I just started going here and had a great experience! I have always loved going to the dentist but have not always had insurance. I was referred here by a coworker who has been coming here since she was a kid, so thought I'd give them a chance. I had my first cavity and had to have a wisdom tooth removed. Both were simple and easy and the dentist and his assistant were awesome! Both answered all my questions and even let me keep my tooth! Haha. ;) All the receptionists were very friendly and helpful too and I love that they email you all the forms ahead of time to save you time on your first visit and even send you text reminders.

Our family is THRILLED with this dental clinic, especially due to G (hygienist) and Dr. Tu (dentist). They both provide absolutely excellent care. In fact, all of the hygienists we have seen are friendly and wonderful! When I mentioned to my daughter that I saw Dr. Tu at my last appointment, she said, "Oh, I LOVE him! He's so great!". (A middle-schooler saying that about her dentist!) My husband recommended G and I've been seeing him for years and am consistently pleased with my care! The staff is also friendly and incredibly helpful. We could not recommend this clinic and these providers more highly. Now if they'd only get a female dentist on staff...it'd be perfect!

If you want to be acknowledged & listened to, and if you want to receive dental care which goes beyond expectations, come to Brook West Family Dentistry. I'm the biggest chicken in the world when my teeth & gums are in the spotlight. The doctors and staff understand, and they go out of their way to make you comfortable. They gently guide you into excellent health. I just had 3 crowns done today; easy breezy. No pain, no fear, no worries ~ and remember that I'm that #1 chicken! I had an old old crown (by a different dentistry) which was giving 2 other teeth problems, but my doctor at Brook West knew exactly how to fix it. Golly, it feels so good now. I've found a safe haven for my well being. I'm not afraid should I need a crown on these 56 year old teeth. I'm in good hands, and I am in excellent health. I'm from out of state and I'm a dental care provider myself. A couple of weeks ago, I was attending a seminar in the area when the worst happened; I needed an emergency assistance (How ironic is that???)... Well, what can I say? - I am so unbelievably happy that Dr. Max Barsky was the one I incidentally picked!!! Visiting a dentist has been my worst nightmare since I was a little kid (again, ironic! :D ), so walking into a dental office is not an easy thing for me to do. However, at Brook West Family Dental, somehow I felt... RELAXED! (Here is a word I thought I would never use in reference to a dental office lol) So relaxed that I did the unthinkable... I scheduled myself for a cleaning the next day! I just want to say, both Dr. Max and his lovely hygienist were absolutely 100% awesome! (And not that the following matters that much to me, but the office looks just outstanding and oh, yeah, it's sparkly clean!) Hands down, I've definitely made my dentist pick for life in Minnesota :)

My first experience with Dr. Wang and Brook West occurred three years ago. I had cracked my front tooth on a Saturday. Dr. Wang took time from his family to provide a short-term solution for that tooth since I had to preach a sermon the next day (who would want to see a pastor with a missing front tooth?!). I've been coming to Brook West a little over two years now and have been very impressed with ever facet of the experience. The staff upfront are always extremely pleasant and efficient. I've never had a long wait and even if you're the second person in line, someone else will step in to make sure you are well taken care of. They easily handle billing, scheduling, and thankfully, deal directly with insurance so I never have to. Dr. Wang is so personable and knowledgeable. He never recommends any unnecessary treatment and is very practical. He makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I've had G as a hygienist on multiple occasions and he has been very pleasant, friendly, and talks you through the entire process of what to expect. Overall, very pleasant experience with this clinic. I highly recommend as a primary or even if you just want to get a second opinion on a procedure.

It was a FANTASTIC experience. I received a call about a week ago from Brook West and was asked if it was okay to have all 3 of my kids scheduled for 2pm. The original plan was back to back to back. All at the same time was perfect!!! Each child went back and had their teeth cleaned and ZERO cavities, so that really tops it off as a great visit. Brook West has now consecutively hit it out of the park with my family! This time we saw Dr. Barsky as Dr. Tu was out. He was friendly and great - we expected nothing less! The entire staff was great, again!
