I'm sorry for writing this review. I truly never write bad reviews unless I need to be heard. I don't know how about going it another way either. I usually love going to the dentist. My experience made me traumatized to go back to one, especially this one. I recently missed my 6 month apt and I am not sure if I will ever go to a dentist again. Here is my story: I went in to get my front tooth fixed after it chipped off. It took 10 years for it to break off from a previous fix at a different dentist. The dentist asked if I wanted a crown, I said I do not want the procedure where I end up having a little itty bitty tooth under a fake tooth. So I asked if that was the procedure and he said no. I don't understand why I needed a whole new tooth for a chip. I am fine with having a chipped tooth break after decades than having a crown break and having it cost me 2000+ to fix it each time, while having a little tooth be seen and my nerves be open. ( I am now paying off this tooth, I wasn't expecting so much money I am a single mother of 2 and now get $150.00 taken out each month for something that didn't need to happen) Once he used a "saw" I started to panic. I don't like confrontation and I didn't think he was literally sawing my whole tooth down. Once he was finished I looked in the mirror and almost passed out. He needed to work with another patient after that part since my tooth was "being built" I sat there for hours! So long that my numbness wore off. Imagine having that happen, having open nerves contacting cold air. I had to say something. Telling someone to please give me more Novocain. A lady came back and did just that and said he will be right with you shortly (she apologized). It became after hours and my dentist finally came in and told me my tooth broke in the machine, so I had to come back TOMORROW to fix it. ( I had to miss another day of work) so he put the broken tooth on me as a temporary tooth and let me go about my way. I come back the next day and my tooth was being made. Somehow this time making the tooth took way less than the day before' tooth. I must of ruined his scheduling because I was rushed as if nothing was wrong. Want to know how rushed I was feeling? They gave me Novocain and he started yanking the temporary tooth out before my Novocain took effect. That was the worst pain I could imagine in a long time. It's one that will be in my mind and make me cringe. I had tears running down my face and then he said sorry and gave me more Novocain. I think he got upset when I told him it's not comfortable yet when I close my mouth, so he kept on sawing my new tooth. Finally it felt right when closing. Now I still have that sensitivity on my front tooth from anything cold or when I breath in. I am scared for when winter comes. It also moved when I put lipstick on and pucker my lips, I have to push my tooth with my tongue and this little click happens(not a major click). I don't know if I can handle this anymore. It's permanent though, it's not just a chip anymore, its a whole fake tooth :( I want to get it fixed but I cannot seem to get myself to go back to a dentist. With all this being said, the dental hygienist was amazing to me. I really appreciated her and thinks she should go somewhere better. She was amazing.

While I'm not a big fan of visiting the dentist, I really enjoyed my exam and cleaning. Everyone from the front desk lady to the assistants, hygienist and Dr. were so kind. I would (and have) recommended everyone to this dental office. Thank you Champlin Dentistry for such a wonderful experience!

Truly amazing dental experience! I had been self-conscious about my smile due to crowns that were done in the front a few years ago but didn’t know if there was anything I can do about it. Without any pressure, Dr. Bachani said if it is something that bothers me, he can redo the crowns in a few hours and they’ll look ten times better! I had nothing but his word to take, but since I really didn’t like what I had, I still went ahead with it. Dr. Bachani and Annette stayed past closing hours to fix my smile that SAME DAY using technology I have never seen before (old crowns took 3 weeks until the final result, this took 3 hours). I absolutely love my smile now and can’t stop smiling! The cherry on top was that this cost me LESS than what the other crowns cost me. Thank you so much, Dr. B and staff at Champlin Dentistry.

Great dental experience! I had not been to a dentist in a long time and after having extremely bad tooth pain on two different teeth, I knew I had no choice but to go see a dentist. Both of the two teeth that were hurting needed root canals. Dr. Bachani did one root canal and a specialist that came to the office did the other one. Both teeth are now pain free. Their office also has the most technologically advanced equipment; never seen anything like it. Staff is amazing and very welcoming. Will help you with anything. Will always work with you and your schedule. Champlin Dentistry changed my perception of going to the dentist and now I never miss my regular check-ups! Definitely most recommended dentist!

Beth, Vanessa, and Tina at the front desk are incredibly helpful and accommodating to my busy schedule. Tracy and Annette were awesome pre op and for all my general visits. Dr Uppgaard did a great job with my wisdom teeth surgery. And last but not least Dr Bachani is one of the best in the biz, answers questions/explains things throughly, and goes above and beyond at everything he does. The office and facility is top of the line in all aspects, and having a friendly as well as professional staff makes it an easy 5/5 stars. Highly recommend!

