I am a new patient to Unique Dental and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I had never been there and I called because I broke a tooth. They were able to get me in the next day. They emailed my new patient forms which I was able to print out and fill out ahead of time. I was checked in and then taken right in. Everyone was so nice and professional. Top quality service. They addressed my issue, scheduled my next visit and went over my anticipated costs. I am happy that I found a great new dental practice for myself and my children as well.

After working all day the last place I'd want to go is to the dentist, however my experience last night at Unique Dental was by far the best dental experience I've had...in my life. The variety in appointment times is very helpful for a working professional as evening & Saturday hours are hard to come by at most offices. The staff was friendly, accommodating and efficient. Colleen was thorough and gave great information throughout my cleaning. I saw Dr. Zyoud who was kind and also thorough in his evaluation of my teeth & x-rays. Jen at the front desk was wonderful in explaining my insurance benefits & cost of future services. I left feeling well taken care of and better informed about my overall dental health. I already look forward to my next visit.

I have been a patient for a long time, been through the changes with the staff. I met Dr. Whig on his first day. He was very pleasant and professional. I then called to be seen right away because one of my front teeth had broken. My daughter was getting married within a month and I was upset and afraid the crown would stand out and look a different color. I've seen alot of crowns done to others in the front and you can tell its not a real tooth. Dr. Whig spent alot of time with me, 3 hours the first day to make sure everything was perfect. I returned to have the crown placed and was so nervous. I was worried the color and shape would be off, and my daughters wedding pictures would show it. The Dr put the crown in and it was PERFECT, he had matched it to look exactly like my other teeth. My husband and daughter couldn't tell which tooth was the crown. His patience was outstanding, he was compassionate and understood my fears. He reassured me throughout the process that everything was going to be ok. I should had listened, I was nervous for no reason. I would definitely recommed Dr. Whig, and the staff are very pleasant and professional as well. They did a great job cleaning my teeth.

I have been taking my Dad to this office for a number of years and I have to say the staff has always been super nice. The dental office itself is immaculate. They all do a wonderful job here to make you feel very comfortable. My Dad is elderly and we just had a recent experience where he needed some help with a front tooth and Dr. Mohmed Elnazer took care of the issue immediately. I just want to say THANK YOU for being so kind to help him out. It's a comfort to know there are good people out there to help you out when you need it. I have come to this dentist office since I was 6 years old. Although the practice was recently transferred over to new team of dentists, I love how they have continued the same environment and outstanding service as my old dentist. The staff is super friendly and helpful with any questions or concerns I have. The dentist also do an outstanding job keeping my smile healthy and clean. The staff is very nice and very knowledgeable. They remind you through calling, text and email about your upcoming appointment-- if you don't cancel without at least a day's notice, there is a $50.00 fee. My dentist, Dr. Shinde, and the assistant who normally works with me (Melissa?) are very professional and non-judgmental about my terrible teeth, for which I am very grateful :D. Also, it's a nice and clean office, there is nothing weird or shady about it.

I was able to get an appointment in just a few days after calling and when I went in the staff got me started on the paperwork while I waited. Once I got in the chair things went quickly. I had a very challenging experience with this practice. I learned that the level of care and customer service varies drastically depending on who is working on a given day. Challenges exist in both the front and the back of the house. While having a tooth filled I was left unattended by the dentist for over an hour while I listened to him work on other patients. As a patient I received conflicting information on the health of my teeth and treatment plan. I was placed on an aggressive treatment plan in order for the practice to take maximum advantage of my dental benefits. I was told on multiple occasions that their goal was to use up all of my dental benefits for the year in a 6 month period. I strongly caution individuals considering this practice for the first time. I regret my decision to trust Unique Dental with the health of my teeth. It is my sincere hope that this practice reevaluates its priorities and they way they are communicated.

This is the first dentist I've gone to in Massachusetts and I was not disappointed. The hygienist was so nice and instantly made me feel at ease. They also had a ton of goodies, including chapstick. They also worked with me when I was late for my appointment and were able to fit me in on another day. The dentist was practical and honest.

