A clinic in chaos, as this facility is, does not inspire confidence. This place really needs competent leadership. Something is very, very wrong there.

I scheduled a dental appointment, only to show up and find out they gave it away because I didn't call them to confirm.... Now every other place would of called me to confirm my appointment, so why is Public Health Service different.... Now I have to travel 7 hrs to South Dakota to get my tooth fixed

I had a hard time finding a healthcare facility for my needs and with the insurance I had. I was recommended this place, and they have come through with the help I needed twice, when no other place would. Plus the nursing staff was very attentive and kind. My family and I will be coming here for our future healthcare for sure. Thanks Indian health board.

I really enjoy working here. All the providers and employees do their best to welcome everyone and empower patients and visitors to take charge of their healthcare.

They will cancel your appointment when it’s convenient for them. I literally waited a month for this appointment just for them to cancel it because someone wanted to go on vacation I was literally 3 days away from my appointment. Small dental staff. I guess when one hygienist leaves for vacation the whole dental office has to close down. Will be taking my business to NACC from now on. Edit: how does your apologies help me get another appointment? If you want patients to be happy and stay in service with you guys you should have better management or more staff. No thanks I don’t want to reschedule I’ll probably have to wait another month to be seen.

I wish they had the option of giving a 00000,The white guy that they have translating here, does not know what he is talking about. He is very rude and unprofessional, I hate coming here knowing that he will be the one translating. for my wife. He is always sweating and its very nasty.
