Best dental experience ever. We went to South Shore Children’s dentistry for a second opinion for my sons cavity’s. The other dental office wanted to put him under anistesia, and I was a nervous reck. Dr. Grace was able to fix 2 out of 3 cavities in one sitting with gas and their amazing, caring ways. I was in awe of how well they worked with him and what an amazing Job they did. We walked out with all smiles, and he has no hesitations for his next visit. Thank you so Much!!

The best children's dentistry around!!! They're timely, efficient, and BEYOND friendly. My 8 year old daughter has had to have several teeth pulled to make room for adult teeth. The care they give to her to ensure she is comfortable is above and beyond. She is NEVER scared to go the dentist. My oldest has braces and the care they've provided to her is exceptional. Honestly, the best Children's Dentistry around. I wish they treated adults!

My children have been coming to this dentist office for several years. They are all very different kids and the staff at this office treats each of them as individuals. All of them were nervous to start going to the dentist, but during the first visit they were completely at ease. Now they actually get excited for their dental visits. Dr. Grazioso and her colleagues are so knowledgable and professional but very down to earth and always pleasant. The hygienists are amazing with all of my kids. I have never been to a dental office with such encouraging, pleasant staff. My daughter recently had a cavity filled and she was amazed that she didn't feel a thing...not even the novacaine. The office decor is so warm and kid friendly. My kids would love to play in the waiting room all day if they could. I drive 40 minutes to get to this office, and it is completely worth it. I always recommend this office to anyone within a one hour driving distance. I don't usually write reviews, but I had to share these thoughts because this office is really amazing.

I took my 4-year old son to South Shore Children's Dentistry for his first appointment this morning after stalling because of his sensory processing issues that have thankfully lessened in the past two years (but are still fairly difficult to manage in medical situations). I can't recommend this entire office enough for their amazing ability to make my little one feel comfortable! From their storyboard print out resource that we were able to use for prep in advance, to the day of care and patience that was provided, I highly recommend "Dr. G" and her team to any parent seeking dental care for their children!

Dr. G and her staff are incredibly warm, friendly, and accommodating. For our most recent experience we were able to get a same day appointment to evaluate a tooth. When it turned out to be a cavity, Dr. G fixed it on the spot. She made sure to explain every step of the procedure to my daughter so she wouldn't be nervous. An excellent practice that we're so happy to have joined when we moved to the South Shore a couple of years ago.

My time at South Shore Childrens Dentistry was terrific as usual. Only, today I wasn't there with my children. I was there for a consultation on adult teeth whitening. That's right! The wonderful pediatric group is now offering whitening for adults!! Can't wait to have brighter teeth, and Dr. Grazioso's staff took excellent care of me as they have for my children for over 10 years.

South Shore Children's Dentistry is the GREATEST pediatric dental practice, bar none. My children (now 5 years and 2.5 years) have been coming here since they were each just over a year old. The clinical staff is simply fantastic and goes above and beyond with each and every patient to ensure they provide a top notch appointment. I’ve truly never seen anything like it (and I went to a pediatric practice when I was younger). We recently just had our first cavity filled and I’ll be honest – I was nervous about how my 5 year old would react, but she completely surprised me. Dr. K and Jackie made the entire experience so fun for her. They were engaging and comforting and as a result Riley didn’t shed a tear! I actually loved this place so much, I applied for a job there and now work at the front desk. I guess that says a lot in terms of how much I believe in it! Now I get to work with these fabulous ladies!

Dr. Grazioso gave special care to my son who has always had difficulty with medical and dental exams. Thanks to Dr. Grazioso he not only looks forward to going to the dentist but he also independently takes care of his tooth brushing at home.Dr. Grazioso and all the staff have been amazing with all my sons. I've seen posts in the past asking about pediatric dentists, so I figured I'd share my recommendation...if you/your children have any fears/concerns about going to the dentist, you HAVE to bring them to South Shore Children's Dentistry. I've been taking my kids (4&6) there for a couple yrs, but always just for routine cleanings/exams. I always liked it, but never thought too much about it; I figured most children's dentists were similar. Due to a recent change in our dental coverage, they're no longer in our network, so I was planning on switching to an in-network dentist. Well, we had a dental emergency this week (my 6 y/o cracked her tooth/got infected and had to have it extracted!) and I am SO glad I hadn't already switched to a random (in-network) dentist. They were unbelievable. I called in a complete panic on Wed night after it happened and left a VM. It was really late, so I figured they'd get back to me the following AM. I was a wreck and considering taking her to the hospital, then at 10pm, Dr. G called and said to bring her in first thing in the morning. She rearranged her schedule on less than 12 hours' notice and came in early to accommodate us. [*Yikes, sorry for the ramble, this post really got away from me, lol.*] If you're still reading this, first, I applaud your attention span, and second, the procedure itself couldn't have gone better. My daughter (and I!) was so nervous, and Dr. G and her staff handled her (and me, haha) with such incredible care -motherly, in a sense- that it turned a potentially scary situation into a positive experience. They're not just good dentists; they're good people, too. And on days like yesterday, I think those two qualities are equally important.

