Upon coming to smiley dental I was super nervous because I havent been to the dentist in decades but when I got there they made me feel at home like I was part of their family then I met dr jain she was amazing and she walks u thru the entire procedure and explains everything to you as go along and she makes you comfortable and shes very good at her job. My name is Ricardo, I'm 26 years old and this was my first time seeing a dentist, not because I didn't need to but because I was scared of the experience. A friend of mine referred me to Smiley Dental, and without hesitation I went. From start to finish I can say that I had the best experience. From the front desk coordinator to the Doctor, every one was very welcoming. I was anxious because I've never done this before but the doctor put me at ease.

This is one of the worst place I have ever been in. First of all Dr. Khanna is the most unprofessional, dishonest, disrespectful human being I have ever encounter. I had an interview with Dr. Khanna and I must say she is quick to tell you that she just had open and if you have not been working she can’t pay you the pay rate your seeking. I had call her asking if Igor the job and she said Yes. Then she had sent me to Lowell where her other office is located, 1 1/2 hours away from Roslindale. I went on Tuesday for training all day and Dr. Khanna text me at 11:40 at night stating to don’t come anymore that I am fired that she had found someone that same day. I had tried calling this Dr all day that day to ask her a couple of questions and she never called me back. But all she did was text me! How disrespectful is she and no manners what so ever. The place is sooo disorganized and they don’t know what they are doing in terms of insurance. I advise people to check their insurances after treatment because this lady will mess everything trust me! I will never in a million years recommend anyone to go or work for Dr. Khanna.

I am so impressed with the friendliness and quality of care at this Smiley Dental. I have been here twice accompanying a friends daughter and the staff both times was SO friendly to all of the patients and family members and the dentists were very professional. I had the most amazing experience in an urgent situation. I had a family member break a tooth. He had never been seen here but I called and gave them his information and they said they could see him in 2 hours! He is wheelchair bound and when I told Nallely at the front desk, she told me they would accommodate him as much as possible. They were SO accommodating, handicap accessible and professional. Dr. Patel was so kind, professional, and thorough. I have witnessed how amazing they are with children, parents, and those with a disability. I strongly recommend smiley dental.

Let me begin to say that I am not an easy patient to deal with. I am beyond nervous and scared any time I go to the dentist. When I walked in to have my procedure done I was basically shaking. Marcell who is at the front desk was so reassuring everything was going to be ok and completely calmed me down before going in. His friendly demeanor immediately helped me relax. Bryanna was absolutely amazing with helping me set up a payment plan that best works for me! It means a lot to myself as a patient that they made a connection with me. Dr. Patel was so gentle and patient with me that when I came in a second time I wasn't even nervous!! I must say that I have to 100% praise Rayelle. Rayelle held my hand for the entire two hours and didn't let go once. She took it out of her own time to do that for me. I cannot thank her enough. She made me feel so secure then entire time. Everyone here is terrific! Glad I can finally say I found a dental practice that is amazing through and through!

I'm a new patient and this was my first time going to Roslindale Smiley Dental. I was scared to go to this dentist because I went to the one in Hyde Park but a different dentist. I just went for a cleaning. And everything turned out great, the staff were super professional. I went there again for a cavity and the dentist that does the cleaning and the other work on your teeth, he was super calm tells you what to expect and what he's going to do step by step for my cavity it was quick and painless, yes they do give you this numb medicine for you to not feel anything. But they are wonderful and the staff treat you very nice and friendly.. I would definitely recommend my friends and family to Smiley Dental.. I highly recommend to go to Smiley Dental.

First time there, they were short-staffed, and they never bothered to inform me in the waiting area, I was only then communicated about that when I was on the chair. The half job done on the cleaning was terrible. Not only did the male assistant not put any effort, he left to work on the other room with the Dentist without letting me know, leaving me there in limbo. Very unprofessional and these dental assistants need to be trained in communicating and cleaning teeth! Terrible service! Communicate with those that are on-time to their appointments that you are running behind before they go in to sit.

My experience this time at Smiley Dental was good. I had a root canal finished and I was in no pain! The only thing that bothered me is that the crown is not covered with the root canal. I think that should have been discussed prior to payment of the root canal. I have MA Health insurance and not a lot of $. I do know that my plan does cover some root canals on front teeth. Then there are other places that will have you pay for the root canal, but afterwards you will get a free crown. Dental work is very expensive! I really like the staff, they are very friendly and welcoming. I am happy with how my tooth looks after the root canal. Thank you for a better smile Smiley Staff!

After deciding to find another dental office after being underwhelmed by Gentle Sent me my wife and I thought we would give Smiley Dental a chance. What difference in customer care. They were more pleasant than our previous dentist. Nikki the dental assistant was very nice and professional. We got a cleaning the same day as our initial visit. Dr. Khanna was very nice and took extreme caution while cleaning my teeth. It was the least painful cleaning I've ever experienced. Definitely will be staying with Smiley.
