Yes, worse place ever. Especially the dental! And uncaring doctors, not even helpful of explanations of such! Saw me twice already and still haven't enrolled me as a patient but wants me to go back and wait another whole day just to be might seen. Hate this place.

Dr. Brooks and Dental hygienist/assistant James make dental care here the best I have ever had. They are truly passionate about their patients and strive to make every ones experience amazing. Even though I live far away, I will always come back to see them. Thanks for the A1 smile!

There's always a time when you have ups and down but someone who look down on you because you not in that person shoes they take advantage. I was using the foodshelf and these black women were very rude and in considerate ladies. Im thankful for the free food but not thankful for such rude people who's not professional in their work. I dont use the foodshelf every month. But that black lady with the twist braids is rude and acts like she own the place, very ghetto.

Very bad experience with medical records getting the necessary paperwork for the insurance company. My wife is out on short term disability, due to pregnancy complications. And it has been almost 4 months, the insurance won't approve her claim due to the fact that they're not getting the necessary paperwork back from the clinic. We have asked the insurance to faxed it multiple times, but medical records still have not received it. We had to come down and request records to be sent to them instead, but they still haven't sent her records. Lucky we requested a copy, so instead of having medical records faxing them, we did it ourselves.

When you are sick, you can never get in to see your own doctor. I over heard docs making fun of sick patients. This clinic closes its doors on patients for staff meetings. Who does that? The self serving and uncaring do. I am off to new clinic and new doctor.

This Hennepin Co. Clinic is a major asset for the Northside. In addition to family practice, they provide dental care, nursing mother support, behavioral health, opthamology, and 2 nutritionists. They have a lab onsite and even mammography! Sliding scale for uninsured residents of Hennepin County. Pharmacy is open 5 days/wk plus Sat. morning.

Didn't get seen by our regular family doctor, was seen by Sloan and have such bad experience and this was our second time she was so not caring and wasted my 2 hrs of going in with a sick child all she said was " I'm not sure what he have but just drink plenty of water". Even if northpoint was close to home if I was to get seen by the same doctor I did yesterday I would never go there.

I have just recently started coming to this clinic for Dental and medical work. Dr. Torres and James have done a phenomenal job on my teeth and it's always a pleasure! Dr Novak has been helping me in the medical department and she has been very pleasant and caring. I will be returning to this clinic.

First of all, the doctors here are nice and they care for you, but on many occasion we had to wait long when we had an appointments. My mom waited an hour, her appointment is a 1pm and she got seen a 1:48pm. This happens a lot but most of the time but it’s about 15 min pass our appointment time.

My brother went for a doctor appointment because he's been sick for days and my mother took him and the doctor was not nice at all they never asked her if she needed an interpreter and when asked wat was wrong with my brother my mom tried to explain what was wrong with him and the doctor told her that she did not want to hear my mom talk that she wanted to hear my brother talk ?! Mind u he's in 2nd grade and he's sick ! How is he going to explain that he's had a fever for 3 days straight and has been vomiting like crazy ... so that was never even explained because the doctor never let my mom talk .. so basically my mother went for no reason because my brother was never treated and never given any medicine or anything !oh and on his doctors note it says that he is an African Black Male .. lol but he is Hispanic .. I understand that y'all doctors jobs is not easy and that u have patients that are rude but that don't mean ur soppose to treat other patients in a rude way .. the doctor was completely disrespectful and my mom won't be going to that clinic ever again .

NorthPoint is such a HORRIBLE clinic!!! i've been going here since i was so young and all they do is treat people bad! I recently went there to do a tuberculosis test for my employer and the dr was so unprofessional, mind you this is my doctor! i asked her to fill out a physical form and she said she will do it and on Monday she will have it ready for he nurse who ever checks my arm to check off. I go Monday and the nurse has no idea what I'm talking about. Tuesday I call and they gave me the run around and I talked to one of the nurses and she said the dr had filled it to and since I'm at work i cant pick it up i authorized my brother to pick it up. I go and the front desks act like nothing is happening..The nurse came out and said the doctor never filled it out and she had lost my document! How do you do that? So unprofessional!! Please! beware of this clinic and their trashy staff!!!

