Loved everything about the office from the minute I walked in the door. I was treated like I was special by everyone who took care of me. The girl at the front desk, the dental assistant and the Dentist. I was completely comfortable and relaxed and I have to say I’m looking forward to going back. (I have never said that about a dentist before).

Never thought i'd say this, but I can't wait to go back to the dentist! I was weary of going to the dentist in general, but having already heard great reviews from family and friends about Dr. Melfi and his practice, I quickly made an appointment. I went in for the standard initial treatment; cleaning, x-rays, assessment etc. I explained a unique situation which I had at the last dental office I had visited. Long story short, I did not trust the diagnosis and plan of treatment at that office, and the situation left me feeling confused as to how to proceed with my treatment; precisely why I chose to seek out Symmetry and get an opinion which seemed reputable. Dr. Melfi and his staff were very cordial, understanding, courteous, and professional. They were able to concisely draw out a plan of treatment which made complete sense in the short and long term. I was at ease with how they saw the situation, because there was no confusion on their end, and it was easy to see that it was a diagnosis and plan I could trust, because everyone was so attentive and enthusiastic about the practice. I will gladly go back to Dr. Melfi and Symmetry because I felt as if I was given a great service, and that I actually got something taken care of. Thank you again to him and his excellent staff. On top of that, the office is really something to see! Very chic and well-designed, I felt underdressed! ;)

Was made to feel at ease from the time I set foot in the door until I left to go home. Nothing frightening about this dental office. They mix modern technology with Holistic health and wellness. The lobby has complimentary drinks and Wi-Fi. When I left I was given a 1st time thank you gift. Housed in the same building was a business called the Silver Hippopotamus which is like a "pickers" flee market. Today was the first time I have ever left the dentist feeling wonderful!!

This is by far the best dentist office around! I’m not a fan of going to the dentist as most aren’t, but Dr. Melfi and his team all make the experience extremely pleasant. I love that I can go to the dentist office and get a moment to relax with a massage, who can say that? When my boys hear they have to go to the dentist, they always ask if they are going to the “fancy one”! To which I reply, where else would I take you? Thank you for making what could be an unpleasant situation surprisingly enjoyable

BEST place ever! From the moment you walk in, you feel relaxed! Immediately, you are kindly greeted by the front desk and get to wait in a beautiful and calming ‘lounge area’. The hygienists are polite, caring, thorough, and overall great! The same holds true for the Dr. Melfi! They take the time to get to know you and as a result, you really feel like they truly care for you as a patient and a person! My entire family goes here (Husband &. 3 kids!) 5 stars all the way!!

I have experienced dental anxiety for most of my life and as a result, have avoided the dentist like the plague. Symmetry Dental takes the dental right out and leaves behind a comfortable, serene, pain-free oral treatment no matter what you get done. They cater to your every need from noise cancellingg headphones, hot towels, in room massage chairs, neck pillows, and even lip scrub! The staff is very knowledgeable and reassuring. Not once did I feel nervous or uncomfortable. I will continue to use them for all my oral care needs and would absolutely suggest them to anyone with dental anxiety or fears!

Dr. Melfi offers what others do not offer! If you are looking for the best, this is the best! I have family (Uncle: Dentist, Aunt: hygienist, mother: dental assistant) who have worked from East Coast to West Coast. This man is genuinely guaranteed to heal! If you have any problems (especially with TMJ) you can count on Dr. Melfi to perform beyond your expectations. The office is beautiful. The staff will make you feel anxiety free! This is the most caring office I have ever been to. Everyone asked if they could take my coat; from the receptionist, to the dental assistant. At first the receptionist asked to take my coat, I thankfully declined and continued on to keep myself comfortable. Dr. Melfi came and visited me a few minutes before my consult, in the festively stocked waiting area (before my consultation with him). The entire staff will enlighten you to how amazing it can be to visit a dentist. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with Dr. Melfi. I guarantee it will change your life!

I went to Dr. Melfi on a first time "emergency" basis. They took me right away and it was such an amazing experience. From the moment you walk in - the spa is absolutely beautiful; the staff greets you and explains what is going to be done; the staff and Dr. Melfi are great - they treat you like you are the most important person.
