and I have to deal with it smh

Was able to get it quickly for an infected tooth that had kept me up all night. Loved the transparency before my exam. Hygienist was prompt and friendly, knew what she was doing! The doctor talked me through what could happen that day and what my options were down the road. When I got anxious during the extraction, they were both so kind and reassured me that everything was going normally and nothing was wrong. Would give 5 stars, but I'm not done recovering so I wanna wait and make sure. No regrets and thanks so much!

Came here bc the reviews were amazing and I was super excited bc I usually hate going to the dentist. they did see me immediately which was great but the dentist wasn't very friendly. I only went it because I had a broken tooth and wanted it removed bc of the pain it was causing. he told me I needed braces and that seems rude to me .I'm perfectly fine with the way my teeth look. he tried numbing my mouth but didn't really work the first time and it hurt like crazy when he started working on my tooth. almost worse than the pain I was feeling before I came in. it would cost about 2000 just for tooth extraction and root canal and iI can' afford a crown . was told it will be more expensive if I do a payment plan. when it was done he just sent me out without any after care instructions. I could also hear them whispering about me my teeth on my way out. forgot to mention the guy at the front desk told me my insurance would cover it but when they were starting it I was then told I had to pay for it bc my insurance didn't cover it. I will be going to a different dentist.

Dr. Alkabbani and his dental assistant, Ashley, have been working on my dental needs for almost three years now. Dr. Alkabbani has always been extremely professional, kind and compassionate with my comfort levels, as I’ve had a fear of dentistry growing up. Before I first came to the Emergency Dental Room, I had not been to the dentist in 20 years! Why? Because the doctors I had to work with would oftentimes use shame, sometimes outright anger, as a “motivator” to keeping my teeth cleaner and were not sensitive to my fears at all. Guess what? The shaming and lack of professionalism just pushed me away and dentistry seemed like a nightmare to me. I had my wisdom teeth pulled when I was 19, and the dentists refused to do anesthesia. I was awake for the whole, torturous procedure because my bottom wisdom teeth were completely sideways and the cutting and pulling took a couple hours! So many horrible experiences made me stay away from dentistry. This was growing up in South Dakota. Yes, I brushed and flossed everyday, but eventually that wasn’t enough and was forced to come in when a tooth got severely infected and I was in tremendous pain. Dr. Alkabbani and Ashley listened to me and helped me overcome those fears little by little. I now go in for my checkup and cleaning every 6 months and I feel good about going in. Dr. Alkabbani is always making recommendations on what I can do to improve the health of my teeth and showing me techniques to help keep plaque from building up. He’s never shamed me, only encouraged me. Dr. Alkabbani and his staff are very professional, helpful, courteous and compassionate. Dr. Alkabbani is extremely competent with his chosen profession. It’s difficult for me to think of ever having another dentist work on my teeth. But until I’m forced to go to another dentist because life changes, I will continue patronizing The Dental Emergency Room. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Alkabbani!

This clinic is awesome. Dr. Alkabbani is really nice, and took his time to thoroughly explained the root canal procedure I needed beforehand. The hygienists and office staff were very helpful and kind too. It was great to be seen right away, and the root canal was significantly cheaper than the seven other specialists I called. I will definitely come back, and will recommend Dr. Alkabanni to my friends. Thanks!

The dentist I saw was completely focused on my tooth, ignoring all of my signals that I was in pain and needed a break. This included the agreed-upon hand signal we had discussed before he started. I was sobbing within minutes and only told to breathe deeply. I felt trapped. When it was over, he didn't even offer me a tissue or acknowledge my emotions. He recited what food to avoid and walked out. As an office overall, the front desk woman was nice but their website has a whole section regarding anxiety and pain and the options for each. I was not offered anything besides the novacaine and the way he inserted it felt wrong (and incredibly painful). I recommend others to avoid this dentist if you have another option.

Wow is all I can say. Scheduled an appointment. Made it there just before to make sure I could sort out whatever they may need from me. Was told upfront at the desk that it would be 99$ plus tax to have an x-ray/consultation. I decided immediately that I'd find somewhere else. Instead my girlfriend asks them "if we pay the 99$ will something be done?" They gladly except the money. We're even telling her this is all the funds available at the moment. They do a quick x-ray. I see the doctor for a min as he goes over the issues. My main issue is an infected wisdom tooth that is broken. After this a women walks in that handles the billing and states that in order for me to get the extraction I'd have to pay up front. Now, between the miscommunication and statement made by the woman at the front desk I can say that I'm down 102$ and did NOT get the tooth extracted. I told them I wanted my money back since they just pulled their scam. They were legit laughing about this. Go somewhere else if you're having an emergency. They actually don't handle emergencies. They just get you in to pay their fee upfront for their "consultation". I can't even afford to see anyone now since they ripped me off without providing any service. If the owner wants to respond, please do. Maybe you can give me money back before I bring your company to claims court and waste your time

Unbelievably caring!!! They got me in right away and treated me like I was their only patient for the day!! I didn't catch the girls name that took my x-rays, but she's just such a sweet girl!!! And Abdul is frickin AWESOME!!! He remained so calm when guy's were being so disruptive!! HIGHLY recommend The Dental Emergency Room for anything wrong with your teeth!!!!!!!

