Dr. Ben and his staff are truly professional, courteous, caring and knowledgeable. I had a 2 1/2 hour procedure done in exactly the time frame allotted. Everything was explained to me at every phase of the procedure. All my questions were answered thoroughly and without hesitation. I walked into the office with apprehension and anticipating the usual discomforts of previous dental procedures Halfway thru my appointment I was feeling a great sense of confidence and reassurance. I recently was able to locate Dr. Ben Tubo's practice at Steadfast. He had been my provider at another practice. I promptly set up an appointment for a crown. They accommodated me very quickly. (That was most appreciated!) To put it simply, Dr. Ben is the finest dentist I have ever had as my practitioner. And there have been a bunch. Not only is Dr. Ben the best, but the office is amazing. Brand new. Pristine condition. Comfortable. And, of course, Steadfast has the CEREC machine for fast crowns. That's really a great asset. In short - GREAT. 5 *****

Dr. Tubo was by far the most thorough, professional, down to earth dentist I have ever been to. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I really felt like I could trust him which is not a feeling I have had in the past with other dentists. The staff is friendly and professional with several decades of experience. The environment was beautiful, impeccably clean, and welcoming. I will be going to Steadfast Family Dental for years to come. I highly recommend it!

Dr Tubo and his staff are excellent. My son was having pain in his mouth and thought it was infected, this was on a Sunday and his final exams started in 2 days. Dr Tubo was so great and saw him Sunday. He took his time to check his gums and mouth along with taking pictures. He reviewed the pictures with us and told my son what he needed to do to heal his mouth. Thank you for taking the time Dr Tubo on a Sunday. This was the best customer service I have ever had. I highly recommend Steadfast Family Dental.

I had the GREATEST initial appointment at Dr. Ben’s office. I was there for 3 hours (I had a comprehensive exam, x-rays and a cleaning) and I didn’t even realize I was there for that long! Trisha, his assistant and JoAnn, the dental hygienist were super professional, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ben found 2 cavities and he not only showed me the x-rays and explained every detail, he has state-of-the-art equipment and he took an intraoral picture so I knew exactly what I needed to get done. I don’t have dental insurance so by the end of the appt I left my treatment plan paid upfront with care credit. SO HAPPY I found this office!!! I would 100% recommend to anyone who really cares about their dental health!!!

I am so impressed with the thorough examination that was performed in this office. I do not have dental insurance and they offer appropriate pricing. Last but not least, the staff was incredibly warm and welcoming. I was pretty nervous about my appointment as it has been a while since my last dental appointment and I knew I have a lot of concerns. Deb, Trish and Dr. Tebo were considerate and informative which helped ease my mind. I am so comfortable with this office, I have already set up an appointment for my son and I will refer many others.

My daughter and I just had our first appointment today. ( It was very easy to switch prior to the appointment. ) Everyone there was so nice and welcoming! They were so patient and kind to my daughter (2) who had her first ever dentist appointment. That alone made me confident we made the right switch. My appointment was great as well. My hygienist was so personable and easy to talk to as well as Dr Ben. He went over everything he saw and was honest about the importance of anything he saw. I also love the fact they can quote you what you’ll be paying after insurance so that you have no surprises. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to everyone!

I’m so grateful that I found Dr. Ben Tubo and Steadfast Family Dental. When you arrive you are treated by Deb who runs the front office . She’s very helpful and such a sweetheart! The My dental visits feel more like a spa visit no matter what procedure I’ve had I always feel so relaxed that I could sleep. Ive had a few appointments ranging from cleanings, front and eye tooth restoration from damage caused from grinding during sleep . My teeth look amazing ! Dr. Ben is not only a fabulous Dentist he’s a true artist! He has an incredible esthetic eye . He has a wonderful support team in Trish his dental assistant and Joanne and Patti his hygienists. I just had dental impressions done today with Trish for orthodontics and as always my experience was smooth , comfortable and fast. I can’t say enough about everyone on Dr. Tubo’s team. This office is a special place . I have heard a lot of people say they have dental anxiety from previous bad dental experiences and I’ve had that same fear in the past too, but those days are over. You can be rest assured you’ll never feel that way again. After Your first visit you'll actually look forward to going to the dentist , and after a couple of visits you’ll feel like your a part of if this amazing family ! I’m looking forward to having my “quick smiles” super clear 6 month braces put on in 2 weeks ( and I’m 49)!!!!! You’ll never regret your decision to call Steadfast Family Dental so fo it Today !!!
