I have been going to this clinic for several years now. My spouse also goes here for all of her dental care. I have nothing but praise to give to the amazing staff at Park Dental LaSalle. They are always quick, friendly, and work with my schedule. When we discuss my dental routine (typical), they encourage me to take steps in the right direction (floss more), but do so without shame or making me feel bad. I plan to keep going to Delta Dental for a long time to come.

Highly recommend. Office is convenient if you live or work downtown. Their hours are convienent also, 7a-7p on most days, which makes it easy to scheudle around a busy work schedule. Obviously I don't know all the staff, but Edie my hygienist is the best I ever had. She is thorough and gentle. I don't leave with my gums all beat up. And Dr. Woods takes time to talk to you and explain things. I enjoy every visit. As much as you can enjoy a visit to the dentist.

I had a great experience, they seem to do a great job. They were very friendly, and the hygienist was very careful and considerate. I had no pain during the cleaning. I would love to return but will go to another location due to parking. My biggest complaint is that they do not validate parking in downtown Minneapolis. I parked in their buildings ramp assuming they would validate, but they don't. I had to pay 14 dollars for parking! It's okay if you don't drive or if you are already downtown.

I went in with horrible pain in one tooth, and received a 5 minute appointment and destructive suggestions for dealing with grinding my teeth (rubbing the jaw muscles, which can cause damage). Four months and a emergency root canal later- that definitely wasn't the issue, and if anything, made things worse by delaying the treatment I actually needed.

I have been going to this location for 5 years and if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice 3 times they start charging you $70 each time. I understand the reason behind that but they never fall off so even if its bad weather or an emergency you are basically screwed at some point. I was forced to find another dentist just incase something happens in the future, I am NOT paying $70! They should eventually fall off after so long. Also, you are supposed to get a full mouth xray every 5 years. I haven't had one in 8 years and they never caught that. Now I have to scramble to get one so I can make an appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed. I am just all around frustrated with my experience. I do have to say that most everyone who works at this location is very very nice.

Lacking in integrity! Soured experience due to a billing issue that is unresolved. Staff AND dentist told me I wouldn't be charged for a 10 minute consultation with the "care package" I purchased, but I still received a bill that they refuse to clear... friendly enough office staff, but I am frustrated that they won't remove the charge despite being clear the appointment wouldn't cost me anything. The dentist even ushered me out and waved to the receptionist, saying "we're good here". No bill was presented upon my leaving, being that it was made explicitly clear by the dentist that I was not to be charged ! Why the bill then, LaSalle? I can't recommend this location based on my treatment by billing staff... Edit: spoke to billing staff and explained my frustration: rather than taking an understanding tone, idiot staff member explained that "when you come into the office, it takes time. Time costs the office money. When you have a job, you get paid. If we don't get paid by you, we lose money". Wow, thanks for explaining the complexities of economics to me. Real eye opening... SMH. If I had known I'd receive such condescending service, I wouldn't have coughed up $700 for a cleaning and two cavity fillings here. Christ. Avoid this place. 0/10 in class.

Dr. Riester is fantastic. I just started going to Park Dental a couple of months ago and have had nothing but fantastic experiences. Getting a filling obviously isn't a pleasant experience, but Dr. Riester makes it as quick and bearable as possible. Also, when I had some pretty extreme sensitivity and tooth pain after Boost whitening treatment, she was so helpful and even gave me some novacaine shots to help alleviate the pain before I went back to work. She and all of her hygienists and staff are all so sweet and helpful.

My two boys have seen Dr. Anna Riester for the last four years. I am incredibly thankful for the patience and empathy of Dr. Anna and her staff. I first took my kids to a pediatric dental clinic that forced my kids at a young age to undergo an x-ray evaluation that they could not sit still for. After a horrible experience there, Dr. Anna and her staff took their time and allowed my kids to get to know them before doing the necessary procedures. From the front desk staff and the hygienists to Dr. Anna, our family has received top notch service and we would highly recommend Park Dental, Downtown Minneapolis.