No one listened and did what I needed. A space measured for an implant. As a matter of fact the Dr that came in asked how old my son was(he was getting an xray) I answered 15. He said hes way to young for an implant. He then pretty much walked out of the room. Will not be going back I feel the response is exactly what I'm talking about. All I needed was a space measured. This is what I asked for when I made the appointment. Also told this to the assistant and two Drs. It was never measured. Now another day off from work to bring my son to another place

UnIque Dental had a professional staff from when I checked in until I left. I was taken on time and my hygienist Brittany was knowledgable and professional. She did an excellent job taking x-rays and cleaning my teeth. I didn't have mouth pain like I've experienced at my previous dental office. Excellent, saw me as a new patient, emergency, July 4th weekend, stayed late on a Saturday to accommodate me. Cracked a tooth, had to be removed. Dr. Whig said it would not be terribly uncomfortable. He was correct, pretty easy. Good dentistry, well organized, friendly staff. Nurse held my hand. Strongly recommend.

I have been a patient for more than a year I had a bad experience with my prior dental practice so I searched and found this place, I’m glad I gave them a shot! My first doctor left and I transferred to Dr Whig. Dr Whig is amazing, very professional and he is extremely patient and helpful when it comes to my extreme gagging. He tells you what is needed to be done and doesn’t do unnecessary intervention. My hygienist Britney is awesome and I also met Amy the last time, both are great and teach all the tricks to keep you on track. The best thing about this practice they open after hours and open on weekends. Front desk is very helpful and nice. I rarely write reviews but I thought this one worth it. I highly recommend them.

Just became a new patient and absolutely love it here. Staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and caring. I was experiencing extreme tooth pain, and a somewhat fear of going to get it looked at. I called Unique Dental, they got me in right away, Dr.Whig eased any anxiety I had for going to the dentist. I got two extractions, he was curtious and since I'm a nosy person, he had no trouble explaining the procedure for me as he went along. I never thought it was possible to be happy while getting an extraction, but the conversation and sense of humor he had with me made the experience actually quite enjoyable! I'm looking forward to my next appointment, and looking forward to getting to know the staff here as well!

The folks at Unique Dental Care went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate my son who attends WPI. His front tooth was pushed back when a friend's elbow hit it by accident. He called home (in Maryland) to tell me what happened and after sending a picture of his mouth to our Orthodontist, she told me that it would be best for my son to see a dentist immediately. This was at 6 PM. Thank goodness for the internet. I made about 8 phone calls to dentists in Worcester...no one would see my son saying it was too late in the day..that they were closed...that they could see him the next day...UNTIL I called Unique Dental Care. Even though there were totally booked until closing at 7, after hearing my pleas...they told me to tell my son to come in. He called UBER and was there in 15 minutes. Thank you Jennifer for your empathy! My son called me less than an hour later to tell me what wonderful care he received. I appreciate the fact that they cared enough to stay beyond closing to see my son...and that they were so kind and accommodating to him. I highly recommend Unique Dental!

I always have a great experience at Unique Dental. When the previous dentist retired (he was my dentist since I was 3 years old) I was obviously a little hesitant to try someone new. I decided to stick with the new dental office and I'm so glad that I did! All of the hygienists, assistants, front desk workers, etc. are so nice and friendly! I now feel just as comfortable with them as I did with my previous dentist and his staff. No complaints and I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!! They also have super convenient hours (open late I think until 7 some days and open some Saturday mornings). Couldn't ask for more!

She gave him two rubber band options Halloween colors this was a plus since in the past only one color was used. He was super excited. We even got a late appointment for his next visit which that is definitely a plus for us.

Let me start off by saying that I was so anxious about going to the dentist, I had put it off for so long! I am so happy that I went to Unique Dental. Colleen, the hygienist was absolutely amazing. Everyone at Unique Dental is very friendly and knowledgeable. The girls at the front desk are super cute and made me fully aware before procedures of cost break-downs and options which for a student on a budget is very helpful. I always feel very comfortable and well cared for when I came in. I also appreciate that Dr. Bashar Zyoud recommended a prescription tooth paste to try to treat my sensitivity. I've always been told from other dentists over-the counter solutions but it always felt my teeth became more sensitive after using it. It really showed that he not only listens to his patients but takes the time to look at there dental health history to understand a patients needs. With that toothpaste I have no more sensitivity for once in my life! I have recommended my fiance to switch dentists, it didn't take much convincing after he saw my goodie bag after my recent cleaning. : )