I've always hated going to the dentist. So when I found out I had 3 small cavities, I was shook. Luckily I was recommended to this place and this place is one of the best places I have ever been to get my teeth cleaned and filled. Everyone was incredibly friendly, procedure was painless, and was completely over before I knew it. Highly recommend this dentist because it's obvious that they care about their work!

I've spend over 4000 dollars in dental work the last three years, and i've had over 5 dentist operating on my teeth in the last three years, so take my word when i tell you this office is great and they are very advanced and have great staff and prices.

I received a tour of the office where I also met Annette and Stephanie who took my X-rays. Jessica measured my gum tissue health and cleaned my teeth. She did a great job. Wow, is all I can say!! I can see why this place is so busy! I had chipped some teeth while visiting Minneapolis and my friends who live in Minnesota recommended Dr. Siraj Bachani. They were able to fit me into a busy schedule (on a Saturday!) and get my teeth fixed that same day. Dr. Bachani was very down to earth and I could tell he paid attention to the slightest of details. Now my teeth look even better than before and I was able to enjoy my trip with confidence. Very pleased with Dr. Bachani and team at Champlin Dentistry. (I should note that this is the “Aquila Dr” location. As an out of towner, I almost got lost towards the Twin Cities practice with similar name in the search.)

I came to this clinic for a second opinion on my dental care. Less than 2 weeks ago, I returned to my previous “Big box dental office” in CoonRapids. There they wouldn’t even clean my teeth, saying I had to have a deep scaling done etc., and when all was said and done, it would cost me $1400.00 out of pocket. I always have had great teeth and this shocked me. I knew I needed another opinion. Today, upon seeing Dr. Bachani, and his awesome staff, I had a complete different opinion! I’m so thankful I trusted my second sense. Every person there was very caring and welcoming. They went above and beyond my expectations, and I was able to get my teeth cleaned and a cracked filling taken care of. Honesty, integrity, and caring is what I found at Champlin Dentistry! They exceeded all expectations! Thank you Dr B. and your great staff.

They were not judgemental they looked at my individual case and help come up with a plan on how best to move forward. Very satisfied with my experience here. Was feeling apprehensive about my visit before arriving due to gum recession that had resulted from my previous history with periodontal disease. I was pleasantly surprised by the positive attitude and optimistic outlook that the staff showed. I have previously had dental experiences at other clinics where I have been lectured like a child and been treated condescendingly. The staff was however very honest & direct with me and addiment on the steps I should take moving forward. Would recommend the team at Champlin. Big thanks to Dr. Bachani and Jessica.

The last time I was at a dentist clinic was over 10 years ago, primarily because of bad experiences. I knew it would catch up to me so I did my research and found Champlin Dentistry. I've been to three appointments so far and all of them have been a wonderful experience! The entire staff are friendly and very easy to talk to. They make their jobs enjoyable while still maintaining professionalism. This place is a fantastic clinic if you are searching for one. I highly recommend it!

Very nice office, Great technology to spend money on. I went in here for the $59.99 cleaning and they were a little pushy on trying to sell me some laser treatment that I clearly did not want. They started to sit me up like I was done because I didn't want to spend some $1,500+ dollars and didn't want to finance it, I had to ask to get my $59.99 teeth cleaning she said " O well we can but it not what you need". Really!? this made the experience very uncomfortable and made me feel like I was unwanted because I couldn't afford what they want. I don't have insurance this year and they know that's why I was there for a $59.99 teeth cleaning. Not a fan of this place.

I have been at a few dentist offices, but none of them have exceeded my expectations until I went to Champlin Dentistry. The first time I was there i was greeted right away with a smiling staff which to me gave me the feeling that the staff likes their work. I then had Annette as my dental assistant and she was very helpful and prepared while getting me ready for Dr. Bachani. Dr. Bachani was a class act guiding me through the next steps on my next few appointments to get some work done on my teeth while being extremely knowledgable and pleasant. The whole appointment usually takes anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and I was in and out within 15 mins leaving me some time to get back to work. I could not be more happy with my experience at Champlin Dentistry and I look forward to the next appointment coming up.

I've never been so comfortable at a dentist. It's a warm welcoming atmosphere as soon as you enter. The staff at the counter are kind and helpful. I can’t thank Dr. Bachani and the great staff enough for fixing my smile. I had been putting it off for years and honestly thought of it as a fantasy of having a better smile without braces..But they were able to fix it that day! Other dentists that I went to prior had told me it would take 2-3 weeks to get the crown tooth back from the lab and even then if it wasn’t a fit or the shade/color of it was off they would have to send it back and have to wait another 2 weeks. Not the problem at Champlin Dentistry! They had the machine there and got it done perfectly! I can honestly say that I’ve never been more comfortable at the dentist than I was at Champlin Dentistry. Highly recommend scheduling your next appointment with them!
