Went in for my first major filling, (while pregnant!) Staff was very nice, informative, and the Dr did a great job. I haven't felt this good in awhile and the teeth look great! Thank you so much, found my dentist!

My son has aspergers syndrome, a form of autism, and yes it comes with a whole slew of sensory issues! Smell sound touch all of it. They were made aware of this, and continued to see him, even though it was quite a challenge for my son to "behave" He recently had a filling they had done cause him excruciating pain so I got him in the same day. The tech bumnped the tooth with her mirror which set him off. They refused to do any further work on him and referred him to a dentist who works on people with special needs only. I asked if they work on people with special needs they said yes heres the referral for the dentist that does. If your family member has special/sensory issues do not go here, they do not have the training to work on people that require extra attention. In all of my sons life other than his first elementary school this is by the far the worst treatment he has ever gotten due to needing a softer more gentler approach because of his autism.

I asked them what to do in a dental emergency. They said maybe we can get you in tomorrow or you can come sit and wait and possibly be seen because they were short handed. I expressed the fact that it was an emergency and there was excruciating pain involved. They recommended that I call my regular doctor. My fiancé was seen a couple days ago. Although the teeth they pulled for sure had to go they paid no attention to the infected/ abscess tooth. I contacted my lawyer and he requested I get the dentist MN state license number. I called and requested this and they replied with we can't give that to you and if I wanted it to call back tomorrow. This place should be shut down until they are properly staffed and investigated. A proper business has emergency protocols. This place has nothing besides call your regular doctor. Shame on them. After they ignored 3 of my calls... I called back from another number and they answered and said they didn't say she wouldn't be seen but she'd have to wait. Liars! Don't expect any help or compassion in a emergency situation and I highly recommend never brining a child here. Imagine hearing this and it was your kid... wow... I'm still in disbelief of how they handled this. Just wow. Now just a couple days later she woke up in the middle of the night with her sinuses filled as a result of it popping in her sleep. Her eye was literally swollen shut. Again no help from the dentist. We rushed her to emergency for them to put her immediately on a antibiotic iv and slice her gum open. If the dentist would have done as we asked and delt with the abscess instead of pulling teeth that were not even bothering her she would not have to go through this terrible experience and come close to death. The infection could have traveled to her brain and killed her. This place needs to be shutdown before someone dies due to their incompetence.

My kids see the amazing pediatrics guy and he is amazing. He is great with my boys. My son is border autism and had a tooth emergancy they had him in within a hour of calling and did great work even tho my son wasnt very cooperative. I love this place and the staff is great. Nobody likes the dentist but they care about their patient's and makes it easier to get what needs to be done. Thank you caring hands!

Horrible experience. Left me with sharp bone cutting my tongue and told to deal with it. No pain meds or antibiotics. Had to go to my regular doc to get them because of infection and extreme pain that the dentist did not care about.