Best place I’ve ever been for care. They work with the community members to make sure everyone is receiving quality care and that no one suffers a financial hardship just to take care of themselves. Their sliding scale payment is such a god send.

Review for the dental dept. I had a terrible experience as a new customer. I got to the receptionist and went to make an appointment and explained to her that since they don't open til 8 and I have to leave for work BY 10, the only day of the week that would work for me are Saturday's. She then looked at availability and told me she could get me in on the 26th. I said ok and gave her my info and left to go to work. When I got to work, I went to put the appointment in my calendar, and it's a Tuesday. I called them back to see what's up, and after getting transferred 3 times, the guy said they don't take new patients on Saturdays. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after being on hold for 10 minutes, she basically said the same thing, and that in fact, I was lucky because usually they won't even make appointments for new patients, they make them just walk in and wait. I told her I'd take my business elsewhere. Terrible terrible place. I will never go there for anything outside of voting ever again.

Never will I ever be coming back to northpoint . This establishment is horrible ! Treats patients unfairly ! Doctors in the health and Welness center are rude and unfair . Treats patients differently and are in favors of other. Disrespectful , not professional at all .

My experience with Pediatricians and other doctors has been very good, but most of the front desk people and others that answer the phone are rude and don't know their own policies. They need to be better trained.

I seriously have to find another clinic for me and my daughter's keep up with our health check-ups as well as dental June 26 2018 was by far the worse experience I've had in all my days. The doctors are great well at least the ones I was seen by. The receptionists both dental and health seem to have a common practice of trying to turn away as many ppl as they can throughout the day. I was literally lied to by a receptionist just so she could avoid stopping her social interaction with another employee and doing her job. I have been constantly told that first time visits both dental and health if for a child, parents can schedule their first appointment and if a adult you would have to do a walk-in before being able to schedule your first appointment. They seem to have decriminalization issues also. Your first walk in, every one knows who's there for the first time, because the procedures are easily recognizable. I did a walk-in but had already been to the dentist office prior. I was the first on the list the waiting area was empty. Literally, I seen at least four first time walk-ins seen before me. Before I went to the desk to inquire. I got to that dental office at 8:20am. I was not seen literally until close to 1:30pm. Like I said the doctors are great but the reception is the crappiest ever. They have public service jobs But seem to hate the idea of providing that service. If you don't like helping ppl then why take a job that requires you to. Today it was 3 different incidents where as receptionists displayed rudeness and or out right lied to avoid doing their job correctly. They really should be ashamed of themselves.

Wondering if the bad reviews are for the new clinic on Broadway? The new place is where my guy goes and wow they treat me rude as I'm white ! But the original North point has been always a good place as o used to go there .

Everytime I take my kids to this dentist, there is always a new dentist to work on my kids' teeth. One of the dentist there did a horrible job at filling my daughter's tooth. He rushed the whole procedure and didn't really care to make sure the filling is smooth and what not. Two months later we had to go back and get it refilled because the fillings came out while flossing.

The dental here is incredible all the employees are very helpful and informative. The hygienists and dentist are amazing, and the costs are affordable, there are people to help with sliding scale and insurance Info if you are uninsured. Overall great place for someone who's not sure where to go. first time customers emergency or non emergency be inside at opening time so you are seen they are always busy.

Their dental office is a real pain in the a** and very unforgiving when you miss an appointment (How I missed it is another story... I didn't even know I had an appointment scheduled to begin with.) But I tried to go back in once after that and they refused to see me and denied that I was a patient of theirs! It turned out that they no longer considered me one just because of that ONE MISSED APPOINTMENT! Told me to fill out paperwork as a new patient when I had gone there my entire life. And then they also told me that I'd have to wait all day to be seen, if not, come back tomorrow. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I didn't even bother with the paperwork. Full of jerks. Your system sucks and I've taken my business elsewhere.
