If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had such a horrible experience here. I have been in pain for over a month and they did nothing about it. I wasnt in any pain before I went there and had some fillings done. I had to go back two times after to try and get the pain to go away and they told me that It was nothing they did and that it is my fault. They were rude, I will not being going back!

Dr. Burrichter is a great Dentist. I had a very hot tooth and he did all he could to do my root canal with as little pain as possible. Yes it was painful when the file went in the infected canal, but sometimes medical procedures are painful. But I am sitting here tonight with no pain because of it. I see some negative reviews and wonder why people think that they are bad just because you have a little pain in the process? I bet when you are done and it is healed you feel a lot better than you did before? I know I do. All the staff there is very pleasant and accomodating.

The lady up front that I dealt with the most, was so friendly and absolutely helpful! She even helped me with keeping an eye on my kiddos while I was having my check up.

Id give a zero if I could. Had a tooth ache went in for a root canal. The dentist drilled it out and then said come back in a week and we will fill it .Ok so i take another day off from work go in and they break said tooth and say oops now we will have to pull it. Utterly ridiculous then on top of all of it they want to charge me $4000 to fix everything .Stay away from main street dental. Ever since doc powers passed it is not a caring business

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed a couple days ago. I’m pretty sore, but I was treated well and received great care. Thank you Dr. Burrichter and Main Street Dental team!

My 4yo granddaughter came in for her 1st dental exam required by her preschool. The hygienist who began the exam did a great job putting her at ease and explaining what she was going to do. Dr Burrichter came in and totally sucked. He was arrogant, intimidating, rude and uncaring. Because of his unprofessional attitude and behavior he completely ruined her 1st experience with a dentist and never was able to complete the exam. Now they are charging my daughter for the exam that was not completed due HIS UN-professional behavior. She will now have to go to another dentist to get the exam needed for school and pay out of pocket. TOTALLY unacceptable.

The dentist and all staff are great. Patient, but they work efficiently. I need four teeth pulled and they got me an appointment on extremely short notice. They pulled two today and several hours later I don't hardly have any pain. They explained everything and answered all my questions thoroughly. Got in and out in just over an hour.

This dentist is great, everyone was very nice and the man that did the work on my teeth was great I'd recommend this place to anyone needing dental work i'm surprised that it has any bad reviews, those bad reviews probably reflect more of the people who wrote them than this businesses actual work.

this more about dr powers but have see him for rootcanel work a rice dental in willmar,mn and was a great teacher for the dental students. He has tons of experience and really makes the students learn and is very nice to me as a client. and quite funny too. I'm sure his practice is wonderful. He also made sure that I was satisfied with my root canal and crown. Seems like he has a real passion for the smile.

I loved going here at first... I have a gum disease and was told by the dentist he wouldn't do any work until I fixed my gums, I'm very low income and can't afford 800 dollars, etc for that. Also at the time I had a hole in one of my teeth they wouldn't even remove and have even more teeth acting up now. I'm very disappointed because this was the only other dentist I trusted and felt comfortable in.. Thanks for nothing. Would not recommend.

I would highly recommend to stay away from this place!!!! If your scared of dentists it'd be because of places like this! The care for my mother was absolutely ridiculous. She is traumatized and will never let that dentist touch her again. The people there are beyond rude and don't even care if you're in pain. I have never seen my mother in so much pain and she had a complete hip replacement that was less painful than this!!! Absolutely ridiculous.
