I was with WOW othro care ..suddenly Simply Orthodantics took over.. The communication with scheduling conformation notification is non existent with Simply Orthodontist I missed appointment due to the change over , now was scheduled beyond my 4 week adjustments. My teeth are shifting in the wrong direction because of lack of scheduling support Very dissatisfy with treatment plan extremely upset I paid ahead I am approximately 18 months into treatment with braces on . I have spoken with other orthodontist for a consultation to complete tre treatment started by WOW; the treatment and support with Simply Orthodontist which took over WOW to date is not at all on par with the service and treatment I received at WOW.. very disappointing..

This used to be a great practice. Now, you’ve got a generally unfriendly staff, office hours one day a week, and a clear “playing out the string” attitude as they seem to be winding down operations in Wayland. Missing Dr. Chen... UPDATE: I spoke with the office manager directly already. Whomever replied to this review clearly was unaware of this.

Both of my children are patients at Town Center Orthodontics. Dr. Chen is well educated, explains his work clearly, and I trust him. I came to him after another orthodontist wanted to put braces on my child for 8 years. Dr. Chen had my son in and out of braces in less than two years and his teeth are great. The office staff is friendly and efficient.

Excellent experience!!! I came from another practice that I was extremely unhappy with in town, and I'm so glad we did. Dr. Chen was wonderful to my daughter after such a negative experience and her teeth are gorgeous now! We get complements all the time on her smile - thank you Dr. Chen! You won't be disappointed, Dr. Chen and his staff are the best. Conveniently located on Route 20, near stores and restaurants. The office is bright, clean and airy - and great parking to boot. All around superior dental practice.

Dr Chen and his team know what they are doing. A personable guy, with an energetic staff, Dr. Chen has already made big improvements in my son's teeth in a short period of time. At a fair affordable price. Nice office too. Two thumbs up.

Long Term Care

The staff is kind and efficient. I appreciate the email and text reminder system. The office is clean and has a fun feel with all the bright colors; kid friendly. And most importantly, Dr. Chen knows how to straighten teeth.

The office service attitude is terrible and they charges late fee $25 on $80 monthly bill I challenged them and requested a removal of the fees and the service representative ask me to speak very nicely to her to do so What a joke. I am not begging for $25

We brought our 3 children to see Dr Leung a few weeks ago. He and the staff were amazing with all of our children but especially our daughter who has severe anxiety. Due to their kindness and compassion, we were even able to begin orthodontics on our daughter! Thank you all so much and our kids can not wait to return! Highly recommend this amazing team!

Dr. Chen, Dr. Hsieh and the full staff are always very helpful and friendly, and put us at ease at each visit. The staff of Simply Dental & Ortho and Dr. Kristofor have been friendly, supportive, and helpful since my first phone call. They shared personal tips and experiences with Invisalign, and put me at ease. I was especially grateful to Dr. Kristofor for being sensitive to my needs as a musician and opting for a treatment option that would likely cause less disruption for me. So far, so good! I would definitely recommend Simply Dental & Orthodontics.

I recently took my two kids for their first appointment with Dr Leung. What a great first meeting! The girls at the desk were so friendly and even emailed my paperwork to work on before I came in so I didn’t have to sit so long filling out forms. I then was able to watch my kids enjoy their first dental appointment with their NEW DENTIST! I even was able to be seen by the orthodontist that same day for my daughters...what a great time saver. What did it for me was that I can see their general dentist to get my teeth whitening done. I’ve always wanted this!!! Now while my kids are being seen I can get whiter teeth. Thanks Simply Dental for being so accommodating for my family! Wayland is lucky to have you here :)
