My first visit there was great. I got to meet with the dentist and he was very knowledgeable and what I felt went above and beyond in the exam. I have never had a dentist make sure that I know exactly what is going on with my mouth. And they were able to get me in for a cleaning that same day! Great service. Very friendly and thorough. However, I’m required to pay the full amount in advance and then my visit is submitted to my insurance. I only get back the adjusted amount that is the insurance allowable amount. So my 100% covered checkups end up costing me about $60. Because of that I will be going elsewhere from now on. To bad. It really is a great staff.

Love this place! Believe me, for most of my life I hated going to the dentist, but Jason has changed that. He and his employees are very pleasant and make you feel so comfortable. You're not rushed, you're not pushed into anything. Any questions or concerns are taken care of right away. My 5 year old daughter injured her tooth this weekend and after I called the office I was pleasantly surprised to get a return call from Dr. Jason Tubo within minutes. Dr. Tubo and his team were able to see us right away and were able to save my daughter's tooth. Although we recently moved out of the area, this is one of the many reasons we choose to still come to Whitinsville Family Dentistry. The level of service, care and attention is incredible and we couldn't be more appreciative! Update: I had my routine cleaning and during my check out I received a free Dutch apple pie. So once a year they have pie day Friday! Just amazing!

This was by far the most comfortable I have felt in a dentist office. Not only did the hygienist really care to do everything to comfort me but the doctor was there every step of the way explaining his thoughts and explaining why I was feeling certain ways. I have had horrible experiences with dentists in the past, so much so that I put off the dentist for over 4 years, and this place changed the game for me. I am thrilled that it was recommended to me by a family friend so I hope this helps anyone considering changing dentists in the area. This is the right choice!!

I have been a patient at Whitinsville Family Dentistry since 1991, when I moved to the area from New Jersey. As one who has moved quite a bit in his lifetime, I have been to quite a few dentists over the years. Whitinsville Family Dentistry is the best of them all, for which I am glad, since I do not expect to move again. The staff at all levels is pleasant to deal with, the hygienists and dentists (I have been seen by both Dr Cnossin and Dr Jason Tubo) are highly skilled, and the dentists in particular are happy to talk about what they are doing and why they are doing. If there are options for treatment, they are clearly described, with the pros and cons of each option. There may be better dental offices around, but they would be few in number.

Recently relocated to the area and was looking for a new dentist and I was referred to Whitinsville Family Dentistry by several people. The office is extremely clean and modern, the support staff are very pleasant and the Dentist I met with Doctor Tubo who was extremely thorough in explaining all of my treatment options and prioritizing what needed to be done vs. what could be done at a later date and did not have an urgent need. I left with a good faith estimate based on my insurance of what all of the work would cost as well as two appointments that fit my schedule, I would highly recommend.

I don't like dental work and put off going to the dentist as long as possible. Usually too long. My fear of the dentist has kept me from regular check ups which has led to some issues and I the time came in which I had to be seen. If heard good things about Whitinsville Family's Dentistry so I thought I'd give them a try. The staff was so nice and accommodating they made me feel at ease. I was nervous but they helped me though it and never made me feel bad for not going sooner. I will be heading back in for a cleaning and to get some work done. This time less nervous than before. I'm hoping this is a beginning of a new relationship with my teeth, time to show them some love.

I am petrified of the dentist or at least I was. The people I have met in this office have absolutely changed my experience of going to the dentist. I now actually enjoy and dare I say look forward to my visits. I have a unique case with what I need to have done. Late this morning I had a dental emergency and hoped to be seen as soon as possible to decide on what was ahead. I was very fortunate to get an appointment for two hours later. Although nothing could be done to repair the problem today, I was told of all of the possibilities that are available and I hope to start treatment in a week. My own dentist. Dr. Jason Tubo, wasn't available but I was able to see Dr. Benjamin Tubo who was so kind and willing to ease my mind until I return in a week. The staff is marvelous and it is a pleasure to call Whitinsville Family Dentistry MY dental office.