My wife was seen here and they took good care of her. She was very nervous at first , however they made her feel comfortable and they made the process easy and fast !!! I recommend this place if your in pain and need a tooth removed or if you just need a new dentist ! Good luck

I highly recommend The Dental Emergency Room! The professionalism of the staff, and the atmosphere are few of the many reasons that makes me a frequent patient here. I have already suggested this dental office to a few family and friends. I typically schedule online appointments on their website,and the process is super easy. I am always able to get an appointment time that is convenient for me, as I have a busy work schedule. I always receive awesome dental work here. As a current patient, I suggest that you check them out! You wont regret it.

This review coming from a person with Zero previous dental work, aside from regular cleaning. Professional, kind people. Got in at 9am left at 11. The paperwork took more time than the actual procedure. Had two bottom wisdom teeth pulled. Nervous as hell but made the process better. Many thanks for the great experience.

Not as fast as the other reviews say. Took over 3 hours to be seen and spent another hour or so waiting in the chair. I said I was very tired and the dude actually offered to turn out the lights. Seemed patronizing when I had any questions or concerns. But hey I got the tooth pulled and haven't died so two stars.

I came in frustrated and they calmed me down they where closing and still took my tooth out the omly.thing I don't like is they gave me ibuprofen and Tylenol for pain and if u take to much it causes kidney and liver damage and I'm allergic but I have a follow up with them they are great but I been in pain since my extraction Saturdays I had to go to the emergency room just to get oxycodone because I'm allergic to every thing they only have 20 to get through the week I ran out and now the pain is back but overall they are very great

I was very happy with my visit to the Dental ER, I had excruciating pain and my dental office was closed on the weekend, so it was very convenient to find the Dental ER open!! The assistants did a great job taking care of me and bringing me in right away because of the high intensity of pain. Dr. Alkabbani came right in and took the necessary precautions. Thanks to them I felt better right away.

I was using the chat on their site, and for some reason it went blank. When i called the office to make appointments the person who answered the phone said he already scheduled appointments and i missed it. I was not informed of this at all. The farthest i got with the chat system was give my name. If i had an appointment why was i not informed? No phone call no nothing. And to top it off when i did call in 2 days later i was told this and told to go BLANK myself and was hung up on several times! How is this a way a DOCTOR'S office conducts business? EXTREMELY unimpressed!

I went to them last year becuase the hours worked well with my schedule but I regret going there completely . The dentist came up with a plan for what needed done and when I came back to get those things done he did something complete different and ignored my cavity which was supposed to be done first. I also was never numbed before which I told him but he then didn’t warn my and just did it. It really seems like all they are after is money they didn’t seem to care about me. My boyfriend went with and had very similar experiences where they said his insurance didn’t cover the cleaning which it did. We ended up going somewhere else for the next cleaning and they said the insurance covered it and told me many of the things the other dentist said I needed I didn’t need. The dental emergency room now keeps sending me bills even though when I left they said it would be covered since he didn’t do the right thing. I have called them twice now as well and have yet to receive a call back.

I am so happy with the fact I was able to get a tooth pulled that had been bothering me for well over 6 months that no dentist would help me with and if I was lucky enough to get through to someone I had to wait damn near 4 months just for an appointment or call every morning at the crack of dawn to see if someone has canceled an appointment...who has the time for that. I called the Dental Emergency Room and was able to get in the very next day! They accepted my UCare insurance. Dr. Styrbicki was so patient with me and so helpful so was his aid. Honestly I was nervous because of the previous reviews and to be honest how quick it was to be seen and get it pulled no questions about it or foolishly waiting scared me to think this was too good to be true. I would recommend them 5 times over. I'm so greatful I won't be in pain anymore. Thank you guys so much!!!

This place is wonderful. I cracked a tooth and had to get a root canal. Their prices were the same as my other dentist except I only had to wait a few days for an appointment instead of a few weeks! The procedure was painless and the Dr. Alkabbani was very pleasant. The staff was super helpful and even set up a payment plan with me since I couldn't afford the cost of the root canal up front. My new crown looks and fits so well no one can tell its fake! I will definitely continue coming here for my dental work.

I went in on a Saturday expecting to wait forever. I was so impressed with the service I got. It took me longer to fill out the paperwork then it did for them to see me. Everyone was so professional and friendly, and they only charged for what was done. No hidden fees, or er extras. I will absolutely refer people here. I am going to become a regular patient myself, and I live about 3 hours away from them. Hands down the best dentist I have been to in a lot of years. Thank you guys so much.....

I am a stay at home dad and main caregiver for my kid and woke up with a terrible pain in my mouth and called and asked if they accepted my insurance thru the state and they said they did then I go in and they barely do a check and say it’s your wisdom tooth then they take it out and send me home. Woke up next morning with the same pain but worse then they tell me to come in then I get in and they pretty lucky denied treating me saying my insurance isn’t accepted and the lady pretty much kicked me out of the chair and they gave me a prescription for my pain and I went to fill it and cvs said that they aren’t taking them. Each set they aren’t registered with the state. Funny it says “we treat you like family” I’d hate to be related to them because it’s a month later and I’m in worse pain then when I first went there.

Had a horrible experience with Dr.Alex this morning. He don't know what he's doing even after numbing my mouth I was still in pain. Several other people left out crying and stop the process without getting tooth extracted. He ignore the sign of you rasing hand I had to pull his hand out mouth. Will not be returning ever long as he the dentist here.

I was on vacation in MN from OR and broke a tooth. I called the office and was told to get in fast. I did and was given paperwork to fill out. I saw Dr. Alkabbani and he explained what needed to be done. I was scared because I have always had such great teeth and was told he needed to pull the broken tooth. Everything was explained and he listened to my concerns about pain. It went smoothly and the staff was great.
