The past couple of days I have been having major tooth problems and terrible headaches. My family dentist canceled on me one day and a gas leak shut down the dentist office the next leaving me in severe pain. I called your dentist office being I remembered it from doing work there during the construction of the Waconia location and was amazed by the customer service I received. Your receptionist was very kind and very helpful realizing how much pain I was In and took time to rally the folks in back to stay a bit late and help me. She said to come on in so I did. From the moment I walked in until I left I have never felt so happy in a dentist office. The receptionist, Renee and Dr Jack were amazing, calm and caring. They were so friendly kind and comforting as it was decided to pull out my tooth. I felt zero pain as Dr Jack was so professional. I didn’t even know he had pulled my tooth out until he showed me. As I can proudly say I found my new dentist office and am leaving the one I grew up with. Thanks so much for taking me in on such short notice! Your friend, Kellen Schmidt

I’ve had multiple terrible experiences with two of the dental hygienists at this place. I am disgusted with the sanitary conditions that one of these women puts on display. After dropping an item that would be put into my mouth, she rinsed it off with only water. Imagine the amount of germs she would’ve put into my mouth if I let her put it in my mouth. Just terrible.

An appointment with a dentists office is not usually fun. Regarding Dentistry has made it as pleasant as possible. Everyone there is positive, helpful and supportive. The new dentist was super! I'm almost anxious to return.
