I started going here when I first moved to Lowell because of its location. Even though I've since changed neighborhoods, I continue to go. They have a nice facility that's always clean, and the staff are very friendly and professional. They've went out of their way a couple times to make my experience better. The dentist I see seems to know her stuff; I always leave knowing more about my teeth and what needs to be done.

I went in for a second opinion for some work to be done. I only had a copy of my X-rays. They did not pressure me for another set. They looked at the copy and my teeth and made some recommendations. Everyone was professional and friendly.

It does not feel like a dentist office when you enter the office . it's very inviting with a warm comfortable environment She has a great bed side manner she is.not like.any other dentist ,I have been to she is all about her patience and what she can do to help she is very stern about keeping her patience pain free. And if she feels as though they are not comfortable she has no problem stopping an waiting untill you are pain free..... it's bran new... all her equipment is bran new.. I am very thankful to finally find a dentist that my family an I can go to .. next week smiley dentAl is doing face painting . From 10-1 I love my dentist and I appreciate her staff they do not call 5 times to confirm your appointment like previous practices .. try out smiley dentAl ... it is awesome

I took my entire family including my 6 year and 8 yr for a dental visit at Smiley. I have to say that this is a very clean modern office in Lowell. You feel great while waiting inside. My kids had a good time playing gaming station while I was getting my work done. When kids got their cleaning done, the dr was very nice and gentle. The Dr and the assistant had patient while dealing with my kids. THey did not rush the cleaning. They are my dentist for life and I will refer all my family to Smiiey Dental

I loved this dentist! Everyone there is very friendly, and ready to answer any questions you have. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try if you are currently unhappy with your dental experience. Also as an additional bonus there was a tv in the room I got my teeth cleaned in so it was no problem waiting for the dentist to come in.

The only thing I would suggest is for them to explain the treatment plan.I had to ask a lot of questions but when I did they knew there dental terminology and facts.

would give 0 stars if I could, My mother was looking for a new dentist to go to so we figure we would try this one out, Right when my mother walks through the door the Female Spanish Receptionist doesn't greet her back and immediately gives her a hostile and rude look, my mother forgets about her money in her car and asks if she can run and get it real quick, the receptionist replies with an aggressive tone and says "Do whatever you want if you want to leave I don't care." Mind you she says this openly in front of other customers as well. And as for the Indian doctor that fixes teeth, she didn't let my mother know she was finished and proceeds to yell at her what she is still doing there. It's sad because other friends were looking for another dentist as well, we were about to recommend them this place but we will not be returning anymore, it's 2018 grow up and stop being negative people.

This has been by far the best experience I have ever had with a dentist. I was very nervous about the procedure I had to have but Dr. Aparna was so kind and compassionate making me feel very comfortable. I will continue to have her as my dentist. Highly recommend this dental office!!

Cleanings, root canal, fillings, and root extraction done to prevent infection from a botched job done on me at least a decade ago. The information they gave after each procedure was perfect. The best I've seen in my adult life. So glad they work with Mass Health and that my Dad helped where insurance couldn't. I'm so grateful. Thank you Smiley. :)

terrible visit they didn't even try to solve the problem I had wanted to not focus on that focus on all my other teeth and then give me a Mastive bill how much it would cost and not even doing anything about my problems that I would have to could come back and I just needed a tooth out I recommend going to perfect dental in Chelmsford and they were way better they listen they were so much nicer. the lady at smiley dental in while she's doing x-rays completely hurt my mouth if you couldn't do it right when on for an hour it hurt it was terrible and I thought that's just how it felt when I went to two other places that was way smoother and didn't hurt at all.

EDit: it has been 2 days and one of the fillings has fallen out. The Office staff makes this a place I can not return to. They have failed at every step of t he way. First they failed to properly document insurance information I gave them and as a result told me it was too late in the day to call the insurance company which meant that I would need to pay out of pocket then request a reimbursement from my dental insurance, only after I insisted that was not acceptable for 10 minuets did they make the effort to figured out how to properly process it. Then i was notified their X-ray machine had gone offline and they requested I come back a different day. I told them to do the cleaning that day and they could take X-rays at the next appointment, the begrudgingly did as I requested but with alot of push back. At the end of that appointment I scheduled my next appointment for two weeks out, put it in the calendar of my phone and notified my work that I needed to leave early for a dentist appointment. After leaving worked and heading in that direction I called the office to see if they needed any information from me before I arrived, at that time they told me they had me scheduled for the next week at the same time and that someone else was scheduled for the appointment I was heading to. I said OK, and resolved to give them one more chance. I went to the next appointment, they took X-rays, did a treatment plan, and provided me a quote that said my insurance would cover 100% of the 3 filling I needed and they could do them that day. I agreed and they did the 3 filling and did a great job, I didn't feel a thing. At the end of the appointment, they notified me I had a $50 co pay, which i didn't know that I had, but I happily paid it because I was so happy with the work. Today while I was working they called and told me that they had gotten the wrong information from my insurance company and that I now owe them more money. I am very unhappy. I agreed to terms that they are not trying to change after the fact. The office staff is very bad at their jobs and you should not trust them to do their jobs properly.

Amazing!! I have not been to a dentist in a few years because of a bad experience with deep cleaning from another dentist office! Dr.Khanna made sure that I was comfortable and made sure I did not feel any pain when she did my deep cleaning! I recommend seeing her if you are in the Lowell area at Smiley Dental. It’s great to see a Dr who listens and makes sure your not in pain when getting dental work..

I had a really great experience at Smiley Dental in Lowell and would like to share this with potential dental patients . This was my first time there after I left another Dental facility in Lowell after 20 plus years. The first thing I noticed was how much parking there was and how easily accessible it is to get there, by car or by the Lowell City Bus. As soon as I walked in the door, the place was clean, cool and had very large waiting area. The 2 receptionists most notably Dariana was very helpful, friendly and went over everything I had to do in regards of filling out the paperwork. Upon completion of the initial paperwork, the wait time to see the Dentist was a mere 5 mins. As soon as I walked in Dental area I noticed the cleanliness of every work station as well as all the modern technology, from the x-ray machine to the tools and the very comfortable dental chair. I had my x-rays taken of my teeth and I have to say that I have never not felt pain , but this procedure was fast and without any pain . Then I met with Dr. Mason DMD and asked what I was there for and told him I was here for nothing more than a cleaning, which by the way was as comfortable and relaxing as I have ever had when doing a cleaning. Upon further examination of my teeth he noticed I needed a filling and that he could do this right away while I was already there. Now let me tell you that usually when I get a novacaine shot, it is quite painful. Not this time, as he was done before I even knew what happened. I felt totally relaxed at this point. After the completion of my filling , he went over other items that my teeth may need in time. I have to say that Dr. Mason was thorough , direct and did not try to push me into getting things done I did not need or could not afford. I never once liked coming to the dentist, but after coming to Smiley Dental and seeing how good the entire staff is including Dr. Mason, I look forward to my next visit.
