I recently went in for an emergency root canal. The office was able to get me in within within hours. Due to severe dental anxiety I am not an easy patient. Dr. Droll was absolutely amazing. He made sure to make a personal connection by telling me about his own experiences with family members with dental anxiety. With his unbeatable bedside manner and sense of humor he was able to make the situation a little less unbearable for me. He also took his time to make sure that he got each nerve numb by giving me novocaine shots one at a time, allowing them to work to see where I was numb before moving on to the next shot, which was a new experience for me and one that I greatly appreciated. I can honestly say I didn't feel a thing during the procedure. God willing I will never need another root canal, but if I do, I won't be going anywhere else for it!

AMAZING staff! I was in severe pain and my apportionment wasn’t for a couple more days. I was in so much pain I didn’t think I could make it. Called them and they had me come right down and squeezed me in and helped me. Can’t thank them enough for their service!

Dr. Wurm, DDS, MS was wonderful, she explained everything she did and made me feel at ease during the procedure! I have done very well after she had to redo an old root canal! I highly recommend them!

Great place! Very professional! I had a root canal done by Dr. Brock and had no complications. They said it would probably hurt afterwards, but I never had to take anything because there was no pain. :)

Had a root canal yesterday. It's too soon to know if it will take. Was advised over the counter pain management was all I needed, and indeed that had been true for my previous work at a different places. Upon leaving, I stopped for some over the counter pain management and headed into work. Couldn't hang more than an hour. Headed home to sleep thinking my natural ability to tolerate pain plus the prescribed pain management system would kick in. Was in pain all night. The tooth is exeedingly sensitive to any pressure, touch. The over the counter pain management is not touching it. It's a small place, no pharmacy is open 24 hours where I live, so there was no use in getting ahold of anyone till they opened this morning. I called, told them the issue and was belittled. I was informed, my experience is normal. When I reacted to this treatment, I was told I was out of line to respond in the way I did. Definately, not professional.

Had a root canal and I have problems with it but they tell me that they can't see me anymore. They said I had an appointment that I missed, but I am not aware of the missed appointment. Kind of confusing. Dr. Droll was great but as a business I can't give a good review.

Staff was friendly. Which helped with the long wait time even though I was one of the first appts of the day. I had to arrive at 7:30a, which I did, for a 7:50 appt which I was told would be a 10-15 min consultation. I was finally seen by a Dr. at 8:30am. Wasn't too impressed with their scheduling.
