I went there today, just because my insurance is paying for the cleaning, because since they got my root canal done , and I had to go back a few times for them to correct their mistakes, didnt want to go back or recommend them to anybody. Today they had me scheduled for 5pm, I had to wait till 6pm and the doctor found out something wrong with the same tooth they put a crown a few months ago, I told chelsey , but didn't even get a sorry, never a warranty to cover what they did to my tooth. The service is terrible, dont go there if you dont want to go through that.

The x-rays are done in the room, they're digital, no more of those old foam. They move around you, though it still feels massively uncomfortable. The pictures are right in front of you (even if I hate that part), the dentist comes to you and does part of your cleaning. Mine was extremely personable. I might do straightening or whitening down the line but just want to get my health back on track. I am terrified of the dentist. It is why I put it off for 2.5 years. I was certain they'd find some sort of cavity by now. And nada, nothing! I've had a dentist diagnose a cavity before that disappeared just for money. So I am always cautious about dentistry. I had an amazing visit and I plan to keep my regular 6 month visits now. I want my white teeth back. It was also cost efficient. Worth the investment.

This may be the best experience at the dentist I've ever had. Three words that describe Dentists of Eden Prairie: thorough, professional and friendly. From the phone calls with the receptionists, to getting there and finishing a new patient exam & getting two cavities filled all in one visit, I was impressed with every employee there. I have full faith in them and will be making them my new long-term dental practice. 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a new place.

Hands down the best Dentists in town!! I have really bad dental anxiety and the entire team treated me so kind. It has been ten years since I have been to the dentist, they did not judge me they were happy to see me. My treatment plan is long but we are taking it in steps. I can not say enough good things!! I will be referring all of my friends!!

I've never been to a better office! The staff was so lovely. The technology and gadgets they had top of the class. My comfort was always key. They actually informed me about my teeth and what they were doing and what I should do. I'm telling everyone about them very well done

I moved halfway across the country from Vermont to Minneapolis over 5 years ago, and was still getting my teeth cleaned in my hometown whenever I went back for holidays because I absolutely LOATHE getting my teeth cleaned (my gums are bleeders) and the devil you know is better than the devil you don’t, in my opinion. Well, I was wrong! I was overdue for a cleaning and decided to take a chance with a new dental office in MN, and boy, am I so glad I did. It was the most painless cleaning of my life! The bleeding and soreness of my gums/teeth afterward were minimal compared to what I’m normally used to, and the way the staff talked you through everything that was going on and your treatment options was really well done and appreciated. Dr. Karissa was amazing (I’ve NEVER had my dentist be the one to clean my teeth before!), as were the rest of the staff. I will DEFINITELY be going back to them for all my dental needs, and could kick myself for not making the switch sooner!

Went in for a teeth cleaning and filling. Got great service, very friendly people and they explain how much everything costs in detail to make sure you know what you're paying. Highly recommend, will be going back. To anyone who saw my previous negative review - turns out that I was being foolish and did not understand that an explanation of benefits is not a bill.

The Dentist of Eden Prairie exceeded my expectations. It had been a while since I had been to a dentist so I did not know what to expect. Dr. Clark walked me through their process, which was amazing (no surprises). After my dental exam, she then made recommendations for my long-term dental health. Tina Forcier. their office manager, then walked me through my insurance plans and explained to me all of my insurance options. We then picked the best path and they went to work immediately on my teeth. I am extremely happy with their work they did on teeth. The main reason why I am taking time to write this review is because the Dentist Of Eden Prairie provided the best customer service experience I have ever had in my life. You all can find a dentist, but finding a Dentist that truly values your dental hygiene and you as a customer are probably very few and far between. If you are looking for a dentist give them an opportunity to earn your business. You will not be let down or disappointed. John Bushland

I am so glad I found this place because it is literally the best dentist I've ever been too! They are clean, friendly, easy to get in, affordable, and willing to walk you through everything and even teach you things along the way. I had a cleaning and root canal and I have really bad anxiety but they were so patient with me. Jessica, Suzie, and Dr. Nicole (?) were the best. Definitely recommend!

My experience with Dentists of Eden Prairie was phenomenal, I was greeted with friendly smiles, which should be expected at a dentist office. My appointment was at 11 am and the doctor called me back into the chair at 10:55, there is nothing worse than having an appointment at a certain time then waiting in the waiting room past the scheduled appointment, here I didn’t have to go through that. I was in a chair for three hours, and the assistants and the dentist did everything in their power to make sure I was comfortable. I was there for a WeServe day where they do dental work on clients for free. My insurance money had been used up for the year so the free crown and deep cleaning I received is very much appreciated and I am thankful for a dental office that actually cares about their patients. Thank you ladies for everything! I love the new tooth and I am happy I can chew on both sides of my mouth again!