I was seen immediately and brought to a treatment.I experienced no wait time at all for the doctor to sit down with me. He reviewed my options of saving a tooth versus a tooth extraction and I chose the extraction. The extraction was painless and the price was very reasonable. I was in and out in approximately 20 minutes total. The staff was courteous facility was clean and modern and everybody was super friendly. But I took my almost 2yr old there today who fell and pushed her tooth up into her gum. they were so friendly, welcoming, very professional and clean. Great with small children. I have found my dental "home" with Dr. Tubo and the rest of the staff. Everyone is so wonderful and nice and my cleanings are so thorough, yet painless (and I can choose bubblegum tooth polish!) Thanks Joanne!! The thing I like the most is that they are not "Salesy" like so many other dental offices. Sure, they inform you of all they have to offer, but they don't make you feel like a second class citizen if you don't have perfectly straight teeth or that you don't take advantage of their whitening options. Making sure I have clean, healthy teeth & gums is my priority and I feel like it's theirs too...not pushing me into something that's more of a nice to have vs a need to have all to earn some nice commission. I really appreciate that! I used to Hate going to the dentist - it was always a dreadful experience at previous practices, where even the employees didn't want to be there. I can honestly say, I look forward to my dental visits now, since joining Dr. Tubo and team at Whitinsville Family Dentistry!!

I have not been to a dentist in quite some time due to anxiety and fear so my teeth are quite a mess. I finally bit the bullet and made an appointment. From the moment I walked in yesterday I was made to feel extremely comfortable. The entire staff is amazing. We made a plan for the future and everything was explained to me in detail. I was included in every aspect of what was going on during the visit as well as the treatment plan. I have NEVER had such a fantastic experience with a dentists office and I'm actually looking forward to future visits. Thank you to everyone in the office for caring so much about your patients!

Awesome place! So friendly and fun to be around. They are thorough and efficient. What I enjoy most is that it's so much more than just going there for a cleaning or a filling or anything. You get reasons why your teeth do what they do. You get answers to why certain procedures need to be done. And you have the family atmosphere. Tracy, for instance, is incredible. We have conversations of fitness, family, outdoor activities and it completely takes my mind off the fact she is cleaning my teeth. It is really worth the drive and visits. The only downfall is that they don't have a more experienced oral surgeon that handles more complex extractions. I would rather go there than anywhere else. I wish they could. It would be so much easier.

Just returned from having my second crown put on by Dr. Cnossen. Dr. Cnossen knows I have some anxiety when it comes to needles and he is very understanding and makes every effort to make sure I am comfortable. Leann was his assistant today and she was amazing. She helped keep me at ease during the entire procedure. I highly recommend this practice. Very professional and personable.

Not happy to hear about they way my mother was treated. Called and asked if they accepted Delta Dental insurance and they told her yes. She went in for a standard cleaning (which are covered), and after X-rays and the cleaning she was presented with a $300+ bill for a deep scaling procedure that was never presented before being completed. She was never told what the price would be and also never told that there was different tiers for the insurance. Deceptive at the very least, certainly not forthcoming or having the best interest of the patient in mind. New customers beware.

The staff at Whitinsville Family Dentistry are all awesome! I went in for the first time to get a full work up and get a plan for my treatment. Dr Tubo and his dental assistant, Trish were great! They explained everything to the letter and we're very friendly and accommodating. They even brought me a cup of coffee while i waited. I came here to see if i felt better or more comfortable than the previous dentist i went to and hands down, they are the better practice. They covered every detail and made me feel like there were there to help, not just to collect a check. I will be switching my entire family of 5 to this practice immediately. Thank you!

Dr. Tubo is wonderful and I think he is a great dentist. With that being said, I am unfortunately not happy with the front desk or reception. I was told they took my dental insurance and after coming to the office and for my first appointment I found out they were not in my insurance network and they expected me to pay a large sum of money upfront. Which I feel should have been explained to me when I called to see if they took my insurance and taking on new patients. I felt lied to and thought it was unfair I was told me they take my insurance, when that is not the complete truth. I feel as though I was taken advantage of and provided false information. Considering not returning to the practice.

I woke up yesterday with a infected tooth! I made it through the nigh ( barely) . My wife called and they said Tuesday at 8 A.M. i New I couldn’t make it that long. They then called right back and said 11:00 today( Monday). I was out an hour later and doing better. Thank you so much. From a grateful man!!!

My visit at Whitinsville family dentistry is always a good one. I absolutely love my hygienist Stephanie she’s very thorough and loves her job and it reflects in my teeth. Just love her! The dentist there are also wonderful, they always make sure that I’m well taken care of.
