Awful place. The dentist did not know how to work with nervous patients. He dropped his camera on my teeth from a height of about four feet. Also, I went in for my appt and he didn't know he was supposed to be filling a cavity! The receptionist was very rude and judgemental.She was asking me about school and I mentioned that I was going to be switching to Online classes soon, and she gave me this whole lecture about how "life will always be busy. One day when you have a relationship and kids...." So I figured she just didn't realize how old I was. So I told her I was already married and not planning on having any kids, and she gave me this long preachy lecture about why I should have kids and was even like "Why do you think you shouldn't have kids? Your parents taught you to think that?" SUPER RUDE AND PRYING. The entire time this was happening I was trying to find a polite way to get out of the conversation, not like the receptionist and dental assistant next to her were even attempting to be polite to me. Don't go here, unless you want your dentist to yell at you to stop being nervous, drop a camera on your front teeth, and then be judged and lectured as you're trying to make an appt and escape this hell hole.

I have been going to Today's Dental for close to 20 years. The quality of the practice was always excellent, but the recent (2015) renovations to the waiting space and dental equipment have really spettep up their game. I can't say enough about the quality of care, but one point to not miss is the friendliness and personalized service I have recieved from Dr. Ben and his whole staff. It feels like "family" and I have continued to go there even after moving out of the Acorn-Boxborough neighborhood.

Let me start off by saying Dr. Anna and her staff are amazing! My son has autism and I’m not going to lie the first two visit didn’t go so well. This had nothing to do with the staff or doctor, they worked with me and son to make the visits a lot more enjoyable. The technicians work very fast and thro making it fun by having my son get involved. Wether it be picking out the flavors, helping count his teeth to even holding mister thirsty as they call him. We have never been told there is anything wrong with my sons teeth, we have always been given great praise at how well they are taken care off. At the end of each visit my son gets to pick out his toothbrush and a toy from the treasure box. They have made going to the dentist very enjoyable for both my son and me. Thank you all so much!

This dental office can’t be praised enough. Previous experience with dentists had unprofessional and uncaring offices that was unconcerned with this, specifically, my previous Orthodontist had severely cut into the bone and root with a botched pallet expander when in my teens. The damage continued to cause progressive damages through the next years to the point it was almost debilitating. From the grapevine I heard of Today’s Dental of Boxborough had the best staff with great results, but I refused to go into this office without research, call me paranoid, one mistake is enough for me. Today’s Dental of Boxborough is night to day from my last dental office. The credentials are impeccable and they have strong professional merits. Giving it a chance I went in, and it was night to day. Over the course of the next two weeks several weeks I underwent a surgery and follow-up appointments. During the surgery the Dentist repaired the degenerative bone in my mouth while being educated through the entire process. At no point did I feel my opinion was not concerned or weighed through this entire process. To top it off, the customer service is actually reliable and coming from a Customer Service sector, I am very particular about this. The receptionist was incredibly friendly and caring, recalling information that made the experience personal all the while staying on task. The follow-appoints had appropriate reminders so no appointment was missed and rescheduling was always easy without ever the bad service when you get off the phone feeling guilty for life events. Over the next few years, they have maintained my high standard and I refer them whenever appropriate to coworkers and friends. I would strongly recommend that you go Today’s Dental of Boxborough.

Everyone at Today’s Dental does an excellent job of making you feel comfortable, welcome, and at ease. The people that work their are very friendly and nice, making the trip that much more pleasant. I went in for a routine teeth cleaning and it was done quickly and efficiently. I was given helpful tips on how to improve my daily routine and I left with all my questions answered and feeling like I had been given great service. Dr. Ben does a great job and really knows what he's doing. It's definitely worth it to check out Today’s Dental for anyone who is on the fence.

As a 66 year old, I have never been a fan of visits to a dentist office. But, my initial appointment at Today's Dental of Boxborough was my most enjoyable ever. The entire staff was very welcoming, friendly and professional. Crystal was great in helping me fill out my entry paperwork on a tablet. Heidi, my hygienist, was extremely nice and efficient in cleaning and x-raying my teeth. I met Dr, Anna and am looking very much forward to my next appointment in a week.

Dr. Ben is fantastic! He is very caring and more than willing to answer all of your questions. He also makes sure you are completely informed about what needs to be done and why. The office staff is also great, (Natalya, Monikee) very friendly and helpful (especially when it comes to billing). On top of all that, you can tell it's a nice office with all the newest technologies. I literally don't have enough good things to say about this practice, I would highly recommend Dr. Ben to anyone looking for a dentist!

Best Dental Experience I have been to one other Pediatric Dentist with my children. I was shocked by how great the staff and Dr. Anna were with my kids. The whole visit was better than I have ever experienced. They educated my children and I about the foods and drinks that cause cavities. My children were unable to take x-rays at the previous dentist. The assistant was extremely mindful of the previous experience and patiently walked them through taking the x-rays and getting their teeth cleaned. The hygienist sang to them while she cleaned their teeth. They even showed me an easy way to floss their teeth. Dr. Anna spent a lot of time with me answering my questions about the dental treatment that they needed. I feel comfortable with my kids being treated at this because of the wonderful experience I had with them. Hopefully the treatment appointment will go as well as the cleaning appointments. Thank Dr. Anna & Staff.

Dr. Anna and her staff treat you like family. They have gone above and beyond in treating our special needs teen-aged son. Doing dental work on our son is difficult because he has a real hard time sitting still and has oral motor issues that makes him try to bite down on the instruments. Our first visit was last year for some major dental work that required sedation. Dr. Anna and her staff, especially her assistant Natalya went out of their way to keep him calm and comfortable and were so very patient. They even scheduled the appointment at the end of the day with no other patients so he wouldn't be bothered. Our son was excited about going back for a cleaning last week. Dr. Anna cleaned his teeth and she was perfect with him also. She has a very sweet demeanor. We had to bring our son back this week to have a cavity filled, and once again Dr. Anna and Natalya were extremely patient and the appointment was amazingly smooth.

WONDERFUL WONDERFUL establishment. My boys have been seeing Dr. Anna for the past 3 years and i wish we met her sooner! I have never seen more enthusiasm then I do when I tell them they have an appointment. Dr. Anna is just amazing with children, she works so well and elegantly with them and her staff. Her staff is equally amazing. They are all very knowledgeable, personable, and considerate. I actually can't wait to have my daughter in for her 1st visit. I think it is wonderful they start seeing children at 1 year old. I personally see Dr. Ben myself. Him and his personal staff are also just as amazing. I love the fact that he personally shows you with digital photos what is actually needed. He is laid back and gentle. I fall asleep during my procedures. I also appreciate the fact that he does NOT make me feel like it is the end of the world if I am unable to follow through with treatment. A+++ from my family and I.

Fabulous dentist. I'm 65. Other dentists I have had over the years just accepted that I got cavities and my gums weren't in great shape and did the necessary remedial care. He is the first who said "You shouldn't be having these problems." Working together we got me to a zero-new-cavity, healthy-gums state. Everyone there is friendly, efficient and well-skilled.
