Is it fun to go to the dentist? Not usually, but I had a good experience each time I went...and that was a lot! Very friendly office staff, caring dentists, and even some fun teasing Dr. Archibald and Geriann and they didn't even groan when they saw me there again. All in all, as good a dental experience as it could be. Thanks Dr. A for the mouse. I'm in contact with the world again!

Great professional staff. I had two fillings done on opposite sides of my mouth and although I dread the Novocain shots Dr. Archibald succeeded in administering both of them with very little pain. This was yesterday and I figured out why. The shots were done very slowly and I can only assume that he was numbing as he went. This took more time but it made it so that I could hardly feel it. They have the patience to minimize the discomfort, not just push you through like a grocery store checkout line. Don't get me wrong, I have a irrational hatred of dental work, but if you need work done THIS IS THE PLACE to go.

Great clinic! On time appointments and welcoming staff. Dr. Goolsby and my hygienist Stephanie are very thorough and make the treatments as comfortable as possible. You don't feel rushed through your treatments and there is a real sense of caring from all the staff. I've recommended this clinic to several people!

I was just in for my six month cleaning and check-up. I can't say enough about how this staff has restored my trust in dentistry. From the time you walk in they go out of their way to make sure you have a good, calm, friendly visit. (pain free I might add) I have been treated extremely kind and respectfully every time I walk in no matter who is at the front desk. Amanda does a great job and is always concerned if I am OK. My son had a terrible toothache over Labor Day weekend so we called Dr. Archibald and he fit him in the same day (instead of scheduling to have us back another time, like most dentists do). He also offered to conduct the procedure on the spot because he knew my son was miserable and missing his first day of school. He did everything he could to make sure he was cared for so he wouldn’t have to miss any more time. He and Geri Anne are the best! I highly recommend them to anyone.

I have a major fear of the dentist. When I broke a tooth and needed it extracted I did a search for dentists through Google maps. I saw the wonderful reviews for this place. It DEFINITELY lives up to the hype. They are not judgmental about the condition of one's teeth. They make sure you are comfortable and know what they are doing. I am not dreading my next appointment to ensure that this is the only extraction!

This place should be shut down for malpractice. Went in for major teeth, gum, pain. Which I expierenced before. Dr. Younger said I was clenching. He did not tap my teeth or take xrays! Said to wear my guard. Left thinking clenching is the reason. Ended up twice at the ER for pain. Then to an emergency dentist. Had an infection in my tooth and root spreading upward into my face. They ended up pulling my tooth. Only if north branch dental took an xray. Would have saved me two days of work, the pain, two er visits, and cost of an implant (5,000). I advice people not to go here and if they do to find another dental office. This has happened twice and place needs to be shut down.

I was very nervous about the procedure I had to go in for. I had Dr. Goolsby and Sandi and they were both awesome. They are very kind, explained everything in detail and really care. Definitely recommend this office! They are even out of my insurance network but I will continue to go here because they are awesome and its worth it.

We have been coming to North Branch Dental for many years. We have even moved 30 min. away, but we will always come back to this dental office. Dr. Archibald and the dental hygienists have take very good care of my family over these last 12 years. My kids are 11 and 9 years old, and they know that they will have a great experience. The people here take their time to talk to the kids, let them know what is going on, and what to expect. The dentist can be a very scary place, however North Branch Dental makes it very easy going and a wonderful experience! They truly care about your family.

I can honestly say Dr. Archibald and the whole staff at NB Dental are phenomenal and very caring people. Dr. Archibald has put up with me and that says alot right there. Based on my personal experience the root canal perform here was the most painful I have ever had and according to previous employees, this is not a good place to work. I would avoid going here if at all possible. Thank you for your response Dr., my wife did have great things to say about you. She did not feel comfortable coming forward due to the leadership you have running the office. Please consider taking a closer look at the way your staff has been treated.

I got a recommendation to try this dental office from a co-worker. I cannot speak highly enough of the entire staff! They are all very kind, patient and thorough. I have been driving from St Paul once a month to continue my Invisalign treatment and it is worth the drive. My family and I have been going to North Branch Dental for about 10 years now. From the moment you walk in the door, you are met with a friendly greeting and many smiles from the staff. They truly get to know you not only as a patient, but as a person. All the dental hygienists are excellent. Smart, easy going, professional, clean, STATE OF THE ART!. Dr. Archibald showed me how the computer digitally created my crown with the software and actually brought me to the on-site lab to let me see the machine that creates the porcelain tooth. Minus the numbing agents and grinding, the experience was actually quite pleasant. The support staff contacted my insurance co. to gain details they needed and they treated me like a competent human being (even though I'm not!). Great place, great people, great place to be. I live in Shoreview but I will definitely make the trip back.

NBD has been our family dentist since moving to North Branch in 2013. In every way they have been outstanding - highly professional, courteous and personable. My teeth aren't model-quality, so I appreciate their honesty; if something needs to be done, they'll say so, but if additional work is not needed they'll also tell me so. They are very gracious when working on me while at the same time dealing with oddly humorous personality - which admittedly is no small task. If they have openings I highly encourage anyone to give them a try!

Dentist was kind and considerate. I appreciate the Dental Assistants and Hygienist were gentle and very informative. I like to ask a lot of questions and they are very well informed and don't mind answering everything. I have four children under the age of 10 and they all feel comfortable because of the compassion that the staff has for them. My children have had all sorts of work done as well so they have reason to be nervous, but the staff always took time to explain what they are doing in a kid friendly way. I especially like that they can make the crowns and place them right away. That is a huge time saver.

Want to thank Tundra for recommending North Branch Dental, I broke a crown, they got me in the same day, (very nice) meet Dr Archibald, and he at least smoothed out the tooth that broke off, I was VERY happy about that, because, my tongue was getting very raw. I've been a long time client of North Branch Dental back to when Dr. Anderson owned the practice. I've been extremely happy with the work that Dr. Archibald and Dr. Younger have done on my teeth. I go in every six months religiously for teeth cleaning, have had a fair bit of work done and always pay my bill. Today I missed my teeth cleaning appointment and am going to be charged $50. I don't miss my appointments but I'm only human. I understand their time is valuable. I have been a good client but apparently that doesn't have enough value for a rare mistake. Ouch!
