Not only do I get to work in this office with the most amazing staff, I had the pleasure of getting my teeth cleaned by the wonderful Hygienist Dianna! I had slight anxiety about getting my teeth cleaned since it had been a while since I'd gone to the dentist myself. Dianna took her time to really clean my teeth and made sure I was comfortable! I definitely recommend bringing your children here!

I have taken my children here for a few cleanings and always received a dental experience that was just okay. I booked our last appointment 6 months in advance. The office canceled the appointment and the rescheduled appointment three separate times. Two of those times I was given less than one week's notice of the cancelation. I had rearranged my kids schedule for the appointment. The reasons for the cancelation were that the office was no longer open that day or had changed its hours. I was told that the hours changed a month ago, but was simply overlooked and not notified of the change when it was made. The way that the office is run caused me to seek a different dentist.

Extremely difficult people, I got billed numerous times with no resolution. I had it with the condescending tone . The staff are unprofessional and threatening when they don't get their way. The best thing I ever did was switch to a cleaner professional office. The snarky dentist even said she got a kick out of the front desk arguing with me. Horrible place with nasty people! They can not accept they messed up and tried to put blame on me, they didn't like my response when they kept talking over me and telling me to just pay!

My 5 and 3 year old boys have been going here since their very first dental visits and now my youngest son will also be going here as of next month too starting with his very first dental visit also. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dental group for their kids they're awesome here with the kids and very thorough! Some kids find dentists scary, my kids LOVE coming here though they get so excited when I tell them they have a dentist appointment! Great staff and great work.

The whole team at the Pediatric Dental Group in Franklin is amazing. They are always happy and friendly with the children trying to make them feel at ease about being at the dentist. They do a fantastic job of explaining what they are going to do and make sure everyone is comfortable with it. The regular cleanings are a breeze with the most efficient and friendly Dental Hygienists. Scheduling appointments is so easy, and they have a waiting list if you need an appointment sooner. The cavity filling process is equally as amazing with "ice cream air" and iPads for the kids that make the experience a lot better and over before the child can get too bored or fidgety. Doctor Tajik is friendly and caring with not only the kids but also the parents. She has a gentle demeanor and answers all of your questions thoroughly. I highly recommend the Pediatric Dental Group in Franklin!

I am so happy that our family is a part of this dental group. Every staff member goes above and beyond to ensure that the children feel comfortable. The assistants are always bubbly and so sweet with the kids. Scheduling has always been flexible and easy to do. Especially with having three children, they make it so easy for appointments by having them be scheduled all together. Now let me get to my favorite perk of this dental group...The annual Halloween Party at Pinz bowling alley! Everyone is invited for a great night of bowling and pizza and costumes. We look forward to it every year! I recommend this location to anyone with children. I have referred all my friends and they are just as satisfied as I am. My son - age 14 - has been going to Pediatric Dental for four years and it is the best dental experience we could hope for. The office is highly customer service oriented from the front desk to the hygienists and dentists. Debbie, who schedules the appointments is extremely friendly and competent and she has AlOT of patience. You get the sense that the staff truly cares and enjoys their work. Lots of smiles and laughter from all. Not a grouch in the bunch. The Dental care is excellent and I only wish they would take Adults because I would be a patient in a heartbeat. This dental group is wonderful. My son and daughter have been coming here for almost eight years. We also visit with Dr Nassif for the Ortho. Who has been fantastic. Getting braces was not only a big deal for my child, but also for my wallet. The administration team here answers all your questions and helps you figure out your best options. The assistants for Ortho are very knowledgeable and patient. Thank you!!! Dr Tajik Is fantastic! She makes my kids feel very comfortable. My daughter just today had teeth pulled. I won’t lie I was a little anxious (Not my daughter though) But Dr Tajik and the Wonderful dental assistant, April put me at ease with how kind and careing they were with my daughter. Before I knew it, we were all done. And you never feel rushed there! I’ve never had to wait longer than 5-10 mins. I did not have a good dental experience as a child and developed dental phobia. I needed a different experience for my son and I found it with Pediatric Dental Group. The staff is wonderful, warm, welcoming and professional. They will take the time to listen to your concerns and address the related issues. My son had two cavities filled and he didn't feel any discomfort. If you or your child has any anxiety about oral care, come to The Pediatric Dental Group. We go to the Franklin office which is very kid friendly, bright and relaxing. Great waiting area with a movie going all the time. A huge thank you to the staff!

