I just had a great experience here! The outside of the building is so unassuming, but the interior is well decorated with really clean and new looking equipment. Everyone that works there is so friendly and helpful. I'm so glad my new job led me to change dentists or I never would've discovered this neighborhood gem!

Dr Affara has been absolutely AMAZING! As a dentist and as a person he’s just incredible. I remember the first time I went there he applied lip balm to my chapped lips while doing a cleaning and I knew he was the dentist for me. He’s been so helpful over the past few years as I’ve had quite some issues with my teeth. He’s very kind and cares about his patients which can often be rare to find. Definitely go see Dr. Affara, you won’t regret it!

And her idea to have appointment reminders sent via text was so creative and works perfectly for my always-on-the-go lifestyle! My dental hygienist (forgot her name…AGAIN…sorry!...she’s from Amesbury) is knowledgeable and personable. She puts any fears I may have about dental appointments at ease and that is very important to me. Dr. Affara is committed to excellence. Dr. Affara and his staff are wonderful. Our entire family goes to Smile Designers. He is so courteous and gentle. He kept checking in with me during my procedure. His hygienists are so kind. One hygienist make a child so comfortable during his cleaning, the child asked the mother when he was coming back. From the minute you walk in, the front office personnel makes you feel so comfortable. The reminder service is so convenient. The office is incredibly clean. We have found our dentist for life.

Dr. Affara and his staff are always cordial and considerate and have the patient's utmost comfort in mind with heated, massaging dental chairs, neck pillows, glasses to shade your eyes, etc. Dr. Affara is a perfectionist and takes time to make everything fit just right and ensure the customer's satisfaction. They have gone out of their way to find room in the schedule whenever I've needed their help in an emergency situation. You're never fully dressed without a smile!
