Absolutely can’t say enough how awesome the experience here is. Super welcoming from the moment you walk in, incredibly cute play area for the wait, amazing staff! I would recommend you ditch your current dental provider and at least check this team out! It was my daughters first time going to the dentist and I doubt I’ll have any qualms going back!

I went to see Dr.Darcy today after a lactation consultant felt it was worthwhile due to some ongoing breastfeeding issues. Dr. Darcy DID note a lip and minor posterior tie but felt as though she was functioning well and did not recommend the procedure. As a doctor myself, I appreciate when someone is conservative and is not doing unnecessary procedures. She was quick but thorough in her assessment. Just wanted to give reassurance to those considering an assessment, that she practices with great integrity.

My kids were scheduled for a simple cleaning, were current patients and weren't even due for x-rays, and even though I called ahead of time to tell them we were running late and all she said "ok I'll let them know" when we got there 17 min late she acted incredibly rude to us and told us we had to leave and reschedule. I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what,we got zero explaination, were the only people in the waiting room aside from one family who'd just arrived and there were hardly any cars in the parking lot... For all the times I've gone there, showed up early or exactly on time and still had to wait up to 30 min to be seen you'd think they could accommodate our tardiness for a glorified tooth brushing and I would have been happy to wait considering I drive an hour to get to a pediatric specialist. The second to the last time we were in for dental work we showed up right away in the morning, at our scheduled appt time (which was after their open time) and the doors were still locked and we waited outside while the staff (the same girl that was rude to us) chatted and walked around turning on the TV's and filling the coffee and eating their breakfast... I'll be switching to a peds dentist in Hugo.

The best dentist I could ask for for my child. Corrected her tongue tie when she was 4 months old, got me in for an emergency appointment after a fall chipped her teeth, and my daughter was very comfortable with the staff.

The staff here is amazing and super friendly. Dr. Tyler was amazing with my son today. Most patient office I’ve ever walked into. I am definitely pleased with our service today and can’t wait to go back.

So incredibly lazy... We had our newborn in for a procedure. She was not yet on our insurance in the system because of her age so they made us pay out of pocket. I've called 5 times since insurance payed them over a month ago and they keep making excuses as to why they haven't refunded our $750. Pathetic.

With this place still being fairly new it ran like a well oiled machine. The front desk lady was beyond nice. When the hygienist came back to get my kids they were friendly and when my daughter said she didn't want me to come she made sure I knew what room they would be in. The dentist we saw was nice as well. He completely understood our sons sensory processing and was extremely gentle and nice. He also took time to explain options for getting fix my son's teeth. I completely recommend them.

This was my sons first visit and they were very welcoming and super patient with him. They talked him through everything using words he could understand and made him feel comfortable....Which made me feel comfortable

Had a very good experience here, and they treated my son awesome. He has major issues going to the dentist as well as major sensory issues-and they handled him very well. 3rd dentist and I can say they have been the best.

Love this dental office. My granddaughter is 3 and loves coming here. She even asks to go to the dentist when she's not due. The staff is amazing and the doctors are so helpful and understanding. Would highly recommend this clinic to everyone.

This place discriminated against our child who is adopted. The office canceled his appointment as he has MA as a secondary insurance. His primary insurgence is Delta Dental, and we pay cash for anything else. We just moved to the area and we were looking for a good Dentist. Don't waste your time here. Update. Just got off the phone with the DHS. It is competey legal for dentist to take kids with MA, and only pay with primary insurance or cash for service. This dentist told me it was illegal to do so. Not sure their motive of not wanting to see our child. Just want others to know before your canceled the day before. Rant over, off to a new place.
