Horrible place. I told the assistant the x ray wedge hurt and she said it was only for a few seconds. She then jammed it in and took the xray. After that, she left to go lean against a wall for 5 minutes and watch a child get a cleaning. To top it off, I was told the iv sedation consult "already happened"and was asked rather brusquely "what did I want". I can't give zero stars or I would!

I called apple tree dental and they had me in the next day first thing in the morning. I hadnt been to the dentist in years and they actually ended up doimg oral sergery that morning of my first appt. I would recomend Apple Tree to everyone. I have a major fear of going to the dentist and they made me feel extremely comfortable during my unexpected tooth extraction/sergery. Thank you Apple Tree Dental!

I brought my daughter to her 1st dentist appt here. I could not have found better! Dr. Cook and his assistant (her name escapes me) are the absolute best! So sweet and know exactly what to say to children to ease their minds. We've had 2 appt now and both times have been like a dream. Thank you so much!

The manager is rude and unhappy so, she changed my time of my appointment and doesn't care about my time . And also she told me if you don't like it go away and find another provider . That's how she treats me unfair . I hope the big bosses take patients reviews seriously.

(♿ below)Wonderful experience! I'm a coward at the dentist and told the receptionist that and everyone that helped me that day was extremely patient and kind with me. They explained everything until I was comfortable enough to continue. Also told them early on that money is an issue and they were willing to do whatever I was comfortable with as far as how/what/when & how much. Don't know if they have in-house finance. Easy access off Mounds View Blvd./old Hwy 10, just north 35W. ♿ Several parking spaces. Wide corridors. Treatment rooms were huge, transferring would be easier. Accessible bathrooms are just a bit down the corridor from the main doors, right across from reception. There are 2 and both were very clean, even considering the amount of traffic they had. Staff was very accommodating to my issues, just tell them if you need help and they are willing to do just about anything if it will make things easier. Some of the nicest staff I've encountered in a while, weather in need of help due to a disability or not.

The staff and providers here work professionally. The customer service here is really good. Ms. Dawn (or Don) the scheduler is a very helpful lady. Because this clinic doesn’t have periontists, she was so willing to help me find another place that I can look for a periodontist to treat SRP, eventhough I am not a patient at this place. She impressed me!

10/25/2018 What better way to spend a birthday morning than to get a dental cleaning and check up from my favorite, and most cordial dental technicians around, dental office. This is a new location I had not been to previously. I had no issue redirecting the UCARE transportation service to this location. Thankfully Apple Tree Dental contacted me directly and explained the new location in good time so I could successfully change my ride situation. Again Apple Tree Dental proved they are top of the line for dental care in the Twin Cities. Thank you!

The staff was amazing!!! They made my 3 year old feel so comfortable and his Dentist was beyond amazing!! He sang A B C’s to my son and that made his day! I highly recommend this place simply the best!

Congratulations apple tree! You have earned my first one star rating!! the first time that I went to this establishment the dental hygienist was very polite as well as the dentist. I went for a second time with my significant other, cool was trying to make this other dental hygienist and dentist aware that she has a special need for her teeth. they decided not to listen to her and wanted to call her doctor and speak directly to them instead of listening to the patients and certain things aren't medically necessary. They appear not to want to listen to their patients :-( They were a lot more rude this time than the first time. Hopefully the next time we go to this establishment if we decide to go back there we will be treated with a lot more respect.

Trying to find the right office that took my daughter's insurance was really tough. The receptionist here was very very nice and full of helpful information. She gave a tremendous first impression over the phone and made me excited for my daughter's first dentist visit!

Keep changing my appointment, pushed it to 2019 from 2018. Had to change my insurance and they did not have insurance information. Called insurance office and told me providing my SSN will have them my Current info (previously they pullout insurance info by SSN as well), so I asked them to pull it by SSN and in a second she told me they can't find it. Now I need to pay out of my pocket or reschedule at February and this is 4th time they have been changing my appointment, assuming my name Contain "Mohammed" which is the reason I can't see a Dentist at Apple Tree!

I've been going here for years. We were at the Coon Rapids location until the Mounds View location opened up. Always a positive experience. They do a great job. They give you great tips on keeping your teeth & mouth in optimal health. They don't push things that you don't need like some dentists do. I highly recommend going here.

The scheduling system is absolutely horrible. First instance they cancelled my appointment because I didn’t view and text back confirm (they didn’t send any texts or email directly to my number) I had to miss class, so they re booked my 2 month advance appointment. Second, they cancelled my 6 month cleaning I also booked 2 months prior. Then they cancelled my cleaning again because they didn’t have any other providers. Make sure to call and confirm before you miss class or waste your drive there. :)

I just need to say thank you to my dentist, I had some issues with getting my antibiotics and my dentist did not stop calling, with my insurance, with providers and even talking to my pharmacy, trying to help me get my prescription. She had called me after her work hours to help get things figured out. I truly appreciate her help and care on behalf. Thank You!!!

My son who is 11, Was in pain. We got in the same day for an appointment and everybody was very understanding that he was in pain. They made accommodations later in the day to take care of the tooth that was causing him problems. Needless to say we left the office at about 5 o'clock and he was no longer in pain. The staff was very nice and understanding. They took the time to make him understand what they were doing inside of his mouth each and every step.

My review is a 2 because when a patient says they are in pain the dentist doesn't take the patient seriously when they should because nobody should be going through this suver pain, I can't even sleep or do anything because of how much pain I'm in, and nothing helps I've tryed orgel and warm water and salt and Advil and a warm wash cloth against my mouth nothing is helping, they shouldn't expect people to just deal with it, how would they feel if it was them and I also don't like that there isn't a dentist working 24-7 when they should be because tooth pain is not something anybody should have to just deal with!!!!!!