The Pediatric Dental Group of Franklin did an excellent job making my four year old comfortable. He is typically anxious in new situations, but the hygienist was patient, listened to an answered all of his questions, and let him try out the tools before she used them. The entire staff is always very friendly here and they do a terrific job with young kids. If your child is afraid of the dentist or has never been, this should be your first stop. They do put out coupons once in a while (in the mail) in case your dental coverage isn't fantastic.

My son had to unfortunately have some dental work done, and he is only 6 so I was a little nervous on how that would go. They team was AMAZING with him, they gave him the laughing gas, and he was still a little antsy and wanted to move A LOT! They worked with him and told things to make him stay still. and as always he LOVES April! She is always great with him and my son adores her!

Love, love, love this place! The entire staff is awesome and they're so efficient! I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be taken. Allison is awesome, she always shows my kids all the gadgets and makes sure make they're totally comfortable. I never have to wait more than a minute for Dr. Tajik to come in after the visit. She's soft spoken but warm and friendly. They get to pick a sticker, take home a goody bag, and pick 2 prizes from the prize bin on the way out. My kids love going to the dentist and I love that they're happy and that I'm in and out in 30 minutes for a cleaning! I highly recommend!

Editing my original review... the dentist called me and was so open, so honest and I truly believed that she didn't intend any harm at all. I am going to give this practice another chance. Communication is key and we'll be better about it together. I was appalled to learn after my son had his 'filling' that he had 4. Nobody ever told me that was happening. Such a shame, because many folks there are great with kids, especially April.

I can't say enough about this office. We took our daughter who had a cracked tooth that had started to abscess to Unique Smiles in Milford. The dentist gave her gas and novacaine and THEN said he was overbooked and had no more time to try to pull it! He referred us to an oral surgeon to put her under. I called The Pediatric Dental Group quite distraught. My husband brought her in for an appointment they squeezed her into an hour later. They played with her, got to know her, and were planning on making another appointment. When they saw it was going so well, they pulled the tooth. I am beyond happy and grateful. She loves playing dentist now :)

Went in after taking kids for years to check on my sons teeth and get an opinion on proper development of adult teeth. I heard what she had to say and had further questions. The dentist was so rude she left while I was still asking a question and walked away. Add insult to injury she had the front desk call and ask me to consider visiting another office for future visits instead bc I apparently question her diagnosis. I had done no such thing was asking for clarification. My 7 year old asked upon leaving why the dentist was so rude. Speaks volumes about the practice and the dentists bedside manner. I would never recommend this practice.

I was not with my son at his appt and unnecessary non covered services were performed without my consent. The manager was willing to listen and adjust off the charges however the billing dept stated she had no say and refused to write off the charges even after admitting they made a mistake. She was rude unprofessional and ultimately hung up on me. How can a manager agree that i should have been notified but the billing office is saying the manager has no say in office decisions. I will never come back here again! The billing dept is very unprofessional and rude beyond belief! Unwilling to hear me out and they were unwilling to correct their own error!

The dental assistants are kind, patient, and friendly. My son gave them everything: tears, shouting, anger, you name it and they kept smiling and offering him choices and making him feel safe. They made my older daughter feel like a big girl. Very clean and kid friendly environment. They take their time and don't pressure you into anything. I highly recommend them especially for parents of children with anxiety or other behavior issues.
