Dr. Henseler and his staff have all been fantastic! Both of our sons have received treatment from Dr. Henseler for braces. Dr. Henseler and his staff are very thorough when explaining what is expected of the patient. They are gentle and concerned about the patients well being. They are personal and get to know the patient. They do their best to schedule patients at times that work into the patients schedule. We never felt like we were just another number. They are all very friendly and have the patients best interest in mind. Thank you Henseler Team!

My treatment took longer than planned, but when the original plan didn't work as planned, they immediately knew the next step. Dr. Henseler and his staff are outstanding - likely the BEST ORTHODONTIST in the Twin Cities. He did a beautiful job putting braces on my daughter, but what is even more impressive is how he really cares about his patients and shows it by taking the time to send a handwritten note card to follow up and even recognizes her personal accomplishments (team photo and notice of a tournament win in the newspaper). The nice staff at the front desk showed my daughter how to check in for her appointment. My overall visit was great. I was really disappointed with the quality of work. The moment our payment finished, he started telling me that my teeth was straight and it was time to be done when it was obviously still very crooked. When we pointed it out to him, he reluctantly worked with us for another few months. When we could no longer push him to do his job, we had no choice but to go along with his plan to discontinue the treatment. When the before and after photos came in, I was shocked to see that in the before photos, my teeth were straight, and in the after ones, they were all slanted at a strange angle. It was nothing like how they were supposed to be! I think Hensler Orthodontics was made definitely for money. If you truly care about your teeth, find another orthodontist.

My daughter required changes to our treatment plan in the middle of her treatment but they adjusted and her teeth are absolutely beautiful!! Dr, Henseler is compassionate and speaks directly to the young patient (while parents are listening), is very thorough with his explanations, and always pleasant. His assistants are always kind and professional. The front office is equally pleasant and professional. Dr, Henseler's practice runs smoothly and efficiently, and they are always on time. We feel valued!!! I'm glad the braces are off but if we had to do it all over again, we would do it exactly like we did the first time around!!! Dr. Henseler and his team did great.

My daughter was home from college and her permanent retainer came off the night before Thanksgiving. A quick fix was not possible. Most of our experience has been with Doctor Henseler. I would describe him as a perfectionist who makes sure that his work is done well. The office is very well run. Everyone here is polite. Our second child just had his orthodontics removed yesterday after a successful treatment by Dr. Henseler. Our third child will start the process in a few weeks. Our first child had two successful treatments. Dr. Henseler and his staff are so caring and talented. I found Dr. Henseler's practice when another orthodontist that I know personally referred me to him (her practice is in the western suburbs, so not practical for my family). She gave him high marks and strongly recommended him. Will never go back!!! A wire on my daughter's retainer broke after 60 days - from nothing she did (he suggested she 'bit' through it). Instead of just replacing it (without charging $350 replacement charge), Steven Hensler took it upon himself to cut the wire off and try to force it to fit into my daughter's mouth. While doing so, he had her stand on one leg and jump up and down to prove to her it wouldn't fall out - in front of a room full of other patients and parents. Causing her complete embarrassment and ridicule. He not only has poor business practice, customer service...but he treats his (10 year old) patience with disrespect!