I am the mother of 3 year old twin girls and we recently took them to their first dental appointment at South Shore Children's Dentistry on 1/29/19. The care we received from the welcome at the door, to the treasure chest presents at the end was phenomenal. The front desk administrative staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The waiting room was filled with activities that were warm, inviting and not intimidating at all. There was a special personal touch with a shout out to both my daughters on the wall, entitled "Welcome to our new friends" and their names were listed, which was special and fun! As this was their first experience with the dentist, I really had no idea what to expect. When I made the appointment, the receptionist gave me the choice of having the girls appointments in tandem or one after the other. I chose the tandem option and it was a great option. Lisa and Mary truly made the experience easy, fun and comforting for the girls. The advice and feedback was also helpful for as the parent, and it was much appreciated. The girls saw Dr. G that day and really felt very comfortable with the whole experience, which was quick and painless. The treasure chest hunt at the end was great and rounded out the whole experience as fun and inviting. The girls are looking forward to their next visit. Thank you to all who made this experience fun!

SO HAPPY TO GO BE BACK WITH DR. Grazioso AND STAFF! Mother of 4 children, first 3 never had an issue with their teeth. Took them to them to my dentist. Never had cavities so never any issues. My youngest was not so lucky. Three cavities at age two. My dentist recommended Dr. Grazioso. My daughter continued to have problems with her teeth so we kept going back. Two years ago, our insurance changed so I switched her to a regular dentist. I figured she was probably old enough not to need a pediatric dentist anyway. No big deal. She just turned 13 and we have returned to South Shore Children's Dentistry. Why? Because it is a big deal to a child. After two different dentists I realized the skill set of each was acceptable for adults but not so great for children. Prior to this my daughter had absolutely no fear of the dentist. She knew what was going to being done to her teeth but the method they used was nothing for her to worry about Bottom line she wasn't scared and it didn't hurt. I took her to 2 different places. The first decided she needed a tooth pulled. No big deal she'd had that done before. WRONG It was a big deal. My daughter never knew anything about a needle and they did not wait long enough for Novocaine to fully set. She never wanted to go back there again She couldn't understand why something that had been done so painlessly and effortlessly by Dr. G ended up being a nightmare. Second dentist, similar situation but only fillings. The way they explained what they were going to do and how they did it traumatized her. I convinced her to go one more time for a cleaning and they found 2 cavities! She begged and pleaded to go back to South Shore Children's Dentistry so I made the call and set up the appointment for today. I'm so glad we did. They looked at X-rays from other place and then took new x rays but those two cavities could not be found. I don't know what the adult dentist saw but there was just one tiny little spot that could use a little attention in the near future. Otherwise everything looked good. So happy we went back, my daughter has complete faith, trust, and no worries about any future procedures. There is definitely advantages of going to a pediatric dentist. They know how to work best with children. Things were explained to her at a level she could understand and as a result no anxiety. I highly recommend South Shore Children's Dentistry to any parent and plan on going back as long as they let us. Thank you for taking away my daughters fear of the dentist. Now if they would only take adults too... :-)

You'll be in capable hands and well taken care of. I have a small mouth that dentists and orthodontists had always struggled with, and Dr. G's team always knew how to accommodate for those circumstances-whether for a cleaning, filling or in referring me for my wisdom teeth removal. Awful customer service! The Drs & hygienists are nice enough, if you swallow that fakey fake stuff, but the front desk staff is terrible. Pam, especially, could not be more condescending & patronizing with her fake smile. My child had been a patient here for many years & they repeatedly called me by the wrong name, disregarded my requests to be contacted at reasonable hours and then went as far as to straight out lie to me! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
