My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Long for years. He is a fantastic doctor, personable, knowledgeable. I have seen many doctors over the yeas and he is the best. The check-in staff and all other staff have made my experience going to Alina Ramsey very nice...Thanks to all.

Dr. Simon and her assistant are an outstanding team. I had called the day before my daughter's 4 month appointment to see if Dr. Simon would also be able to see my son for his 3-year check up. I received a call back the next morning to let me know Dr. Simon was going to double book us in order to see my son, as well as my daughter. When I arrived to the clinic, my arms were full; diaper bag, purse, 3 year old, and a 4 month old in her carseat were all in my arms. A lady at the front desk quickly checked me in and then came around to lend me a hand. She grabbed the carseat with my daughter in it. As soon as I was about to sit down Dr. Simon's assistant came up to me, with a smile on her face, taking the carseat, and brought me back to the exam room. The assistant was able to juggle taking vitals, measurements, and giving my daughter vaccinations with ease. Dr. Simon came in immediately after the assistant left. She provided top-notch care to my kiddos, while educating me and giving my parenting skills praise (she could probably tell I needed the encouragement at that point!). I was in and out of the clinic in 45 minutes and never felt a bit rushed. Everyone I encountered at the clinic that day had made my experience the best it could possibly be. I will continue to recommend the clinic and Dr. Simon to my friends and family.

Dr. Keith Anderson, is a great doctor and has been helping me with my feet pain problems. I am hoping with in a few more visits the pain will be gone and I can buy him a round of golf for his help nothing worse then your feet hurting so bad you don't want to do anything!!! Thanks!

Great and friendly staff. Have 2 Doctors I have been going to for little more than 2 years now. Dr. Evan Friese my OB & Dr. Simon by children's Ped. I always get my answers right away. They both are very knowledgeable. The nurses and techs are great too. My favorite clinic never complained.

They tell you that your child is okay when they are vomiting, have diarreah, and cough. I'm switching pediatrician and clinic. Melissa Hanson all she does is push you vaccinate your kid. Won't do further evaluations. My child had croup and she told me he was fine. Ran to Emergency Room that night with a child who struggled to breathe. Irresponsible and incompetent.

I have had Dr. Carls as my primary for years and absolutely love him. Convinced my mom to give Allina Ramsey a chance since her clinic would have her on hold for about 30 minutes when she was calling to make an appointment and she almost never got to see her primary. Since then, my daughter, son in law, granddaughter and mother have all switched and all have Dr. Carls as their primary physician. He is not only knowledgeable and compassionate, but we never feel rushed and he has a great sense of humor. Everyone at the clinic goes above and beyond. One time I drove my mom to the clinic and was sitting in the reception area. I actually had 2 front desk people within the first 10 minutes come over and ask me if I had an appointment and had just not checked in. Talk about great customer service!!

Biggest waste of time I have ever spent at a doctors office. The office staff and nursing staff don’t have there stuff together. If you need anything more than a fever being checked go somewhere else. Multi care, health partners, and everywhere else is so much better than this waste of a beautiful building.

Visited 09/06/2018. Front desk staff were great! Some error happened with my records but even they were good about it. It wasn't a big deal and they kept trying to apologize. I'm glad they made me feel important as a patient. Always enjoyed going to Allina and they don't disappoint wherever location I go to. My doctor who I saw was Dr. K. Anderson. Great and funny guy and has amazing staff working with him. Allina employs great workers and people who care. Keep it up.

Nice and new office but the service and doctors are Poor . I seen doctor Elena Spector and the first time everything seem to go ok. The one then I noticed was she was looking up a lot of stuff on the computer . Than I went back for a check up and that's when I noticed she was not every knowledgeable . She had to look up everything on the computer because she did not know off hand . She may be a smart person but lacks knowledge as a doctor . After looking on her computer for about 15 minutes she decide to change my prescription. When I left we both walk out the door, she did not say good by or anything. Not sure maybe she was having a bad day. Couple of day later I called the office and told them my new meds were causing me bad side effects . So 24 hour later a nurse call be and told me to come back in 4 weeks . (WTF) So then I called allina help line and they contacted the office and suggest I see a different Doctor. So then I went back to the same office and seen doctor Look. She seem ok , but seem to only want to stick up for Doctor Spector poor help when I called to tell them the meds were causing bad side effects . Doctor Look said they don't have time to call or e-mail if I have a question. I'm not a doctor so I didn't know what to do about the problem I was having with the meds. At this point I was very mad and asked where is your care in healthcare, and walked out . I will never go there again.

I tried to reach a provider for an emergency, as myself being provoider, it is humanly impossible to reach the provider. If a provider has this much of problem how about the poor sick patients, who needs to reach their provoider?

Dr. Simon is awful. She talked down to me the entire visit and was very rude. I will never see her again.

I've been using Dr. Carls for quite some time now and have found him to be an excellent Doctor. He is Very thorough in checking my medications and cross referencing any side effects prior to starting me on anything new; he's very good about discussing any alternative options and is always sure to get labs in case something may need to be modified. I highly recommend him to anyone searching for someone new.
