I was a new patient, not having gone to a dentist in quite some time. I had an emergency pain issue and needed a tooth pulled, and not only did Dr. Bouquet thoroughly explain what was going to be done, but the dental hygienist (I'm SO sorry I forgot get name... she was wonderful!!), also got me prepped for a next visit and explained each picture and x-ray taken. I was slightly uncomfortable being a new patient with a not so great history, and I was completely welcomed there, and for being being a dentist's office, I can't WAIT to get back on track for the health of my teeth. I have been going here for over 30 years and they never fail to impress me. For instance. I called yesterday concerned because I was worried about a temporary filling placed after a root canal last week. They worked me in to see Dr Becker. While not my usual dentist all of them are wonderful. The entire team is high quality.

I just wanted to share my very positive experience with my new dentist at 12th street! I just switched from my former dentist, and I'm so happy I did. Just to start off, the office and lobby are both so nice, comfortable, and clean. I was waiting in the lobby for hardly 3 minutes before I was called in. My hygienist was very conversation and friendly, and Dr. Chris was awesome as well. I'll definitely be staying here for future appointments!

Come February 28 a front tooth chipped and we needed a next day fix, not in a week. 12 St Dental fit us in, and Dr Lindquist was, prompt, kind, courteous, offering several fixes, and accommodating. They recommended doing a root canal procedure for my daughter's tooth. I accepted that because I didn't know that this procedure is usually done by specialist. So instead of referring my daughter to a speciality clinic, they did the procedure which failed later.

I made an appointment on Tuesday and need it for next day on Wednesday, the girl from front desk did her best to have me in on Wednesday by the afternoon. DR. Bernard Bouquet helped me to remove a wisdom tooth that it was getting really bad with pain and already chewing on my tissue and gum. His assistant was amazing, she kept holding my hands during the procedure as I was really nervous. The procedure wasn't painful at all. The whole team did a great job, my first time trying a Dentist in Rochester and turns out they will be my forever dentist office. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for friendly, professional and acknowledged staff. Someone to who you can trust and will explain you everything you need to know.

BY FAR THE WORST DENTAL EVER. They will cheat you , scam you and over charge you. I went in for a chipped tooth that needed a filling and they infected another tooth I spent over 1300 here for the same tooth they had gotten infected. Their place is not all that clean. They don’t clean their instruments we’ll probably why I got infected. The whole place is a FRAUD and they will rob you. I have never in all my living years have met an establishment like this. Also we are African American and they are very racist and will tell you something is not charged and still charge you. This is my first review and nobody should be going there. To refer you guys to better dentist I would suggest anywhere else. These people don’t take their job serious , very unprofessional. should be called SCAM CHEATING LYING UNPROFEESIONAL DENTAL FROM NOW ON. Dr. Becker is the most honest and helpful doctor, he tells you what you really needs to do with your teeth, he will not sale you any anything, the reason I am saying this because I used to go Zumbro Veiw Dental, they tell you bad news after bad news. Dr. Becker is kind to each of my family and I thank him for that, don't forget about the nurses and other girls are so nice too

They do a great job! Dr. Lindquist is very knowledgeable and doesn’t try to take advantage with unnecessary treatment like some dentists do. My appointment was efficient, yet I never felt like they were trying to rush. They also make you feel at ease, something that is hard to do at dental appointments. My 4 yr old son went for his first appointment ever a week later, and they made it a fun experience. They explained everything to him, in a fun and exciting way so he actually enjoyed his visit. They let him pick out a fun toothbrush and gave him a token to get a little toy out of the lobby. HE LOVED it!! Highly recommend for kids!

Aside from being knowledgeable and skilled in dentistry, he is personable, kind, and caring. I have had lots of dental issues and I know I can always call and expect to get advice and a phone call back from him promptly. He is also very good with my two young children, they like him a lot. I have also seen Dr. Lindquist for root canals and he does a great job and is very personable and kind as well. I love the way the three doctors work together: there was a time that Dr. Becker and Bouquet talked together about what to do for my daughter's tooth and I appreciated their teamwork. You cannot go wrong with 12th Street. The environment is clean and friendly, the technicians do a great job and the ladies at the desk are so kind and helpful!
