Recently I have had multiple quality of care concerns. I attended an appointment on 9/16 and none of my prescriptions were sent to my pharmacy. I had to call again to get them sent. The referral coordinator was supposed to set up PT for me. He called once leaving a message that he would send over information. I have received no information as of yet or another call. (Update: after I finally got my referral letter when i called to set up my appointment they told me there was no referral in their system so now I get to play phone tag again) Another issue in my appointment has gone completely unaddressed (I'm guessing it was forgotten about). Then this saturday 10/12 I called and left a message to get back into some counseling (i have had counseling there before) and as of this monday night (10/15) I have not received a call back. I have been going to NACC for at least 3 years now so I don't understand why all of a sudden I must call several times just to get good quality of care and basic things completed. I sent an email today addressing these issues. I will likely be filing a quality of care complaint as I have been in pain with my shoulder for almost a month now. These are basic things clinics need to do. Send over prescriptions, follow up with referrals and return messages in a timely manner. I am severely disappointed with whatever is happening over there right now that is preventing me from getting any sort of medical care. Update: it is now Wednesday the 17th and I have not been called back about setting up a counseling appointment. I will not be attempting to contact the "clinic manager" as trying to communicate with this clinic in any way has failed. I do not trust them to follow up so I will be filing a quality of care complaint with the state instead. Anyone who is not receiving quality treatment from this clinic may file a grievance with DHS. The onus is not on me to have to call this clinic just to have them do their job. The quality of care has gone way downhill. At the pharmacy the other day there were 2 people ahead of me in line who also had problems with NACC not sending over prescription medications. It has become necessary to call the pharmacy before you go pick up your rx to make sure it was even sent. This year I've had to call NACC 100% of the time just to ask them to actually send over my rx so I can pick it up. This is unacceptable. Second update January 2019: had a mental health intake appointment on November 30, 2018 (weird to have to do another intake after previously receiving mental healthcare there before.) Took over a month just to get an appointment and the my first appointment gets cancelled because the provider is sick of course I didnt get the message until I had already bussed over during rush hour costing me an extra $2.50. Get the automated call for my second rescheduled "intake" and confirm. Then the clinic calls me AFTER I had already confirmed that the clinic is going to be shut due to cold weather. I had scheduled this appointment around my roommates appointments so I had a safe ride to the clinic. Now I will have to pay another rush hour bus price to go to the clinic. Now the clinic that is supposed to be free for me is costing me extra money due to last minute same day cancellations which is appalling considering this is one of two clinics available for uninsured indigenous people. Since most of the providers drive I dont understand why they closed for the weather and super frustrated that it is now going to take 2 months just to be seen by a counselor at a clinic I've been attending for several years. This is how people die. Something needs to change drastically. I dont like to see a clinic that is supposed to help my people fail on their commitments to the community by failing to be available, consistent and accessible.

I was seen as a walk-in yesterday, 5/15/19. I give the dental clinic 4 stars, and to Zoey and her assistant, they deserve 5 stars! Seriously. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is God heaven sent I’ll tell you. I brought my daughter in and they treated her right away she needed a tooth pulled. I didn’t know what I was going to do because I’m waiting on my medical and they helped me out. The staff is amazing!!! They are so kind and helpful. Thank you so much Native American Community Clinic! I definitely recommend them.

AWFUL. nursing/doctors were particularly rude today. Its a native American clinic, they should be happy to help the NATIVES in the community, not treat them poorly. After the ugly attitudes that were displayed, we will not be coming back to this clinic in the future and will be recommending to family and friends to go elsewhere as well. If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. The unprofessionalism is not a good look to the native community. (the front desk staff were great, though)

Such a great dental clinic! I have been to many dental clinics and dentists throughout my life and this clinic is by far the best. The staff are all very nice and welcoming. Dr. Pietig is such a wonderful dentist and I truly feel she wholeheartedly cares about her patients and students. I have been to many horrible dentists and have never got the feeling like they actually cared. I felt like just a number. Many dentists have done a horrible job on my teeth and I used to have severe anxiety when having to go to the dentist but that has dramatically decreased since I started coming to this clinic. I feel so much more at ease knowing that I am going to get great quality care. Thank you Dr. Pietig, the great dental students and kind staff for finally making my experience of going to the dentist a good one! :)

Absolutely best place in the cities for people with MA. The only place I will go from now on. Excellent staff, easy parking, and great kids programs. So grateful for a good dentist!
